I do not give bad ratings fast, but I have had a terrible experience I have nowhere else encountered. The hospitality at the reception here is hard to find and it is not best for an organization operating within the hospitality industry. Pushed through the massage treatment was (where you considerably money paid for) my wife of 25 minutes, shortened to 18 minutes, and when we mentioned this at reception I was told casually after 10 minutes consultation with the beauty manager that knocked nothing of our story. In other words; I was a liar, but you can not say of course because then they stepped on their toes, because that is not what they say .... Too bad, but our reason to no longer here. Fortunately, there are many other Spas / Spa where you will be treated as a real "guest".

It still continues to enjoy a day in the sauna. It was my first visit to Thermen Bussloo, but I really enjoyed it. It is quite a large and well-visited sauna, but you do not notice that it is busy. It was a beautiful September day, so I could still lie outside.
Super sauna .... cozy, while it is a large sauna, nice staff .. really worth a lot of different saunas and lots of sun beds, not to mention .. swimming in a naturally deposited part of a lake .... lovely
Much, but also way too busy. There was no room inside. Therefore left early. One should not allow so many guests. Very disappointing ... once but never again!
Thursday we were in Bussloo thermal baths, what a beautiful accommodation, we are working very hard to make it even more beautiful. Thursday is apparently a favorite day for many. Well, it was busy, but so be it. The only thing I have to say is that I had to share a wardrobe with my girlfriend, which I found really not useful, and also not very customer friendly. Understand that you know exactly what busy days are and where there are bottlenecks, but then I would adjust the dressing area with more lockers. Furthermore, only compliments, especially to the staff!
Many saunas are very creative and decorated with love. A day of relaxation can be enjoyed in any case. The massage was awesome. Staff was everywhere very accommodating and friendly. The dinner buffet did not quite meet our taste. Cleanliness was mostly ok. Come again
Prachtige sauna, veel faciliteiten, goed personeel en goede bereikbaarheid. Let op, prijzig als het gaat om eten en drinken, kwaliteit is daarentegen wel prima.
Nice and large sauna complex, with many facilities. Very nicely made, very well maintained and very clean. It was busy, but all saunas and baths are large so this is not really disturbing. Normally we prefer smaller-scale saunas, but the enormous diversity of facilities made up for everything. Certainly a place to go back someday.
Beautiful, clean and very complete wellness company. I regularly come with a lot of pleasure. I don't like all the infusions myself, but a lot is offered. Kitchen is fine, a bit on the pricey side. And the crowds? Yes, sometimes very busy.
Wonderful wellness, with many facilities. Highly recommended! A nice hotel with wellness for example. Price-quality is certainly correct. Every last Tuesday of the month there is swimwear day. (Busier than normal)
Hotel is clean and nice, but the restaurant is far too expensive with the small portions. And the sauna has nothing to do with relaxation. Is already a large area with many saunas, but felt more like Aufm station, with the many people.
Nice sauna, very busy. Expensive restaurant and expensive treatments. Beautiful luxury and spacious hotel room! But to let us pay 2.50 for a bottle of water at a 3-course dinner, while we have ticked more than 800 for the entire weekend is a blunder! Inappropriate! And precisely for that reason we will not be back ..... expensive sold Thermen Bussloo !!!!
Enjoyed a day of wellness! Friendly staff and helpful, more people could be deployed at the desk. Sometimes it was quite a long wait. But definitely worth repeating!
Yesterday with my wife went to Thermen Bussloo. Beautiful sauna complex with beautiful spacious saunas. Also something for everyone because there are all kinds of different types. Elements sauna and Salt Cave are recommended, but in such a cave there are always people who go a little too far with being cuddly unfortunately. Also participated in two infusions that were nicely dressed with a kind of dance and arts with the towels but the effect was not achieved. Furthermore, the food is quite expensive and the quality is just not up to that. So it could be a bit cheaper or the quality should be higher.
We had a great time and we certainly do not recommend the sauna. Especially the lake where you can cool off in natural water is nice and when you are in or near the panorama sauna you have a beautiful view over the recreation area Bussloo.
