Thrive Upstate is a non-profit organization that was formerly known as Greenville County Disabilities & Special Needs Board. The organization has been providing services, opportunities, and support for individuals with special needs and disabilities for over 50 years. Thrive Upstate is committed to helping people with disabilities live their lives to the fullest by providing them with the necessary resources and support.
The mission of Thrive Upstate is to provide quality services that promote independence, inclusion, and self-determination for individuals with disabilities. The organization offers a wide range of programs and services that are designed to meet the unique needs of each individual.
One of the key programs offered by Thrive Upstate is residential services. This program provides individuals with disabilities a safe and comfortable place to live while receiving the necessary support they need to thrive. The residential program includes group homes, supported living arrangements, and independent living options.
Another important program offered by Thrive Upstate is employment services. This program helps individuals with disabilities find meaningful employment opportunities in their communities.
