We were there on a Monday during the Corona period and were absolutely thrilled! There are really many ways to relax. Gastronomy is of course not the cheapest, but you can certainly cope with that for a nice day. There is a lot to experience, we will definitely come back!

I have NEVER been so busy in a sauna. What a crowd. M.i does not use this sauna for a maximum number of people per day. There were rows of people to enter a sauna. Swimming pools were full and not a single spot left in a hot tub. This was not the sauna experience that I had expected in advance.

Nice, big Sauna. Very busy, and very impersonal because of its size. Despite the big words, the infusions were fairly moderate. The size of the site gives the opportunity to walk around with lots of baths in between. Generally ok, not special.
Wonderfully relaxing and many types of saunas. The food is also very good. What is unfortunate is that beds are continuously occupied while it is clearly stated that this is not allowed. The staff does nothing with this! That is ashame...
Delicious breakfast lots of variety. Prices of lunch / dinner should be a bit lower. However, it was no problem to take 1 dish together.
Overall, a disappointment for us. The hotel looks from the outside as a clinic. Unfortunately .. from the inside it is but the opposite. Super chic and a little Asian touch. The staff at the front desk as well as in the entire hotel and wellness area speak unfortunately only bad English (which I would expect differently in such a hotel). Positive was the room. Really very chic and generous! Great! We even had a terrace. The way to the spa area from the hotel is breathtaking! You go through a tunnel that contains great music and pictures. Super attuned. The wellness area is incredibly big! Totally many saunas and water areas outside. Similarly, there are a lot of pool chairs outside. We only ask ourselves how it is in bad weather. It was incredibly busy when we were there. Almost too full. The humans stood for infusions in snakes. So if you do not like crowds, it's not the place for you. It's also incredibly expensive. We ate in the evening in the "cheaper" restaurant from the buffet and I paid 28 per person without drinks. The quality was really good but the price was very expensive. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. There were no rolls - only bread. There were only two types of cold meats and it was a total rush in the air. Not nice. At check-out we have to 45 minutes. delayed. The receptionist was very rude with us and said in a bitchy tone that she actually had to charge. I'm a trained hotel expert myself and did not find the sentence appropriate - at 45 min delay you can be very accommodating and do not have to say such a sentence. Especially since she had called before in our room and I said that we are packing the suitcase. That we will not check out five minutes later is clear. The sentence has only meant that we have left the building in a bad mood. We waited in vain for a farewell. All in all, a disappointment.

We arrived at three o'clock and it was really crowded. Fortunately after five o'clock it became much quieter and we enjoyed it very much.
This Place is just wonderful. We spent 6 hours here, so many different Saunas and relaxing areas. Very good dinner buffet and very nice staff throughout the Thermen. We will come back, I can only recommend this place. It's lovely.
The hotel and spa are absolutely fabulous. Amazing people, very nice and helpful. The spa is gigantic and we'll maintained. The hotel is perfect. We slept on clouds, the beds are amazing. I can't wait to come back here.

The suite was very luxurious and included a very spacious hot tub. The rooms were clean and nice with good view. The bed was very nice and the showers were great. The sauna and restaurant facilities were very extensive and good. It was quite busy there.

Bel ervaring is nog erger, wachttijd van minimaal 17 minuten! (Meerdere malen gebeld) Telefoon wordt gewoon genegeerd. Voordat je iemand hebt gesproken, heb je al geen zin meer om te reserveren. Wachtlijst met gasten die graag wat eerder willen komen bestaat ook niet. Tijd voor jullie service verbetering, lieve Bussloo personeel.
Nice sauna, many different saunas, but very busy. Being unable to enter a sauna regularly because it was full. The silent baths were also very noisy.
The best sauna in the Netherlands. Thanks to the great hotel where you can spend the night. If you have the option then book a suite with a view of the lake! Wake up wonderfully then have breakfast and go to the sauna via the underground corridor. The sauna is also fully equipped, reservations are advised. Private spa also possible!
I have received a receipt from friends. And now when booking I notice that, because it is the weekend that I want to book, I still have to pay 30 EUR and I also could not opt for a cheaper arrangement to get around that. That should have been stated on the receipt itself and not on the fine print. In addition, I was not given a friendly answer. For a company that wants to make people feel good, I think that's a bad thing!
Can relax. Very nicely finished with beautiful views. Evening atmosphere is highly recommended.

