Candle got low and exploded, flinging hot shards of glass everywhere and catching my thousand dollar dresser/end table on fire. Thankfully I was in my bed when it happened and able to blow it out before caught the rest of my house on fire.
The smell of these candles is AMAZING!! I can light the candle and my whole house will smell like it with in 5 minutes. FANTASTIC!!!!! A PLUS+++++
The products are beautiful but overpriced. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

As the winter is so long this spring we just light our Frasier Fir candle & it brings the smell of outdoors IN. My friend uses it year round & says it is her favorite scent. I plan on trying more Thymes products!
Love their scents, packaging, and aesthetics overall. Been using their products for many, many years. A few of my favorites include Kimono Rose and Gardenia. I also enjoy Frasier Fir around the holidays.
Worst company ever to order from. I placed an order on Dec 31st with 4-6 day shipping. Welp, its Jan 20th and I still have not received my order! And when I finally got a response from them (emailed them 3 times with still no response, had to call numerous times) it STILL HAS NOT Shipped!! I do not trust this company. Also to add insult to injury, they charged me more than my order receipt said!!! AVOID this company...their candles smell yummy but purchase from a 3rd party!!!
I have been a long-time fan of Filigree, and just placed and received an order. There was a human error on this side of the process, and was given EXCELLENT customer service from Curio/ The Thymes. I am so excited to have this scent back in my life, and will be a devoted customer after being so well taken care of!!
It smelled nice but candle got low and inside of can started on fire after 2 hours witch got hot and ruined my 1,000$ coffee table...beware
