Nowadays savings are made on all the small details that made it super good. That is a shame: wrong treatment time received (and receive no compensation), poor reception in restaurant intense (we were looked at as if we were unwanted guests and choked at the table without further explanation), the announced discount on the treatments was not deducted from our bill (for the people before and after us that was also strategically forgotten), no more fruit after pouring and also no bathrobe included in a 2-day hotel package ... Good that the masseurs and the kitchen staff still keep things straight because the food and treatment quality is still top. But they are no longer worthy of the name best sauna in the Netherlands