Very nice sauna, nice complex with lots of variety, there is still plenty to try. Quite a lot of talk was made, but that was no different. Had a wonderful day through a social deal. As a tip I would say more dressing. You do walk from changing clothes to the saunas that is very nicely done. Hospitality a bit too expensive for what you get may be a bit cheaper
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Had a 3 night reservation to stay at this hotel. , arrived at 4:00 , waited in line 35 minutes to check it.
At check in we were informed they did not book the spa treatments correctly. After a lengthy discussion they begrudgingly agreed to try to find room in the schedule to accommodate.
There was no acknowledgement of this mistake by this hotel staff. In fact the women seemed bothered that I was even asking them to try and remedy their mistake.
By the time we got to ours rooms it was an hour later. We found no robes.
Typically hotels offer robes. This being a spa / sauna retreat with a suggested policy that the guest to only wear robes and nothing else we were quite surprised to find they did not provide these in the room.
I called the concierge to be told I had to come done to get them.
Another 15 minute wait on line.
After I was given the robes, I requested a menu for room service , as we were not going to make the dinner reservations we had due to the prolonged check in process.
This hotel staffer replied Do you really need room service? The restaurant is open and that would be easier .
It was very clear this hotel staffer and the other who checked me in were not professional or properly train in service and hospitality. This treatment very much contradicted the Michelin recommendation and 4 star rating this hotel boosts of.

These are no COVID -19 procedures being implemented.
No social distancing , place was overly crowded with many Day Spa guest. Lockers rooms floors all soaking wet , no staff in sight cleaning any areas.
Felt very unsanitary and unsafe.
SPA
This is the only good thing about this experience. Luckily we were able to get receive the treatments we booked.
Strong Covid protocol was on display.
Staff and treatments were exceptional.
If you still decided to try this establishment , only use the SPA.
Everything else falls incredibly short of what is advertised therefore expected.

A wonderful wellness complex, certainly in combination with an overnight stay at the hotel. Cared for to perfection. Wide choice of different saunas, baths, relaxation rooms, restaurants, showers, etc. Service is good. Hotel rooms very nice, comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom, friendly staff. We come here twice a year, always with overnight accommodation.

The new salt bath was really beautiful and that also applies to the large selection of saunas, swimming pools and hot tubs. We found the service and food really shockingly bad. Continuous wrong order at the table and it also took a long time before you could order anything. Price - quality are not in proportion. Bread board for 9 euros is absurd ..
First experience with Thermen Bussloo was good, very good. Two-day access with overnight stay and surprise dinner. Well maintained wellness. Although it is a fairly large complex, it feels smaller. Garden is very beautiful even in winter. Sauna square is very busy. Hotel is nice and clean. I have my doubts about whether the really best hotel in NL is. Checking in was smooth but impersonal. Surprise dinner was fantastic. Every course very diverse, Vegan was also no problem. Price-quality is on the very high side otherwise Thermen Bussloo received 5 stars.
Many visitors, but thanks to the many different saunas and baths, you can still enjoy. Especially the natural pond is super.

Hotel:
The suite is wonderfully spacious. Super queen size bed and nice view.
Unfortunately quite cool, especially in the bathroom and toilet no heating.
Because of this and because there are too few hooks / bars, you always have wet sauna towels and bathrobes. For me a real minus point in the fall with outside temperatures around 0 degrees.
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs are always ready-made eggs, but here the cook wants to make putty. Unfortunately inedible.
Choice otherwise okay, but everything was very tight. Fits.
Spa / Therme:
Many different saunas, correspondingly large selection and variety. Unfortunately very full and then many ways are simply too narrow. More distance would be more relaxing.
Restaurants in the spa:
The selection is ok, but the prices are excessive. But the quality of the food is in no good relation.
In sum, we had a very relaxing stay. Only a few points were just not very consistent.
But the staff is friendly and helpful.
We'll come back anyway, I think.
Nice accommodation with several saunas and a nice swimming pool with a large amount of sun loungers
2 * and for this reason; it is often too busy there ... if you come for relaxation, rest and the right experience then it is better to visit the smaller saunas, especially if you take into account that the whining (talking loudly) in the peace / quiet spaces are not being observed, certainly not in the Hammam. I have no idea what some people do there, but stay at home or go to the Toppers, where you can whine as much as you want.

A great sauna with a large pool, a large amount of different saunas, an outside pond to swim in and a salt water pool you can float in. You can eat a la carte or from a buffet and there are many other facilities.
An oasis of wellbeing. Great rooms, excellent food, nice saunas inside and out and good service. There is nothing nicer than to come to the breakfast buffet in a bathrobe.

I had a great stay here. The staff is great and they have a great sauna complex. There are a lot of different saunas and showers and hot tubs. They also have an outside section which is beautiful. And the food here, while on the expensive side, is of high quality.

Arrangement booked with 3 course lunch. This was a huge setback. As soon as you are put at a dirty table you will be told that you will be surprised. In no time a soup that you cannot choose. Soup on you will be told to choose your main course from the BBQ. Spoon rice with a choice of guinea fowl or salmon. Main course on then they leave your plate and the other is already ready with the dessert behind the one who gets the plates. 3 course lunch less than 20 minutes and ready. Also clearing the terrace was moderate. Our cups of coffee and many other glassware were still there after 3 smoking breaks.
Sauna and bathrn are good and clean and everything nicely laid out. Surrounded by very moderate.
At reception indicated that the lunch was very disappointing. The response was that we could have done better alla carte. Euu yes .... From now on, indicate upon arrival that the 3-course lunch is not great.
