We love, love, love the newly remodeled rooms. We had a great time and felt safe with all the precautions in place.

Nice, clean rooms. The staff is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly.
The food is good, although I do wish that the buffet was able to open.

Comfortable,well kept, attentive staff, variety of gaming choices.

Needed an activity for a night with family during my short visit. We decided on Seven Feathers. The Casino floor was clean, constantly sanitized and everyones temperatures were checked as they entered. They had a variety of entertaining slots that had multiple fun interactive features. The payouts were up and down but steady enough to keep us on the machines for hours. Going home with tiny bit more money than I came with.. BONUS!! Pool and hotttub facilities for hotel guests were relaxing and especially Enjoyed that they had adult swim hours from 11pm to 2am. Arcade facility is open during casino hours for kids to keep busy. Chicken fried steak for breakfast is recommended Will definitely come back when visiting family again.

This casino is super clean throughout. It's very impressive. They have great food specials at the restaurants. The buffet is always a nice spread with a good variety to choose from.
They have a no smoking casino area, but even the smoking area is fairly decent unless you're sitting right next to a smoker.

Fun place. But even though it wasn't crowded. It was smokey. Probably due to the low ceilings.

Just a typical small casino off I-5... But it's a better stop than a rest stop.... But it cost me over $100 when I just wanted a bathroom lol
Probably my own fault, but still...

The rooms were nice & clean. We had to wait until 11 p.m.-2 a.m in the evening to use the pool & hot tub as those are the "adult" hours ( the rest of the day was for families with children...& it was very crowded ) no social distancing. The restaurants menus are very limited on choices to choose from, & they close everything down currently @ 2 :30 a.m. until 7 a.m. for cleaning because of covid. Also on the afternoon we were leaving, we were approached by the general manager "myra" & a security guy ( on the main floor surrounded by other patrons), & falsely accused of supposedly having made a statement about leaving a baby in our car while we gambled. When we got home we called to report this incident , but just ended up talking to the same woman who'd been involved , & she was very rude. My friend & I were quite offended by this treatment. Evidently after we left , she did more investigating, confirming it was a different couple, not us...no apololgy, just doing her job... very BAD customer service if you ask me !!!

Great time like always!!! And we won a little great times :)

Pretty good and very free coffee for us non-gamblers who are drug along with loved ones.

About average for a casino, rooms are clear and comfortable, pretty good buffet.

We had a wonderful stay. It was our anniversary, we went to dinner at the K-Bar restaurant, which was just great.
We wondered around and played the slots and we would like to come again. Thank you from the staff that made our stay wonderful.

My 2 day experience at 7 feathers casino was very good I was met at the door by two very nice lady's and had my temperature taken and handed a face mask , I was immediately made to feel at home and I was very much at ease knowing the place was secure and to see that everyone was wearing masks. The room that I stayed the night in was very nice and very clean and very homie and comfortable beds were very comfortable and I had no problems sleeping.
The staff that works the casino floors and hotel side were very courteous and very eager to help with anything I needed.
Over all I had a great time and if asked I would highly recommend the Hotel and Casino

Always a comfortable stay. Always friendly. Pool gets two-thumbs up, keep the adult swim and extend the time a bit.

They are clean and on top of the mask wearing because of Covid . They are also welcoming and helpful to new comers.

It's now a fun place to go. The food has even gotten better and the staff has been so nice

All the people that work at Seven Feathers are friendly and kind , games where fun , room was very nice and comfortable.coffee in the room, makes it much nicer when getting up and around.

We drove 250 miles to get there. It was worth ever mile. Great place, stayed at the hotel.

Seven Feathers is clean. The staff for the most part is happy, helpful. Drinks are a little pricey, but always tasty. The gift shop has neat trinkets and unique gifts. The shows are always fun! We've been to many events there and will continue to return.

Very nice and clean. Had good buffet. Didn't win but had fun. We took the free shuttle from the campground the casino which is great.

We stayed 2 nights. It was phenomenal! We had a blast with the kids at the pool and just relaxing. Then had a great time at the slots. The arcade wasn't open yet, but it was still an awesome trip! Wish there was more selection for food at the restaraunts but totally understand with the (stupid) covid restrictions that are happening.

It was fabulous. Very good time. We got the seventh feathers room because of are member and points ;Tuesday threw Thursday alot cheaper. Well for almost nothing. Plus we were winners on machines. Room was so clean and comfortable..

We stay here often. We wanted to stay 2 nights but they didn't have the same room for 2 nights. They set us up in a room across from the suite we got on the second night. Bree at the front desk went over and beyond to make this an easy transaction. However Diane at the front desk was very rude and acted like we were idiots.

We spent a night here last weekend and enjoyed ourselves. The pool is amazing and we loved swimming in it and playing with the balls and pool noodles they had available. I love that there are 2 hot tubs with different temperatures. The room itself was well cleaned and comfortable. My only complaint was that our room was slightly smokey. We got a non smoking room and we thought that would be enough, but the smoke from the casino is strong in the hallways and comes into the room. We were on the first floor so it might not be as big of a problem in the upper floors. Check in and check out were both fast and easy. Overall we'd stay here again, but request to not be on the ground floor.

The evening staff was very great. They allowed my 5 children and I to stay although they were booked because they did not think it was right to send us to an unsafe hotel. Thank you!

Lots of friendly and helpful staff, both smoking and non smoking player areas, pet friendly, fun games with good variety. Won on Solstice Celebration game that's new and a Crystal game I broke even. I will go back.

The fans for the smokers are far n away better than they used to be. This is a nice place to 'spend' 20 bucks. Quite relaxing...

