Great sauna. Catering is special and pricey. Few rest areas inside.

Nowadays savings are made on all the small details that made it super good. That is a shame: wrong treatment time received (and receive no compensation), poor reception in restaurant intense (we were looked at as if we were unwanted guests and choked at the table without further explanation), the announced discount on the treatments was not deducted from our bill (for the people before and after us that was also strategically forgotten), no more fruit after pouring and also no bathrobe included in a 2-day hotel package ... Good that the masseurs and the kitchen staff still keep things straight because the food and treatment quality is still top. But they are no longer worthy of the name best sauna in the Netherlands

Great hotel and spa hidden in a beautiful location. The Spa is simply amazing featuring all kinds of different pools and saunas. The staff are super friendly they can speak english which is a plus! The food is utterly delicious i highly recomend the ice creams and the a oa carte 3 course. However its very pricey a bit too much on the expensive side for me. If you own a EV beware there are not many charging facilities here yet. Sadly the only charger was taken by 2 cars.

Wellnes very nice and clean. Food in the restaurant good but expensive. Atmosphere is good. Busy and still silence in saunas.

Despite the fact that the saunas are not yet open (corona) had a wonderful day! It's nice and quiet now. So enough space for swimming or relaxing in the other baths. Also had a fantastic massage! Lunch was tasty.

I now see my residence from 4 years ago, unfortunately nothing has changed !! Yesterday I went to Thermen Bussloo with my husband. On arrival we saw a lot of cars and idd mega-pressure everywhere. Very long lines for the infusions, a lot of noise in the saunas and if you ask if people can keep their mouth shut, they look angry at you. Where there is also a lot of noise, there is a dip in the bath. People screaming, going over the wall of the ones in the other plunge pool. People who stay in the hot plunge pool for a very long time. If an employee walks by and asks if it can be softer, that is ignored, the employee then says nothing more. It sometimes looks more like a swimming pool with screaming children than a sauna !!!!
Also in the restaurant it was very busy and you have to wait a long time. When we went home we were asked if we had a nice day, I said that it is very uncomfortable in the sauna, the employee said, which is a shame. That's all!! No more Thermen Bussloo for us for the time being !!!

We loved our stay. Beautifully situated with a view of the lake, the ambience is very pleasant and everything is very stylishly decorated. Our room was spacious and we were very impressed with the decor. Big plus point is that you can easily get from the hotel through a tunnel into the thermal bath ... you save yourself the hassle of having to pull in and out and you can comfortably walk into the thermal bath from your room. The sauna and wellness area in the thermal baths is huge with a lot of different saunas and swimming pools or pools with warm water to relax. We had an hour hammam and for the next day we booked a sports massage and a relaxing massage. Hamam was the absolute heaven on earth ... incredibly beautiful and relaxing. My husband was very happy with the relaxing massage ... he even fell asleep while doing it. The sports massage was just right for me and I enjoyed it very much ... everything was very professional. The first evening we had a buffet in one of the three restaurants. There was a large selection, everything fresh and very tasty. Something for everyone ... whether vegetarian or vegan. Service always friendly and courteous. On the second evening we had a 3 course surprise menu in one of the other restaurants ..... everything was very good and fresh. You will be asked about allergies beforehand or whether you want to eat vegetarian. We had a successful weekend! We would love to go back to this very nice and stylish ambience. Unfortunately, I have to deduct a star because our room was quite dusty, there were quite a few fingerprints on the doors, unfortunately very dusty on the stairs to the rooms and some seat covers in the restaurant were broken.

Delicious all too, the dinner buffet was very tasty. Very moving in so busy.

My mother and I went yesterday. The complex was very beautiful. We really enjoyed the day, especially the nature sauna was very beautiful. Today (and in the course of the evening), however, we did not begin to feel well. Nausea, dizziness and fever. We noticed that this happened to us to the day but not to my sister or father. Pity.

Everything is very clean, nice pools and sauna's. Staff is very kind. Overall enjoyable experience.

Wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, varied saunas and steam baths. Virtually no exuberant chatter where that is not the intention. The accommodation looks neat and clean and the staff are friendly.

