beautiful sauna. nice and quiet set up. the food was exceptionally well prepared!

Not about the sauna itself, but about the new bathing card that is offered to loyal customers since today.
Last year we paid 189 and this year a price increase of 106.00 has been applied.
We are now expected to pay 295.
Furthermore, you no longer have a discount on meals as was the case in the past.
Too sad for words a loyal customer is not appreciated but they try to screw you an ear.
I understand that there are changes regarding Covid-19 but this really beats everything.

Wonderful spacious saunas and good quality infusions.

Nice saunas for every taste. Kitchen is great and good food. Highly recommended for a day of pampering.

Just be informed, this is a NUDIST place. You are allowed to wear swimsuits only once day in a month.

Wonderfully relaxed and beautiful spacious place. Lots of nature and very nicely laid out. Lovely to spend a day away from.

Delicious! Saturday is a busy day, but doable in the various saunas. Sprouts etc were packed so that was a shame.
For the first time that a couple was approached about too intimate contact. I thought it was right and good that they said something about this.
Food and drink is fine!

Nice sauna. Comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff. Although bulky, yet intimate. Many outdoor saunas, in which a lot of time and money has been invested in recent years. The result is also there. Great! Now it's time to work on the sauna square. That is starting to get a bit out of step. The prices of the drinks are really shocking - but the quality is excellent.

Currently our favorite sauna. Lots of choice, luckily many spills. Occasionally very busy.

Had a wonderful relaxing day at Thermen Bussloo with pleasant service in the lounge area. We will definitely be back.

Today I was 04-01-2019 at 13.35 at the Thermen Bussloo desk
Very customer unfriendly sauna, I bought 2 bath tickets so 20 baths in thermen Soesterberg there I got 2 free tickets for thermen Bussloo. Today I was in thermal baths Bussloo, which is more than 160 kilometers back and forth from Houten where I live. What do you think happened to me, I had not reserved via the internet so I could not use the free ticket, it was certainly not full because it was no problem to enter as long as I pay 13.95 because I had a bathing card otherwise it was even more expensive. I left right away, I was so surprised about very customer unfriendly.
So if you buy a 10 baths card with 2 free tickets where you first have to travel 160 km by car, it costs more than just buying an entrance ticket at thermen Soesterberg, I don't call that free tickets. Surely that is the pinnacle of being treated very unfriendly by Thermen Bussloo. And I can't just spend the ticket in Thermen Soesterberg, I had already asked. I cannot give away the free ticket either because it is only valid in person with your bathing card.

Salt bath was super, staff friendly. But not worth repeating, because:
-Menu menu limited and everything very expensive
- too few toilets for so many guests. Challenge extra large, because they were also clogged
- to much people
- changing room temperature too cold

Thermen Bussloo is a beautiful wellness resort with many beautiful facilities such as various saunas, swimming pool and various options for a snack and drink. everything looks clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Too short for 1 day .... Highly recommended .. Enjoy it !!

Nice sauna with many facilities but much too noisy. One of the house rules is that silence must be observed, but despite the signs, there are hard conversations. Especially with the indoor pools, it all sounds nice. If you like the atmosphere of a sports fund pool then there is nothing wrong with that. But if you come for relaxation and rest then you should not be here. At the desk you will always be asked if you had a good day. When asked, I told the above. The receptionist answered, "That's your opinion." Sorry, but isn't that an answer? I explained to her that this is not about an opinion but about what I have found and that there is apparently no policy to ensure that the house rules are complied with. I was then told that they were not going to play a police officer. So I just assume that this is a deliberate choice of this sauna to attract a different kind of audience. At least they don't see me there anymore.

Beautiful large sauna complex with a variety of saunas, whirlpool and swimming pools. There is a pleasant atmosphere and a lot is done to spoil the guests such as infusions, singing bowl sessions and a super nice Russian Banja (great Olga!)
The only downside (hence 4 stars) are the prices in the hospitality industry, which are really too high in my opinion.

Thermen Bussloo is a good place to relax and enjoy the sauna and wellness. Friendly staff and good food. Plenty of different saunas and baths with a wide program of infusions and other experiences. Together with Soesterberg my favorite sauna.

Wonderful saunas and infusions, wonderful outdoor swimming pool that is illuminated at night.
Friendly staff and delicious cakes.

Erg mooi en heel netjes verzorgd en schoon. Veel keuze uit diverse sauna s. Het lunchbuffet was ook prima.

Het was wel erg druk tijdens ons bezoek. Wat ons betreft te druk, maar dat is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

De buitenruimte met de ligstoelen vonden wij persoonlijk wat te vol en wat hokkerig . Er zijn allemaal perkjes gemaakt (handig voor de bediening denk ik?) waarbinnen dan de ligstoelen in een aantal rijen staan opgesteld. Wat verder van het restaurant af stast het allemaal wat vrijer opgesteld met meer ruimte tussen de stoelen.

Ook een 2e zwembad zou mooi zijn.

