Excellent hotel. Parked ng is a problem sometimes. The hotel is always busy and the lobby is always active. Must visit the Revoli showroom there for luxury brand shopping. It's their flagship store.

Great hotel, but those are all hotels in Dubai. 7 restaurants that are of course also good, but be careful with buying a bottle of wine, this can be expensive ...

nice location and good friendly staff. valet parking. u can't park yourself.
wish the toilet have cleaning hose for people who clean up with water. the bed was comfy

the only reason i don't plan to stay again is the room furniture was all stains and not clean I don't even lay my clothes on them

Moombai bar is excellent place to enjoy fine dining with mumbai speciality cusine. Make sure you try Keema paav with chilled kingfisher strong

The location is close to Dubai Mall and City Walk for 10 minutes by taxi.

They offer alternative facilities and foods.

Very good venue downtown. Lots of beautiful venues and restaurants. Go to the rooftop lounge 40 kong.

Very systematic hotel . Design is very comfortable.

Beautiful and convenient location to visit lounge coffee shop, restaurants and bars.
Premises are divided into two parts offices and Serviced hotel rooms.

Bad part is there is a problem of parking and paid parking is 20 AED per hours. You have to pay parking regardless of spending money at restaurants, coffee shops or even at restaurants.

Super property and great location, also easily accessible from all spots

Valet parking is overpriced. The public parking around it is not sufficient. The inside is fine.

Very bad way finding for the parking. We entered Sheraton parking at first then sheraton delivery parking then the H. There's no clear signs for H parking from Back. We wasted 20min going around.

Very nice facility 15 minutes walking distance to world trade centre with modern design and facilities. The rooms are very spacious with new modern utilities. Hotel staff particularly housekeeping are very cooperative, in room dining was really good in particular for Indian Items. The only issue I didn't like was the smart TV that was not stable and used to disconnect for free seconds every few minutes.

H Hotel hits the high spot.

This hotel is BIG on service quality and values, from the bellboy at the door to the reception desk and the restaurant service staff - making this a most enjoyable visit to the hotel and one that I will remember for a long time to come (my first visit to Dubai)

Quality and range of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner was remarkable and added up to very enjoyable dining experiences. The suite allocated to me was an upgrade and provided everything you could want for a pleasant stay in a hotel. Toiletries by Elemis completed the sense of attention to detail and commitment to quality

The pool and jacuzzi helped relieve the stress of working in a strange city and set me up for the evening meal. Buffet style but made easy with tips from the waiting staff. Within easy walking distance of the Metro station to give access to Dubai Mall or even along to the Marina (well worth the trip).

I asked for wake up call at 4.30 am as I had early flight. As well as the wake up call, the reception desk sent someone up to make sure I was up and getting ready for checkout. When I checked out the hotel had prepared a breakfast bag for me with fruit, croissants, pastry, orange juice and 2 coffees! That s great customer care!

Beautiful and clean. Beside the parking issue, an information desk could be helpful due to the high number of visitors on daytime.

Superb H Dubai We stayed here on the 1st stop for 3 nights. What a wonderful hotel, the best he d ever stayed in! Would not hesitate to recommend this to friends or family 5star hotel and service Loved the art, quality amenities and intimate ambiance of this hotel, Inside it feels like a sumptuous, elegant, Arabic hotel, but step out and you are in the heart of sheikh zayed road,
Rooms are huge 50sm but thoughtfully designed and well -appointed, the minibar selection was also a winner. The whole vibe was effortless elegance, nothing try-hard or mass, the perfect stay at Dubai.

The hotel is great, the service is excellent and the food is delicious, but the prices are high. That is for the value offered. Please pay attention to the rooms' furniture, because they are a bit old. The laundry prices are very, very high, but the accommodation in general is an excellent time, especially thanks to the receptionist and in particular Professor Islam for the warm hospitality and constant smile. It will be my only choice when I visit Dubai the next times

Clean place, but a bit old, and it is very far from the tourist places, it is more a hotel for business people!

We have been dining in OKKU, the restaurant of the hotel. The place is amazing. Luxury and confort in line with the Dubai style. Okku offers high quality of traditional sushi as well as very tasty cooked food. Wine list seems ok but the cocktails are great. I will dine therein again when be back to Dubai.

great service from check inn to check out especially one african staff a guy in room service when I checked inn and called called to order food in the night his enthusiasm behined the phone made my day and asked if he could serve my food to my room his answers and his control was exceptional his bidy language and great sense of humour was fantastic which really made me forgot mg ling trip to the UAE abd because of him I will love to come again and again thank you my all. reallg enjoyed

A luxury hotel having appartments as well as business centers

Recommended for coming to Dubai for short stay as very close to DXB airport and DIFC. Wish i stay there next time. Amazing view
