Very busy, too busy. 2nd Saturday of the month, so a lot of pourings where long lines stood for. People were already half an hour in advance in the hall of the sauna so you had to squeeze past people to get to the sauna. And they stood talking loudly. Therefore no silence in the sauna itself. A lot of unrest. As if you are in an amusement park. Goat cheese sandwich was delicious. Lamb / tzatziki sandwich was mainly tzatziki, not lamb. Complaint submitted but it did not go beyond "I pass it on to management". In short, we are not going anymore. Totally no wellness experience. Unfortunately. A few years ago it was still pleasant there.

Erg uitgebreid qua sauna s en baden. Hangt een fijne ongedwongen sfeer. Personeel erg gericht op de klanten. Het eten daarentegen is echt een tegenvaller. Bij een salade Falafel was 2/3 slablad en op het broodje met groente zat een hele teen knoflook (jak). Aangezien de prijs best fors is, mag de kwaliteit wel echt een stuk hoger zijn.

Fantastic weekend and well maintained. Only reason I don't give five stars is that too little is done against talking people in the sauna and baths. Seriously annoying.

Too few jacuzzis and the jacuzzis that were there were full of the same people all the time. Advice for Thermen Bussloo: keep an eye on those jacuzzis and allow all people to use max 15 minutes. And another advice also make a jacuzzi inside because not everyone can go outside with lower temperatures. Can even be dangerous. And why is a bathrobe not included in the entrance fee ??? That would be nice. The fried egg eggs tasted delicious, highly recommended.

Seriously, waiting in line for half an hour before you can get in?
That is outdated, you can check in digitally everywhere, but here you have to wait at the desk before you can enter despite your reservation ...

Delicious enjoyed, the new saltwater pool is super beautiful. Just a pity that there is always a group of people who constantly have to chat in the silence rooms ...

It must be said that thermen Bussloo and one of the most beautiful and cleanest Sauna facilities. Price technically they are very expensive, which can make such a day quite expensive. If you come on one of the pouring days, they allow too many people! Saturday
February 8 also a pouring day so that you can no longer find a place in the restaurant .... too bad!

All just not but it is clearly not the staff on the work floor. The sauna and baths are neat and clean and are kept tidy during opening. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food a la carte is very inconsistent. A hamburger of 19 euros can be used as a hockey puck. He managed to get through my husband's, but it's really not good. I didn't have to pay my citizen but the fact that my stomach was bothering them did not help them. I was offered a drink after I didn't want a new burger. I did not accept this because my stomach was really bothering me. I sat there for quite some time, hoping it would drop and just order a coffee. Omg 3.10 for a small coffee from the same machine as with the gasoline pump. And yes suddenly my offered drink was no longer valid? This has neatly corrected reception. What a huge flop Is the restaurant. In my experience, they are victims of their own success. Due to all the discount promotions and holiday auction, heavy compensation has to be made somewhere and that is clearly the restaurant. I am not the only one with serious complaints about this.

Large, clean, beautifully laid out and really very tasty food!

This should be the best wellness center in the Netherlands. Since this is my first visit to such an all-in sauna (paying for food separately), I cannot judge this. That the choice is huge. Unfortunately, the staff had to follow a course that was clearly customer-friendly because the artificiality jumped off.

Beautiful, extensive wellness with many saunas. The new Banja sauna is also very nice with the infusion. Dinner buffet is also good, although not all dishes are equally tasty.

Always a wonderfully relaxed day, even in corona time. Excellent sauna top staff ... comes from reborn

For what you pay it is better to go to a one-man business, where you get the care you paid for.

The Thermen are fine and nothing to complain about. The restaurant section we (my niece and I) were not satisfied with. Everything very expensive and really not of good quality. The service was disappointing. We will not go there anymore.

Thermen is very nice, but way and way too busy, even on weekdays. I will not come back here soon.

Pure enjoyment in a beautiful place. Not cheap, but good value for money. Parking is free with every package.

For the first time to Thermen Bussloo, my first impression, neat, clean, enough variety.

Lunch, we went to the restaurant, we thought the menu was pricey, very luxurious, not really our thing, a simple grilled cheese sandwich should have been included.

During lunch I left my bag hanging, when she returned she had disappeared, a mint green bag of rituals, which I had from a friend, disappeared, it makes the day a less pleasant feeling, staff did look at found bags. No she was not there. It turned out that my loose items were still in the bag afterwards, with a book there, not mine, I left them neatly at the desk, some of my things were still in the rituals bag, because I have not returned them. So purely for the bag. The fact that you can't leave anything hanging anywhere, in a complex where people come to relax and have a nice day. Bah. Bussloo cannot do anything about that, but people like that give Bussloo a mixed feeling.