Great place to hang out friendly people food is overpriced rooms overpriced. Recommend to stay for table games only as slots do not pay off well or often.

Great place to get away and have a little bit of fun. Friendly customer services and has very strict covid 19 protocol.

Really fun little place to stop by along I5. The game room with the statues and lightning is cool; my partner won some free play that way. The brunch at K-Bar was great. I especially liked the bottomless mimosas and prime rib.

Fantastic place to spend the day. Plenty of variety for games and food. I was also happy to see more of the card tables operating than I have seen at some of the bigger casinos in the state. Definitely coming back as often as possible

Place looks worn down. Atmosphere is not a elegant place to be if you're just passing by for a good time. The bar is way to dark and the servers look a bit overwhelmed with work. The gift shop looks like they just had their inventory again!! No one appears to approach u to ask you if u need help or looking for a gift!!,(which I was ). The food is mediocre and a bit pricey, you be better off driving 10 miles down or up and you can get better service at McDonald's or Burger King. However ladies and gentlemen if you want the Glamour and the excitement of real casinos save some money and go to Vegas at least the food and the drinks are exceptional and you get to hear other people win!! Best of luck wherever you decide to drop your money at. Happy 2020!!

Seven Feathers is always awesome but I took my scooter in there had a problem with it but the machines didn't like it. I lost****** 560 bucks and I think it's cuz of the casino didn't agree with my scooter I still like seven feathers I just hope they find it in your heart to give me my money back sometime in the next millennium

Lot's of different games, good food and nice rooms. The entertainment in the lounge is alway good.

Way fun decent size and selection of games both table and slots def will be back

Top rate hotel, campgrounds and RV park, would definitely stay there again!

Machines were not not paying hardly at all, when we were there. However it was very clean, and fun. The food is very good.

I love the new remodeled rooms. This is the first time I have been in one in the newer wing since the remodel. And everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly also... I would love to see you guys get room service back and maybe expand the kids menu a little in the restaurant

Rooms were very nice, the buffet was not, but it was only $10 so I can excuse that. I did win at the blackjack tables so I have a good feeling about this place.

People there are very hospitable great food and games are great as well. There is a tram that runs from the casino and back on demand. So just park and have a great time.

Well. If I were younger I'd prolly be in trouble for swimming without being a camper. I had so much fun when I was invited to come with my boys to there friends birthday party. Man was it fun. I wish I could go there a lot. They have a pool a hot tub and a big kitchen dinning area. Showers it's very cool. I'm happy

We had a good time. Dinner at cow creek and food was good and price was resaonable. Breakfast at cow creek was so so. Had biscuits and gravy not so good and it was over priced for what you got.

I stayed in room 459 on 3/27/21. I left two rings sitting on the bathroom counter, i know the exact location of where i left them. I didn't realize it until I was 2 hours away from hotel. I called lost and found right after i realized i had left them, they called me back after they got the lost and found report back and according to the house keeper nothing was left in the room. I know for a FACT that I left them on the bathroom counter! I even described the exact location to the housekeeper. I also dawned on me later i left a very nice Komono on the back of the bathroom door, but of course house keeping found nothing. We will NEVER stay here again and I will advise EVERYONE to NEVER stay here. Whoever cleaned that room is a thief!!

Nice, but too many meth pushers and users. Security needs to up this priority

Fun place! Love karaoke night in main lounge. D.J Charlie is a lot of fun, drinks are reasonable.

7 Feathers is always a great experience. Had the outstanding blackened short ribs in KBar again. So good. Enjoyed pool and spa. Had to ask for our room to be changed because room next to us was smoking so much marijuana that it filled our room. Management/front desk took care of it right away. I love this hotel.

Great place to play, beautiful rooms but the food choices could be better

Very clean and professional. The buffet was actually really good and clean. They changed out food for fresh food right about the time we got there. The casino itself was clean and the employees were friendly, polite and informative.

Clean and comfortable room. A little pricy but acceptable. Casino was not very generous but played for quite a while with a little bit of money.

Had a terrible time spent 900.00 in a hour and not one win..did not even hear other people win.need to loosen those slots

Its my favorite place to go. Right on interstate 5. Rooms are great, indoor pool is the best, lots of places to eat.

Good casino, lots of games, smoking section. 1 star off for price of hotel, and the layout. Could be made more convenient while not reducing the attraction or Vegas factor.

They need to have more rooms that allow animals. I was there on a week day/night and they didn't have any more rooms that me and my service animal could stay in. So we had to stay at the Holiday Inn which was rather upsetting. Good variety of games though.

Buffet is great! Crabs all you can eat! And the breakfast are for the champions!

Stayed at the rv park and gambled at the casino. The rv park is truly one of the nicest parks I've ever experienced. Shuttles to the casino were convenient. Lost $ at the casino, but still had fun. Overall great experience.

Love going their with family to have a nice meal to relax and just have a lot of fun.

Absolutely loved the service! The room was clean & customer service was superb.

The room was newly remodeled. The counter top that stretched the length of the room to the corner settee was well appointed and conveniently .held all the luggage. I loved the chaise lounge and almost slept there sll night. The bed was also very comfortable. The room was very clean. I give a 5 star review for the sccomodations and the food from Cow Creek (for pick up) was delicious. the portions were so generous that we had left overs to heat in the microwave for another full meal. I give 1 star for the casino. There was no physical distancing practiced at the slot machines. I did not feel comfortable nor safe on the casino floor. Many of the gamblers did not cover their faces correctly. Many had their noses exposed. Bottom line was that l did not gamble. Very dissatisfied that l could not gamble because the social distancing was not really provided or encouraged. I chose Seven Feathers accomodations specfically so l could gamble for my entertainment.
