A paradise to relax! We really enjoyed our stay at the spa. Very friendly staff, great saunas (especially great, the 4 elements sauna), beautiful pool area and insane highlights. The service offered is also great. Starting with the rental of towels and bathrobes on the food and drinks. For a small price you can buy great bottles to get free water at the drinking fountain. Bathing slippers are still available for free. Simply great! We will be back!

Become beautiful after the renovation, especially salt bath makes a huge impression.

Our favorite sauna! Spacious enough and yet cozy .. infusions are well arranged and the extra things you get with it. We find price restaurant on the high side.

Delicious sauna complex! Many beds on the lawn and sufficient diversity in terms of saunas and baths. All looks very nice! The price for the sunbed, on the other hand, was extremely high: 15 euros for only 10 minutes.

Very nice thermal baths. Buffet lunch and buffer dinner is not much. Unfortunately you have to make a reservation and you cannot come whenever you want. Nevertheless, the most beautiful thermal baths I have seen in the Netherlands.

A must for a day of relaxation, nice swimming, exfoliating, relaxing baths, saunas, good food, good service and the saltwater cave (new) is truly a fantastic experience! In short, an affordable day of relaxation

Nice, large and yet quiet sauna. Friendly staff, really had a holiday feeling here! Of all the saunas we have been to, it is really a favorite!

Even with bad weather, a lovely day enjoyed warm saunas and cooling baths.

Only the check-in can be more efficient and ask in advance in restaurant Intens what the offered aperitif costs, we found 12.50 for a Gin tonic very pricey.

Nice big wellness. Even on a busy day it was good to stay at thermal baths Bussloo. The saunas are very spacious and the range is very large. In the restaurant you had to wait a little longer for your drink, but that is not surprising.
Outside in the garden is a nice cold mist route that you should definitely try when you are here.

Nice sauna facilities, just a shame it was so busy. there was a queue in front of most saunas. That detracts from a relaxing day for me. Furthermore, the hospitality opportunity was very neat and the service was great. Nice for once, but I'm not going back.

Lunch package included but the food is not great, otherwise everything was great!

Planning of day arrangements is not coordinated with fixed times for lunch and dinner. Long queues for live cooking cause annoyances at the guests and because planning does not coincide, you have to break off the lunch earlier. Remarkable was that we had to pay an extra for the drinks !!! There is nothing about this on the website and of course it is nonsense if you book a buffet arrangement through the website. The hostess commented that a smoothie already costs Euro 6.50; the drinks we had to pay extra for Euro 6.50 p / p .. no chance !!!

The sauna complex is great. But the hospitality industry is nothing short of dull. We have been quite often. And it seems like it is getting less and less in the hospitality industry. The prices are out of balance in terms of price quality. The choice is limited and the prices are horribly expensive. The operation is also not too fast. But they are friendly. Would be nice if they change the menu in terms of choice and price

Hotel room was super nice and everything was clean.
staff are very friendly everywhere. Very nice that you can walk from a hotel to the wellness through a tunnel.

If you find relaxation somewhere, combined with pleasant scents, it is at the Bussloo thermal baths. Too bad that the beds are usually all occupied. Great daytime activities.

Very nice! The spacious garden in particular is very nice, the saunas are very nicely decorated. The saltwater cave is a must!

Super nice spa with beautiful rooms. I was taken here for my birthday and got a super nice surprise in our room. Including a personal, handwritten card. Massage was also super. I would definitely go back here.

Busy, way too busy. I have the idea that I have been in a swimming pool (on Wednesday afternoon) instead of a sauna. Not recommended or ... you must have a discount coupon which I think had 95% of the visitors.

Nice fresh sauna and to be honest, everything looks clean and tidy, lots of different saunas and nice rest areas only on the day we were there, it was very busy. And what I don't really think is normal is the ridiculously high prices for a hamburger. 13 for a simple hamburger and then you still have to pay 4.50 for the fries.

Last weekend I visited Thermen Bussloo for the first time, unfortunately this will also stay here. First of all, the complex looks great, nice facilities. But what a bustle and what a prize! Everywhere there are silence signs, people are talking loudly. Outside sunbeds as far as you can see, looked a bit like a large all inclusive resort. We had to wait for 30 minutes for drinks, when indicating this, the employee became angry and put it off to other colleagues. The prices for food and drinks are disproportionate. <br/> The above also indicated at the reception, but this was picked up rather casually. A pity, because it is a beautiful complex.

The hotel is phenomenal.
The Spa was strange.



There is no real "chilling" athmosphere at this location. Nice restaurant area with comfy lounges... but very loud. Then only real "sleeping" places... but to small and always full. At least no place where you could sit warm, read a book and enjoy silence.

