Wonderful sauna with lots of choice and diversity and very clean too! The food and drinks and service in the restaurant is of high quality. Super place.

Great sauna, many options and you can also eat delicious food.

Nice accommodation, however, what the prices of the catering are incredibly high. Almost three euros for a cup of coffee or tea. A pity, but this is too high for me.

Want to take shelter today during a walk around busloo. The manager of the hotel came out very unfriendly that it was not the intention. The tone was biased and unreasonable. Of course, it is not a sight for a hiding hiker eating a biscuit. Adjusted my top review. I have been coming to thermen busloo as a regular customer for years. Because of this unsympathetic manager, busloo has lost a regular customer, I was still planning to buy a voucher for support your locals at a later time.

On busy days, it is recommended to put everything in your locker.
Hammam towel, e reader, bottles of water, there is nothing that is not stolen there.

Staff is quite casual about this and advises customers to call again in the evening for found objects.

I m a regular visitor at the hotel and spa, but this was my first visit since the corona lockdown. Both the hotel and spa follow strict corona guidelines but everything was organised, meticulously clean and comfortable. Sure, they ve brought in a ticketing system to limit people in each sauna ritual, which I had to figure out and adapt to but all facilities are available - which is great. Once again I had a lovely stay, relaxing spa experience and excellent meals (dinner and breakfast).

Great food, super service, good hygiene, delicious infusions, beautiful surroundings. Points for improvement: less expensive dishes on the menu, making showers adjustable in terms of cold.

Nice accommodation with a wide selection of saunas. Friendly staff. Food and drink prices are on the high side.

Thermen Bussloo watches your business. It's getting worse. This time we started with a mistake in the reservation that prevented us from having a lake view suite as requested. In itself can solve this and slept the first night in a normal room. It was noticed that this room was not completely clean. Even dusty. It never was.

There are too few staff in the wellness area to address people about unacceptable behavior. There is a lot of talk in a number of baths and saunas. There are also couples busy with desired intimacies.

Prices are high. All fine, but there must be more exclusivity in return. So I expect that more staff will be present and that I will really relax. The latter is less and less successful at Thermen Bussloo.
We are therefore looking for a different wellness area. The price / quality ratio has become too bad to come back here.

Delightful hotel. Well trained, friendly and very correct staff. Wonderful beds and very clean rooms. You don't really want to leave here.

We no longer come here because of the extremely high consumer prices.

Pure enjoyment! The entrance alone exudes tranquility. You will always receive a very friendly welcome at the reception. You have the free choice to bring your bath slippers, bathrobe and towel or to rent them there. A plus in renting towels is that you can change them 3 times a day for a new dry towel on the sauna square.

When you enter the sauna complex you see a shower in the center and different types of saunas and steam baths along the sides. On the outside it is always stated how many degrees the sauna is. You also have a large swimming pool and various saunas outside. You can safely spend a whole day there. All infusions that are also free are listed on a central screen.
Another big plus is that they have a source where the water can tap all day long !!
The treatments are also recommended. They use Babor products.
The hotel is very nice and blissful if after a relaxing day of wellness you can just walk to your room in your bathrobe. You don't even have to go outside because the hotel and the wellness are connected by a tunnel.
The kitchen in the sauna complex is also good and there is a wide choice of healthy snacks and dishes.

beautiful thermal baths with lots of free rituals and singing bowl sessions and certainly their infused weekends are definitely worth it. Found the last pouring show a wonderful initiative from all the pourers who really participated in a top wellness in the Netherlands

Nice sauna, good food. Also easily accessible by public transport. Lunch dishes, especially salads, at the price.

The thermal baths are beautiful and offer a great variety. We especially liked the cenote.
However, the whole sauna area was totally overcrowded on the weekend (in March), in our opinion there are too few sunbathing and relaxation areas, but a huge restaurant. The prices are ok for Dutch standards.

However, the hotel disappointed us. The rooms were large and modern but not really clean.
We had booked a half-board offer, so we enjoyed a multi-course menu in the evening. On departure, however, we were charged extra for fries and salad, which we did not order separately, without any information during the meal.
Towels and bathrobes for the sauna were not included with us. But can be rented on site.
Finally, our bill was wrong and we were charged for something that we did not order, did not receive and did not use.
The bill was corrected but without any apology.

Our conclusion: Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. We'd spend the money elsewhere next time.

