Best feature about this hotel is the customer service. Staff are very friendly and rooms are always clean. Kashif, the restaurant manager, provides exceptional experience at the hotel's restaurant and is very professional and fun to chat with.

I would say a very average outlet. Notinhg special except grilled lamb chops

A beautiful hotel with a very large lobby... This hotel also has many offices in the office tower.

Great hotel, location is near world trade center and easy access to metro station as well as near the airport, just 10 minutes drive from T3.

Highly recommended for families - close to La Mer new beach by Meraas and Dubai Mall.

It is the first Hotel on Sheikh Zayed road Dubai Skyline. Perfect location for tourist to stay. All amenities available: swimming pool, gym, parking, 5 star restaurants and club as well.

Good location to world trade center . Rooms and breakfast doesn't reach 5 star hotels standards.

Decor is a little out dated, but we got an amazing upgrade to the diplomatic suite which was really lovely. The pool is quite small compared to other hotels but it sufficed.

Room service menu is extensive and the food is amazing. The Chicken Bryani is rather superior and the portion sizes are well worth the bucks. Their creme brulee is AMAZING the best I have tasted in the UAE.

My hair dresser "Hadi Hair Saloon" , they have a saloon in the hotel and I usually visit the H Hotel for hair dressing.

one of the best hotel in dubai.. the location is very important .. on the other side of DWTC.. so good location for any one lile to attend the expations. also on the main road in Dubai.. about 15 mints from Dubai airport.

Despite of its luxurious look but unfortunately they have a VERY BAD SERVICE at all of its facilities, reception, room service, valet parking, concierge service! Will never think about it ever next time I plan for a trip.

No need to give 5 star because This hotel not deserve 5 stars

we made a choice to stay with H hotel and we were satisfied. Staff is amazing and they go out to help you...keep it up

They have a business tower with offices here but no parking near by for visitors. The only option is Valet which is AED 50 which is a lot to have a 10 minutes meeting with client there.

Classy and elegant hotel! Love the high-ceiling of the lobby and the Modern Arabesque design. The room is spacious and offers a great view of the city (Choose the city view if you can). The pool area was quite windy during our stay but the water is temperature-controlled so we really enjoyed swimming even if the weather was cool.

They have many dining options available but we spent most of our meals at their all-day dining - Eat & Meat. Thank you to Maricon and Ajay for the exceptional service.

We had a Couple's massage at Mandara spa handled by Indonesian therapists Sunar and Rahayu who were both professional and guided us well in our treatment.

Our staycation was nothing short of relaxing. We had a lovely time overall!

I was staying 5-star hotel 5 years ago and it was my first choice in Dubai, and now I change my rating.
In October 2018 I was robbed by housekeeping! Who did not charge himself to pick some of my items to steal, but stole all my shopping bags several days ago with the bills !!! Is this a five-star hotel? Do not feel safe in it to cut clothes and things !!
We have contacted the administration, which returned some of the items without justification or even a detailed explanation of what happened! Then the same management doubted when I told them that there are other items that are not returned yet !!

They wanted to replace me with breakfast !!!!

No doubt I will look for another destination when I visit Dubai next time unfortunately !!