Fantastic resort! We have been to many wellness companies, but Thermen Bussloo stands head and shoulders above it. Great facilities, good food, very nice staff and there is always something new to experience ... new hot tubs, new garden, international visitors who are visiting ... Great! For a total experience, go to Thermen Bussloo!

Very friendly and formal atmosphere. Been a day guest here. Staff are very attentive and give the formal atmosphere an informal twist with appeal.

Dinner was not doable, room was dirty and dusty. Ladies behind the desk were not helpful at all, while you would expect the room to be cleaned properly. Never going back.

I would like to propose an improvement; we stayed at the hotel in March and thought it was a loss that the spacious bathroom had no heating so it is really a cold room, unpleasant.

Relax in an atmospheric environment. Nice offer for an extensive rasul treatment on the day of our stay that we gratefully used. Great end to a relaxing day. Swam in the natural pool, slept in the hammocks. Large selection of saunas and baths

Nice sauna complex, spacious. You do not get in each other's way even in bad weather. Many choices from various saunas, a wonderful salt bath and friendly staff. Good quality food unfortunately relatively pricey.

Find it very commercial. Not a warm impression left behind with me.

Last Monday and Tuesday had wonderful days in Thermen Bussloo. Slept wonderfully in the beautiful hotel room overlooking the lake and the garden. And good food. We regularly come for a whole day but we will do this more often, stay one night and sauna for two days and everything else you can do!

Wanted an evening at Thermen Bussloo. Only nowhere on the site can we find the price for an evening. I called twice to check this out, I was first on hold for 10 minutes and then 12 minutes without getting anyone on the line. Too bad, we are not going here. There are plenty of other nice saunas where good service is provided.

It was an unforgettable experience, from the beauty and decoration of the hotel and the spa, from the beautiful landscape of the lake to the different facilities and rituals to enjoy throughout the day.
There were only 2 things that weren't so positive:
1)We were sleeping and the fire alarm went off (really loud) at 23:30.
2)We were inside the pool together with other people and I was kissing my boyfriend (definitely not in a sexual or passionate way) and the person who was cleaning come say to us that we needed to keep distance from each other... Don't know what the hell was that about. You see people everywhere kissing, hugging, woman in the pool with legs around their partners, man carrying woman close to their body, so... Yeah, don't know what was the problem!
Besides that, it was a wonderful weekend.

We suddenly have to pay 15, - per voucher that was originally issued as a free entrance. This while we wanted to plan a nice day out with the children on a swimwear day. That you now have to pay has been unilaterally adjusted by Bussloo as of 1 July. This because they would have been hit hard. On the other hand, they invite you to admire the makeovers ( ) of 4 saunas. We have requested an overview where this is stated in the general terms and conditions, but we have not yet received it. So it is a gift that you have to pay for yourself . Very bad this ......

Had a wonderful day. Although it was Sunday we hardly had any problems with any crowds. The guests were well spread out. Wonderful sauna, spacious in design, lots of diversity, friendly staff.

Had a great 2 day package last weekend, super room with bubble bath, delicious surprise dinner, breakfast and 2 days of wellness. The saunas were great.
The only disappointment is that there were always rituals at the salt bath so that we could not use them. For me, a weekend of wellness is only relaxing and not always checking the clock whether you can go somewhere or not. The limited access to the Jacuzzis was also a pity. That was also running when one was released. Not very relaxed. But I would definitely come back!

Nice location and lots of diversity in sauna landscape, pleasant atmosphere.

If you just want to be in some hot saunas this place is fine. If you want to have a great relaxing day, do NOT go here. It is very noisy everywhere. People chat and the music is too loud (and music from two different rooms often blending). They let in far too many people and they don t check that people keep quiet where they are meant to.
The space with the footbaths when you enter is too cold and has absolutely no atmosphere.
The short hammam treatment was a complete waste of money, this shouldn t exist. They just pour hot water on you (even though we were told it would include a massage).
We have been to far more beautiful and relaxing spas in the Netherlands.