It was quite busy, it was too busy in places, and in places it was less bothered, by the way, I was surprised that you would be scolded if you put your arm around each other or loved each other.

Short description, Neat and clean complex, a bit busier than expected, too luxurious and pricey lunch, apart from stealing my bag had a nice day.

There was nothing else for me to stop in the sauna hall and leave the building.
No understanding at the counter. 10 Minute sauna for the full price.
Thermen Bussloo is on my blacklist.

My advice: ignore Bussloo. There are better, calmer saunas.
Soesterberg, same organization, is wonderful.

A very good sauna. neat and tidy. good staff. a wide variety of different saunas. Also possibility to spend the night in the adjacent Hotel. Food tasteful and good value for money.

Tried to book a hotel stay. Normally I pay around 200 euros for 2 people at the weekend. Now a number of rooms available and now it costs 404 euros for 2 people. Too outrageous for words. Was a regular visitor here but now look for another sauna. Unfortunately

Wonderful wellness resort! The full package! Clean, spacious and despite the crowds that we experienced, plenty of room for everyone in the various saunas. We found the umbrellas that were ready everywhere so that you did not get wet when you walked to the pool . Craziness I think it's a really great idea, we were there one day with a lot of hard rain and this is ideal

Resting possibilities indoor are limited. Therefore, in bad weather many people loll in the restaurant.
Very good food, a bit expensive for German standards, but normal in the Netherlands.

Nice location but it was very busy. I like to go to a wellness center for the rest. But now it was often a noise bath. Silent sauna? What is that? Everyone is having a nice chat with each other, which also echoes in a bath. Mss that a lot of social Deal vouchers are being sold ... I don't know. But because of the crowds I give 3 stars. The food and the massage on the other hand were good.

Service, facilities and rooms are very good. Prices for treatments, food and drinks are ridiculously high. Minibar may not be used for personal belongings and when something is extracted, that product after 20 seconds into account. This gives a rather stingy impression.

Had a great day. Food is good and spacious. Nice facilities. Disadvantage that some people are so noisy in the sauna.

Food was very well cared for. It is really worth every penny. Service was very friendly. The sessions that are given are very relaxing. Even if something does not go well with you, the aftercare is really good. I will certainly come there more often

Everything looks equally neat and tidy. From the hotel room to the sunbathing areas. We found it wonderfully clean. The employees of Thermen Bussloo are all equally correct and friendly. The catering and treatments are at the price, but qualitatively and quantitatively high. The only downside we could discover lies with the guests: if they hang their mouths at the water taps (where visitors can fill their water bottles).

Yesterday I went to Sauna Bussloo again and had a wonderful day, nice infusion, delicious food all to your liking.
I hope to do a sauna again very soon and will definitely go to Bussloo again

The thermal baths are top notch, friendly staff and good facilities. Restaurant Intense is, just good, value for money. The room is spacious and tidy, with a but. The TV is bar, after a long day of relaxing you want Netflix and chilling, you can forget that. You can only watch commercial (read commercials with film clips) TV (not even HD). Too bad, had been a nice ending.

Keurig nette sauna. Erg goed verzorgd. Service en vriendelijkheid personeel dik in orde. Prijzen van horeca zijn te hoog. Om die reden niet 5 maar 4 sterren.

Wonderful sauna! Pay attention not to too many offers .....

My favorite sauna for a number of years. The infusions and fine meditations in the yurt complete the day. Fan of the new saltwater pool, just like you're in the Efteling :)

Unfortunately, the Bussloo thermal baths seem to be getting busier and busier and there is a lot of talk in the baths and saunas. This makes it harder to really fully relax, which was not the case before. Too bad, hopefully more attention can be paid to this not to lose the "stars".

The restaurants very pricey!

Intimate and very well cared for. All the ingredients for an indulgent day are plentiful. Good hospitality facilities and correct and friendly service. I can heartily recommend this location.

It is a relaxing sauna, with many choices and unusual sensations like the Kailash cave with Tibetan bowls. But the inner man is spoiled here, because in the Keldrome is an extensive menu for vegans and vegetarians. The time you get in the sauna at a kebab or a croquette, is over. I had a delicious salad of cabbage, goji berries and hazelnuts with a galapenovinaigrette and roasted asparagus with honey. Delicious and easily digestible. And then back without sinking in the baths!

Had a super sauna day. Top facilities and super nice staff. Very service oriented.

Booked last week for a sauna package with overnight stay.
Enjoyed all the extra things like meditation and singing bowl meditation.
In particular, would like to express my enormous appreciation for the very helpful staff, my glasses were lost and time was spared to successfully find them again.