It has become very busy in this once beautiful and peaceful sauna. Rest is hard to find, it is overcrowded (no matter what day of the week) All promotions, all discounts, we no longer go there. Plus the compensation for the cheap entrance is the ridiculously expensive lunch card. (13 euros for a sandwich?) Too bad .... I prefer to pay a little more to really experience peace.

Everything fantastic for each other, find the food and drink on the expensive side.

A pleasure to be there. Wonderfully relaxing. Nice eaten outside during the summer event. Had two massages. A quiet relaxation massage and a deeper "sports" massage. Delicious!
Get away from stress for a while. Enjoy it.

Nice sauna. Not too big and not too busy. Great entertainment. Too bad that the hospitality industry is absurdly expensive.

One of my favorite saunas in the Netherlands. Just keep in mind that you don't take busy days.

For our wedding stay we have booked a package deal with hotel and day at the wellness resort. Reception in the middle of the night went very well through the well-informed night porter. The wellness resort offers an incredible range of baths, saunas and accommodation. The hospitality industry has some items that are a bit high in the price, but this is the exception rather than the rule. Drinks and snacks are included in the hospitality prices that you can expect in the luxury that Thermen Bussloo offers! I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Heel leuk om heen te gaan voor een hele dag, neem je tijd en lunch er dan ook. Mooie en super geweldige sauna's met allerlei soorten opgietingen en leuke extra's: bv kopje thee als je afkoelt na een speciale saunagang.
Leuke opgieters (m/v) sommige met "real personalites" die er haast een show van maken: ga er met een postieve instelling naar toe en merk hoe je helemaal relaxed!

Nice sauna, good food. Not 5 stars because there was some miscommunitie with regard to time lunch buffet.

Today we visited Thermen Bussloo .. Regarding the saunas I am satisfied, the rasul is also good, but a ridiculous amount of money, in the promotion 19.95 p. p. Normally 23.95. The lunch buffet 21.95 but is very disappointing, when we arrived at 1:00 pm many things were finished, took a while before it was refilled. Life cooking was bbq but prepared in advance. So meat was cold ..
You indicate that at checkout it is said that I should have reported it in the restaurant. Unfortunately nothing is done with it. Total bill 140.00 Too bad. So for me no more Thermen Bussloo. . This is how they treat customers .. Such a shame ..

Nig is always a nice sauna, but the food has become expensive

One of the best or the best sauna complexes in Holland.
Clean, friendly employees, good food and drink to fit everyone's purses. Try the all-in dinner. I think they do have ladies days and or a day a month with bathing suits. But it doesn't matter how old or young, how skinny or how fat, ehh sorry I mean big boned like me you won't be looked at or feel uncomfortable.

Yesterday we enjoyed a wonderful late summer day in the Sauna. We knew it is a large complex, you like it or not, I prefer to go after a smaller sauna.
When it comes to the hospitality industry, it completely misses the point. Coffee 2.85 and cake from. 4.25 7.10 or more for coffee and cake. And a bread board with 8 slices of baguette 9.25
And a vegetarian spaghetti for 16.95

Sorry but everything looks fine but the prices of the catering industry are out of proportion.

One of the nicer Wellnes establishments in the Netherlands and therefore sometimes very busy.

Mooie sauna. Eten is prima. Dranken zijn wel duur. De prijzen liggen hoger dan in de horeca gebruikelijk is.

We regularly visit Thermen Bussloo. We think the sauna facilities are fantastic but unfortunately there is a lot of talk in the baths and in the saunas. Too bad and therefore only 3 stars. Hopefully more attention will be given to this.

"If you remove something from the minibar for 20 seconds, it will be charged automatically." - That has impressed us for a long time and is also a bit for the entire stay. The price-performance ratio was not right. A pumpkin cream soup for 8 , which unfortunately tastes like out of the bag and towels, which you have to borrow for 17 . It was our first wellness stay and it was the last in this complex. The sauna area itself is very nice, but unfortunately was very crowded on our weekend. But I can highlight the breakfast ;-)

We wanted to go to the sauna next Friday but unfortunately I was hit by the flu so had to cancel my surprise.

We were only in the spa to visit and were completely satisfied. The sauna area is beautiful and offers almost everything you could wish for. Priced the spa is already in the higher area. We spent a day for two good 150. Admission for both plus supply. Had a buffet in the evening - salads were delicious. Main courses, however, not so much. In addition, the spa was very busy, even though we were there on a weekday.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and the room was also very clean, breakfast buffet was great!
The massages were a bit disappointing. Furthermore, a great spa! We will be back for sure.