Overall erg mooi en zeker aan te raden. We gaan zeker nog eens maar zoeken dan wel een rustiger dag uit.

Top sauna with ideal combination with nice hotel and restaurant. Very good beds, nice infusions, wonderful swimming lake, really relaxing completely!

What you can expect from a sauna. Enough choice. Con: Parking

Here you can get acquainted with the sauna for the first time. The lady at the desk asked us if it was the first time, after having answered yes, ample time was taken despite the crowds to explain everything neatly and to answer our questions. We soon spent 8 hours on location and will be back in the near future. Accommodation is well maintained, clean, beautiful environment and although the food and drink is on the expensive side you get value for money.

It was very busy, but you could predict that on a Sunday. Despite the crowds, enough space to relax in the saunas. The salt water bath is recommended.

Find the sauna prices okay but food and drinks really terribly expensive

Fine in the morning, very busy and noisy after 3 pm. Sauna itself is ok.

Wonderful experience. Good weather is almost a requirement. Otherwise a large part of the experience is gone outside.

One day thermen Bussloo done. Nice place, many options, friendly staff.
But too busy. Far too many people. It is very unpleasant to have to move through a corridor with a lot of other naked people and scrape the other, because of the space that is too small. It is also unpleasant to often not be able to enter the chosen sauna or bath because everything is constantly full ... just too many people were let in. If I make a proper reservation, I do so because I am counting on a maximum number of guests allowed in. That turned out to be a pretty naive thought.
We come there more often and there is a change. For example, there was a group of exuberant young men who squeezed through the doorway that I had just almost passed through. They had a bit of trouble all afternoon. The noise is also increasing. What a pity this is!

Being able to relax super nice. It is all very neat and clean. Unfortunately due to holiday security, it was busier than normal. This unfortunately was at the expense of peace. But otherwise it is recommended

Yesterday I had another wonderful day in the sauna. Topper all.

Nice sauna at the Bussloo recreational lake. Beautiful saltwater bath in a "Mexican cenote". Nice swimming pool and lots of choice in saunas. And if you are shocked by a very full parking space, then you won't find all those people inside anymore. Nice place for a day of relaxation. Food could be a bit cheaper. Is a bit too expensive for what you get.

Very nice complex. Lots of choice from various saunas. Lots of outdoor space and all very nicely decorated. Especially the saltwater cave is recommended.
Disadvantages: a lot of sticky couples, where it is generally known that you should keep away from each other in a wellness resort. The hotel is next door so get a room I would say. Staff don't say anything about this by the way ...
The next point is that it is bastard duus! Nice a gift voucher won through holiday auctions, but a lunch buffet at 21 euros per person is added if you want to eat a bite. You are not allowed to bring your own food and drinks, so you have to buy something. That amount seems high enough to me, but the drinks are still there. Lemon-flavored water for 3.20 euros and a wine of more than 5 euros, with the glass not even half full. Renting a bathrobe / towel etc is also very expensive. Too bad that we thought we had a nice day out but were still able to afford 100 euros.

Everything was fine except our dinner which took about 3h because we had to wait for ages to get our meal.

Wonderfully quiet on Christmas Eve. We have had a hammam treatment from Arie and Eefje which we really enjoyed, great applause for these 2 toppers !! Had evening meal in the restaurant, very tasty and the choice is huge. Something that could be improved in my opinion is the shower head! Water temperature when showering is super, only the shower head is terrible.

It is a shame that people still do regional intimacy in a sauna

Thermen Bussloo is a super nice sauna and Wellness resort.

And had it great every time.
The massages are also great there.
Especially keep it up.

As an experienced sauna goer, this is the best spa I have ever experienced. Great infusions. Nice atmosphere. 1 minus point is that the prices for food and quality are too high.

A fjne thermal bath where we will definitely return. At the weekend it is a bit too busy for us, so we would like to come back on a weekday. There is a huge selection of various suanas. Dinner buffet was good.

I visited the spa, not the hotel. Thought it all looked lovely, especially the geiser sauna was an experience. If only the staff would also look up sometimes, as the ceilings could use some work.

Poor information fetching money says that something is free and afterwards obliged to pay manager shouts at you and scolds you even though you are in your right so staff is flob the rest is ok

Wonderful sauna! Clean, always new extensions, special location.

Clean and spacious. Pay attention to discount promotions, compensate for what you pay in the restaurant. 2.95 for a coffee. Many talk by guests. Employee spoke to guests, but the same thing happened again half an hour later. Perhaps repeat at the checkout. There is enough room where you can have a conversation. Too bad you have to record your arrival time. I don't like it.

The saunas are wonderful! The choice is also huge, so there is a chance that not every sauna can be visited in 1 day (in our case it was).

It is quite difficult to reach by public transport (the last bus back is already at a quarter to 5). It is therefore advisable to come by car.

Spacious and, in my opinion, the most beautiful, well-kept sauna complex in the Netherlands.