And in my opinion such a place is the heart of every Spa.

After realizing that we wouldn't enjoy our stay there we asked the management to cancel our reservation for the hotel and just charge us the SPA... that wasn't possible... very impolite management personal.

We won't come back and we can't recommend this place. Sorry...

Nice and big with all the amenities. We were only here on a Sunday and it was very busy. We are happy to come back on a weekday.

Enjoy, you can do that here. Been a number of times in recent years but it is getting busier. Maybe they can better reduce the maximum number of visitors to keep the peace and good atmosphere alive. Furthermore, good facilities, clean and well furnished. Top outing to relax for a day.

Had a wonderful afternoon at thermae bussloo. Because of the holiday it was a little less busy which was very nice. "Performance" attended in the Kelo aufguss sauna. Compliments for the woman who walks into a 90'C sauna in ski suit, nicely interspersed with various music. Had a great lunch and nice book as a card!

Really enjoyed the sauna. However, it is moderate that you do not have a decent opportunity to change clothes on swimwear day.

The building, facilities and atmosphere is very good. Nothing to complain about. In the future I hope it will be a bit quieter. The crowds had a negative effect on the rest. The complex is great, distributed in a beautiful garden is a large part of the saunas outside. In case it rains there are umbrellas everywhere. In addition, there are drinking fountains, plunge pools, showers and other possibilities to cool off between the saunas. There are also two Gastro areas and numerous loungers and a quiet room. The hotel itself and the rooms are beautifully decorated. We were thrilled overall by the hotel and spa.

Booked a room two weeks ago and had to cancel a week ago. The trip would not have started until the end of April.
The hotel does not want to accept my cancellation and is keeping the money. When asked by phone why, since something else is on the website, I was given the words: "You are blocking the phone" in the middle of a sentence!
They don't respond to my emails!
Unfortunately, that goes to the lawyer now.

Had a great day. was able to go there through the veterans action. Have really enjoyed it, good and friendly service, nice and clean facilities. We have been there more often and keep coming back. Really recommended. Thank you for a wonderful day.

Simply delicious !! Delicious saunas good and hygienic. Many choices from 65 degrees to 90, Finnish infusions, infra red sauna and much more. had wonderful facial massage of 50 minutes. The smoothies are definitely recommended. Only the buffet I personally found very disappointing. Not recommended. The food was lukewarm and so was the salad and there was not a lot of choice. We missed things like fries and the desserts were not supplemented. My cousin got the last piece of cake. And the cutlery, for example, a cake server was too dirty to scoop up anything else. A pity but all in all a fantastic day!

We were only in the restaurant after a long walk with lots of dogs. It was very hot when we entered. But the dogs were well taken care of everywhere. Unfortunately the service was very slow and we had to wait a long time for our food. And sometimes ask where the drinking went. The staff was very friendly!

Wonderful sauna complex where I regularly go with a friend. It is clean, attractive, enough space (I have never experienced an enormous peak busyness), sufficient infusions and also enough choice of saunas. The food in the restaurant is good and the service is fine! Prices a bit on the high side, but the income they deserve! You come there to enjoy and relax, which includes good food.

Several times the bill turned out to be incorrect. Is always friendly and neatly resolved, but I advise people to really check the bill, especially if treatments have been booked.

We visited the thermal baths with 3 people and were only given one cupboard, which we were very astonished about. Fortunately, one of us was so big that we got our large sauna bags on the cupboards.
Unfortunately, we also had to use the plastic bags that are only allowed in the facility. For us as visitors from Germany, an unnecessary waste production with over 1000 guests a day.
The possibility to lie down after an infusion was impossible because only 24 loungers are available in the relaxation room. In the rest house there were maybe 12 queues in front of it. It was rainy outside so everyone in the restaurant was bustling around.
In which you weren't allowed to put a towel under your short bathrobe as it could be dirty! However, I always do it this way and have never been instructed about it by the staff in other sauna areas. However, you were allowed to put your bare feet on tables, as we saw this with many guests and the staff must have seen it too.
The drinks and the food were totally overpriced or not appropriate for the price. Small portions for a big price are probably best.
We would only visit the complex in summer (because the outdoor area is fantastic) in combination with a hotel room (so that you have a place of retreat).
The saunas were nice and we also liked the infusions. Above all, everyone waiting outside together and getting access together.
I would like to positively mention the salt cave where you can relax and enjoy the underwater music.

Had a perfect day! Very clean saunas, very friendly staff, wonderful infusion and more than sufficient facilities. The dinner buffet was exquisite! No improvements imaginable.
