Beautiful hotel with helpful and professional services. Great Negroni at the HBar.

99% good but at the reception some hostess never great the club members

Good and all services in it but the furniture is old and old fashioned and there is no shattaf except by request and no coffee machine except by request

It was a good experience their , as we had training so we have access just to the meeting room , the Buffet was really WOW and the presentation was creative, staff were very friendly and serviable

One of the worst experiences i had in a 5 star hotel, and as hospitality expert its a shame To ask initially for AED 50 valet parking charges per car this is a scandal we are in dubai guys go & do surveys no 5 star hotel charge for valet for its guests...the worst is your valet said stamp the ticket to get free valet & when we finished outlet mngr said no stamp!!! Are you kidding, we spent AED 1000 in one of your outlets!!! Also your staff Even reception so rude you should train them & authorize them to have authority to solve problems. I Will never visit this hotel neither recommend it.

Visited Enish restaurant for lunch, it didn't dissapoints at all the food was just what I was craving for on a Saturday afternoon. Couldn't ask for more.

Great hotel can t fault it. Hotel was spotless, bedrooms were cleaned regularly. Breakfast was nice with loads of choice and variety. Would definitely recommend.

The lobby of the hotel is comfortable and quiet and at the same time very beautiful. I had a course in Hautil. Unfortunately, I got a chance to try the hotel rooms, God willing, as soon as possible.

Very luxurious hotel but they need to consider how much food are wasted in the banquet, it is too much really there are millions of people who are dying from hungering.

Was here for business trip and was satisfied with the hotel overall

Overall the place was great however the unwilling to help of their Valet Parking staff makes all the difference. I understand they all have their areas of responsibility. However as a hotel, which service is of utmost important, offering help to the guests no matter where your area of responsibility is, should come first at all times. We came from an event and it was this entrance that only has stairs to get in to the lobby, we have our stuff to unload and load back again and staff at the valet parking were just staring at us and didnt have any initiative to help let alone offer help or call the attention of the staff who are in charge of that. Staff at the venue of the event were all very attentive and courteous, I just didnt think the staff at the Valet Parking received that memo.

Visited the H Dubai Hotel yesterday evening for the lighting ceremony of the twenty feet Christmas tree in their Grand Main Hall and Lobby. Excellent arrangements for all visitors. Their was live music, an air of festivity, tasteful decorations everywhere and finger snacks and hot and cold drinks for all on the house. Towards the end of the two hour celebrations, Santa had gifts for all children. Excellent arrangements, very thoughtfully and seamlessly executed. Kudos to the H Team.

Just at right location...nice peaceful hotel center of the city...close to metro...good serveice..

The selection of food was limited. We had problems with seating even though we had reservations. Our party did not arrive at the same time and we were seated in different rooms. Even though there were 3 of us and we each had a 4 top table.

H you have a great team who are cheerful and always help you with a smile. Rooms were well maintained and staff did a great job, we will definitely come back again

Nice location near to all landmarks and good service. Just 5 min drive from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifah, Dubai Frame, Zaabeel Park, Trade/Exhibition Centre and City Walk.

Suggestions: since you have different brands of wine, champagne, and other drinks, you should also have a few other brands for water, if a client has to pay the value of 25 bottles of water, the client may as well chose which brand to consume.