I spent a day with my mother in the saunas of the Bussloo thermal baths. It was wonderfully relaxed and the staff was very friendly. A good explanation is given about the different saunas. I will definitely come back

Really beautiful landscape, but probably more beautiful in summer than in winter

Just had to experience a special experience. My wife received a gift voucher for her birthday and now it appears that she cannot use the internet with the voucher. She can only use the gift voucher with the more expensive reservations. In short: advice is no longer to buy gift vouchers for Bussloo. If you want to give someone a gift with something in mind for Bussloo, just do the familiar envelope again. Very unfortunate and not suitable for a Sauna with such a good reputation.

First visit in December was fantastic. Slept night in the hotel. Nice rooms, (bit dusty) and an extensive breakfast buffet.

Been again in January, now for a day. This time on Saturday; that was noticeable: it was considerably busier than during the week!
The pre-booked lunch buffet at 21.95 p.p was disappointing; even when entering restaurant Intense. Our reservation turned out to be exclusive of coffee, tea or even water. If we wanted something to drink with dinner then we would
6.95 p.p. will be charged extra. For this amount we were allowed to take smoothies and / or juices.
So after lunch we drank coffee at 2.95 in the lounge ...
Reason to adjust my previous rating; because of this pursuit of profit: 4 stars instead of 5.

Last Tuesday I went to Thermen Bussloo, what a wonderful day! We have never been there before but will certainly come here more often! Thermen Bussloo has several saunas, whirlpools, and a nice swimming pool. Everything is well organized and is well maintained! We had a wonderful relaxation massage, also recommended. In short, nothing but good about Thermen Bussloo!

We come to Wellness resort Thermen Bussloo once a year and always enjoy it again.
It is a large resort, this has the "disadvantage" that a lot of people come, even the people who do not understand that part of coming to rest is sometimes in total silence.

The wellness itself can also take better care of this, there are now signs on which people are "encouraged" to be quiet, instead of a sign that people are "obliged" to be quiet. The bathhouses are also not closed off from the other rooms and one is next to the showers (place where many people still talk to each other) and a plunge pool (which also provokes many reactions).

Furthermore, the wellness is well furnished and there is plenty of choice for everyone, from different saunas to whirlpools, steam rooms, etc. You can also enjoy good food here, there are various treatments, free infusions, rest areas and you can use it when the weather is nice of the sun beds outside.

What distinguishes Bussloo from, for example, swallow farm (comparable in facilities) is that the people here seem to have a little more experience with wellness, the staff is friendlier and has a lake as a location where you can swim and cool off.

Been here with a girlfriend, with an overnight stay. We have enjoyed and will go here as soon as she is back in NL. We make it a tradition. I definitely recommend this sauna. I also recommend an overnight stay! DELICIOUS mattress.

Nice accommodations. Beautiful building. It is often quite busy. Silence Space is not really silent.

Great all-inclusive package. We booked a 2-day package which includes 2x entrance to the SPA area / 3 course surprise menu and breakfast for 2 people. The staff was very friendly. Our room was very spacious and offered a beautiful view of the adjacent See.Das 3 course surprise menu in the evening was first class prepared and worth every penny. The spa area is an experience in itself and the many different themed saunas are also an experience for experienced sauna enthusiasts. Conclusion: Definitely recommendable. Tip: Book packages on the hotel website.

Heerlijke saunas en opgietingen.
Beetje jammer dat we niets wisten van ground zero wat ernaast was. Dat hadden ze wel mogen aangeven. Je komt voor rust, dan wil je geen hardcore muziek horen. Gelukkig was het later in de middag klaar, dus toch maar gebleven. Het kleinere restaurantje achterin de tuin is aan te bevelen. Heerlijke lunch en diner gerechten. Net even wat anders , eindelijk. Heel veel saunas hebben maar weinig keuze en dan ook nog vaak op de gezonde toer pfff. Daar houd niet iedereen van.
Nu lekkere hotdog gehad en steak sandwiche, diner een rib eye en pasta.
Dus hoop dat dat zo blijft daar!
We komen zeker weer.

Unfortunately, we didn't think the service was too good. Long wait and not very polite. Drink knocked over (2x), then you ask for a new glass because the ice had melted and then you get a snap. Glasses with lipstick. All in all, that's not so good.

Super relaxing, delicious food and very nice, courteous staff! Thanks for the two nice days!