My experience at Thermen Bussloo was moderately positive. Nice spa, nice facilities, especially the lagoon and underwater sounds, beautiful! Less enthusiastic about agreements regarding food and approach to staff. In terms of food, it appears to be the case (this is also indicated in the saunas) that you are not allowed to bring food or drinks. This is also not allowed in the changing rooms, not at the reception, but even - as we experienced - not outside in the parking lot. Here we were kindly but urgently requested not to eat our salads. A bit ridiculous if you ask me. Furthermore, I found it very unfriendly that I was approached to view my phone, which was IN my locker, and so I checked as discreetly as possible, (not calling) a message from my disabled girlfriend, who was severely delayed with her special transportation, and therefore I had to wait over an hour. I wanted to check every 15 minutes to see if she was already there so that I could support her from the parking lot to the changing rooms. But a passing staff member did not show me any telephones at the appointment. I replied that I understood that, and because of this situation I had to take a look now and then. But the lady stopped at the appointment, and this situation was no reason for exception. As far as she is concerned, I would wait for the remaining time at the parking lot so that I would see my girlfriend. So I could only use the spa for a very short time (we went for the evening entrance). As far as I am concerned, a case of rules around the rules, a little humanity would have been in place. A couple who were behind me in the dressing room where the staff member approached me, informed the staff member that they had absolutely no problem with the fact that I checked my phone in my locker for a message. Fortunately still a bit of understanding ;-)
Visited late September 2018. Had luck with a top day in terms of weather. It was a Thursday, it was not too crowded. There were plenty of people, but not too many. We, a couple of around 30, really enjoyed it. The saunas, the baths, everything went very well. For 1 of us it was the first time on a non swimwear day. Totally convinced! Staff on entry was friendly. We were there on a veteran campaign and it worked out fine. (1 person free, max 4 others for 50%)
Also booked a relaxation massage 50 minutes. Neatly picked up on time, wonderful massage, at the time of our preference and at the same time. Also took the full 50 minutes I think.
Lunch was delicious. We had a nice tuna salad and salmon sandwich and a club sandwich. Really great. We think the prices are better than expected, it may not be cheap but not overly expensive either. Portion was good! Later I also had spring roll and bitterbal, which looked like the price, but you got value for money in number and taste.
We can't really come up with something that was disappointing ... A must!
Facilities just fine Staff neat and friendly. Fine pourings. Spiritual sauna events may have a bit more depth and are sometimes a bit too airy. Offer vegetarian and vegan may be better.
Service was not very attentive and fast, different from what we are used to here. The food was excellent, as well as the quality of the wines. Saunas are always great here, as well as the infusions. But for these prices I certainly expect more
Resort (as they call it themselves) with nice variety of saunas in a peaceful and restful environment. Unfortunately, a snack and drink have recently been delayed.
Had a wonderful day with girlfriends. Large and beautiful complex with many different saunas. The infusions and experiences are also very nice. Only minus is the prices of the restaurant, the prize money is not quite right. But we knew that beforehand. Totally relaxed coming home anyway!
We have booked a hotel package 1 night breakfast 2 days spa surprise menu and a Haman Van 50 min. Surprise menu and Haman and pourings were superb. Food and drinks are of very good quality / price ratio. You get one Value for money and some people find it expensive.You are day out I think but you can make it as expensive as you want you have a good lunch for around 14 incl drinks, dinner you can also just take a nice drink with Parma ham or cheese or Turkish bread with a nice glass there is something for everyone. My girlfriend and I enjoyed a lot and will definitely be back.
We went on a Friday and it was not too bad with the crowds. It is quite a large complex so the visitors are spread out. It was a very nice day. We did find the catering industry very expensive. Service was very friendly. Unfortunately we did not go to an infusion. We found it too busy there.
Saunas: TOP Staff: Friendly and competent Food: good quality but at the price Return chance: NIHIL, because way too busy! No more brackets for bathrobes. When leaving the bath you stumble over the slippers. No space in saunas. If you sit in a sauna, the door will open at all times because someone wants to enter it, oh no, not anyway, no place. The sauna does not come up to temperature this way. And what a noise ... blablablabla overall. Pity.
It still remains my favorite Wellness center. The expansion with the salt water basin is an asset. The round bath with music underwater is also wonderfully relaxing. The kitchen is good but pricey.
Sauna 4/5 stars: well maintained complex with enough options for a great day sauna. People in silent baths were actually addressed to talk; awesome. Sec looked at the sauna facilities, this is definitely recommended. A few downsides I found were the long wait upon arrival and the showers that had a very bad water jet.
Catering 2/5 stars: unfortunately the general trend in Sauna-Netherlands has been noted here: the prices of the catering are in no relation to the quality and service offered. The food and service are of a sufficient level, but in my opinion do not in any way justify the pricing. With such prices you expect excellent service, rich portions and good quality. The reality unfortunately leaves something to be desired. The service is ok; the waiting time is quite long for both ordering and serving the food. The quality of the food is ok; food is limp and the portion size is at the bottom of the acceptable bandwidth. Apparently, the created "razor blade model" is also trusted here: customers cannot go anywhere else for food or drinks and are dependent on the hospitality industry anyway. Unfortunately; they lose sight of the fact that the hospitality industry also determines the overall impression of the resort. Final score: a lean 6. Sauna day: excellent, hospitality: insufficient.
