Service could have been better but great hangout with my friends had a blast with them

Gave 3 stars because service was slow tonight. Looks like they got a new manager. Need to work things out before the summer.

Came in got 2 sodas waited 15 mins and then left. Very slow and unorganized waitress. First time being an issue and they were not that busy.

It was seat yourself and it took a little while before 1 of the many servers realized we weren't waited on...There was a horrible fishy smell that seemed to consume the place..It just seemed a little disorganized ...The live music was nice ..

Was recommended by some friends of mine. Place has a great atmosphere and really good food. The eggrolls stuffed with crabdip and shrimp was off the charts . This was our first time at this place . Was not disappointed. We will be back.

I love the fact that they open up at 630am! Great for night shift workers! The food is ALWAYS delicious the staff is always pleasant and helpful and the drinks are awesome too!

I Love this place everytime I come there is a great atmosphere and food is very good and decent prices. They have live music sometimes and it's such a nice vibe.

I see all these 5 stars and everyone saying they had a great experience here. It took 15 minutes to get a menu then another 7 for a server to get to me. I got the sausage biscuits and gravy. It came out in literally 3 minutes im like that was fast then another 5 minutes to get a fork. Now my food is cold but im hungry so I don't care. Never coming back here again

MY first visit, some lady friends and myself enjoyed lunch yesterday afternoon. ((this was on the same day as the nfl showing complete disrespect for our country)), upon our arrival at the cafe our waitress was Courtney she was awesome. As she was making our group comfortable she says excuse me they are playing the Star Spangled Banner, our National Anthem I must show my respect I will be right back and myself and the surrounding patrons stood and accordingly showed our respect, Thank you Hard Rock Cafe, we will be back and Thank you to Courtney and the rest of the staff at Hard Rock Care in Dundalk MD. HOME OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE !

I love this place! I love the Cox family. I love everyone of the employees. I love the live music, buckets of beer, food ( especially breakfast), free parking, lack of homicides, beautiful view of Bear Creek, and pickle shots!

Used to go there regularly. Food was such a random, mixed bag that it became unbearable. Sometimes it was decent... other times, uncooked (or just badly cooked). It's all frozen anyway, so it's not like it's fresh.

Beer selection is fairly abysmal for a bar. One time, I ordered their "Yuengling-battered fried fish", and was told they had no Yuengling...

Live music is unbearably loud, and virtually impossible to hide from. If it was good, it might be tolerable.

They had finally graduated up to normal cutlery (up from plasticware...) a few years ago... still used plastic Solo cups last time I went.

I truly want to love this place, as I live right here... but as of now, I'd rather drive to Canton where quality food and beer are in ABUNDANCE.

Everything was quick (food and drinks) ....and they thoroughly cleaned tables and chairs between patrons. Great music room and I loved my burger and lemon crush

Plenty of free parking. Typical (i.e. good) Baltimore waterfront tiki bar menu, reasonable prices. There's a large wooden wall blocking the view of the water, and the food is fine but nothing special: fish and chips were ok but they seemed to have been stored frozen, not fresh. My friends liked their crab legs and the seafood/grilled cheese sandwich. Friendly wait staff.

The food was decent. Not spectacular. But the scenery was nice. The service was great. And the drinks were even better

Had a graduation party of 30-35 with food. Booking was made easy by Dan, Craig and Gabrielle. Food was ready and set up when we arrived. Becca provided impeccable service to my guest. Dean was in tiki bartending and was right on top of everything. Clean up was smooth. Art and Tina Cox run a class act establishment. We received so many compliments on the Venue, thank you for making our sons police graduation party a success.

This place is so cool - super casual. Food was pretty good, service was great and the live music and outdoor patio were really cool. They have a great bar and drink selection. Had a great time.

If you can't get to Key West, this is the next best thing! The atmosphere, service, food and drinks are amazing!
