H Hotel hits the high spot.

This hotel is BIG on service quality and values, from the bellboy at the door to the reception desk and the restaurant service staff - making this a most enjoyable visit to the hotel and one that I will remember for a long time to come (my first visit to Dubai)

Quality and range of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner was remarkable and added up to very enjoyable dining experiences. The suite allocated to me was an upgrade and provided everything you could want for a pleasant stay in a hotel. Toiletries by Elemis completed the sense of attention to detail and commitment to quality

The pool and jacuzzi helped relieve the stress of working in a strange city and set me up for the evening meal. Buffet style but made easy with tips from the waiting staff. Within easy walking distance of the Metro station to give access to Dubai Mall or even along to the Marina (well worth the trip).

I asked for wake up call at 4.30 am as I had early flight. As well as the wake up call, the reception desk sent someone up to make sure I was up and getting ready for checkout. When I checked out the hotel had prepared a breakfast bag for me with fruit, croissants, pastry, orange juice and 2 coffees! That s great customer care!
