Excellent service booked in last minute staff more than helpful walked us to apartment showed us around , excellent value highly recommend
Great apartments if you are staying for a conference of IFSC
Great place. Secure quiet smart clean and spacious way more value than a boring hotel.
The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped.
very nice apartment, close to downtown, filled with little touches for guests
Fantastic Urban scenery and confortable apartments inside the very Dublin's downtown
Nice apartments with a comfortable size, fully equipped with kitchen, living room (bed sized sofa) and comfortable beds.
The receptionists are very kind and helpful.
The best about the apartments is the location, though. You're located right at the city centre within a walking distance to most attractions.
Good apartment, although the kitchen equipment is rather scarce.
Superb!! We were a group of 5 attending a concert in the 3arena. We were assigned a two bedroomed apartment which was a 3 minute walk to the 3arena!! Apartment was spacious, immaculate and had everything needed for self catering if required. A tray of sachets of coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits was very welcome. As were the toiletries in both bathrooms. Plenty of big bath towels supplied. Wifi perfect. Would highly recommend. We will be back for sure. Many thanks.
The apartment well but without blinds and at 5:30 a lot of light came in otherwise normal
2 bedroom apartment bigger than my house great for a weekend stay
First off (to make matters worse), I did not even stay in the appartment because my father was in a accident. I had to return home. I phoned that day saying, I did not stay and i forgot to drop back the keys, obviously in a panic. They said for each set of keys (2 sets for the same door) they were charging us 100 & the 150 security deposit. However, They said if i drop them back asap they will refund the 350, they took without my authorisation. I posted them next day delivery. They recieved the keys and then said I will not be refunded, that i broke the rules. They have not refunded me 1 month later. Horrible company, please steer clear and do not trust them with your card information. On another note, what i seen of the appartment was worrying. Dirty, ripped up, carpet we took photos of incase they tried blaming us.
Very well presented and everything you could possibly need for a stay in Dublin.
10/10 and will defiantly try to book this Appartment again. (But will be fully booked I'm sure)
I was looking for a nearby hotel to attend a symposium at The Convention Centre. Because it was slightly cheaper than other hotels, we decided here. I stayed for 4 nights. Knowing that check-in is a way to get to a nearby key storage location, make you feel anxious. The night I arrived in Dublin, I immediately knew where it was, but I had a hard time removing the key storage box. Somehow pick up the key and head to the room. The room with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bath and toilet is quite large. The kitchen also has a microwave, oven, toaster, pan, pan, cutlery, and so on. In addition to this, there are washing machines and irons, which may be suitable for long-term residents. The environment was a little deep from the road, quiet and safe. There were convenience store and coffee shop near, too and was convenient. By the way, there was information on the net that a deposit was required, but I was not required.
Very nice surprise. I recommend for a stay !!!! Many nice little shops nearby
The apartments are beautiful at first glance, but when you go into detail, the cleanliness is not there. We had an apartment that overlooked the street and there ... O surprise, no double glazing. No sound insulation, you might as well sleep on the street. Really disappointed. At 500 euros a night it's called a scam.
Initially looks great, however, little niggles like broken bathroom window and blinds....staff was very friendly and provided items missing in the kitchen.... location felt very safe and was convenient for me.....would come back!
Beautiful views but prices for rent is unbelievable huge
They have a really inconvenient checkin system (only after 4pm) and you can t leave your luggage before checkin nor after checkout. Therefore we had to pay twice for a few hours of left luggage somewhere else a bit far away. They do not have a reception desk, everything is automatic. The apartment was ok but it should be cleaner, the bathrooms are extremely basic, mattresses are not comfortable. We would not recommend staying here.
The price is cheap, the whole apartment is rented out, the autonomous space is large, and the facilities are complete.
Clean and modern design. Well kept and good service.
Stayed here through Airbnb. Pretty great 3 bedroom apartment medium equipped. Only a shirt Luas ride or 10 min walk to the city centre
Loved these. 3rd time I have stayed and they are better than home
Very clean, well placed and closed to city centre. Good value for money.
Room ok and well located but bathroom completely redone.
I was completely stunned with this place. We went there in 3 people and there was loads of space. One of the rooms was facing the garden so it had an awesome view. Also there was a good sized kitchen.
Nice apartment meadow of the canal ... well equipped. .. a little noisy.
Large apartment, comfortable and well located. A very nice deal. And seeing the prices of apartments in Dublin, it's not too expensive either
Perfect and welcomed with a lot of kindness. Thank you
Fully furnished apartment.(thumbs up)
Good to stay if your are groups of four or more.
Apartment was OK - but procedures to get the key and return are near disaster. No support from staff everything awkward from getting the key to return. I was return key to one from staff member and received phone call that they missing the key and i have to pay 60 euro penalty!!!. I was force to find that person in Dublin, basically chasing him over the City to contact with head office and confirm that key was return to him personally (which take me 2 hours)... All by myself - hassle hassle hassle. There is no contact with any person, all over the phone with little support... Check in 4 pm return 11 am. That company should invest in some administration procedures and try to make all easy and hassle free.
Excellent value for money. Close to town and tram service at your door. Supermarket right next to it. A great place to stay if you are going to Dublin for a weekend.
Nice location near to national college of Ireland and many offices .
Would not go there again.
Don't take me wrong, the apartments are in an excellent location. Very close to the convention centre and a walking distance from the city centre.
Yet, I really don't understand the working model of the company. You basically do not meet anyone from the company. You check in in an office that you access through a unique code. You get assigned an apartment that I am not sure following the same standards or each has it's own and it is a matter of your luck which one you will end in. Ours looked different than the ones in the photos. Has basic furniture that has been well used and now starting to suffer the age. No soap in the toilet. Two rolls of toilet paper. You get the picture.
There is a number that one can call in case you need to speak to someone. I called once to ask for an extra key (card) and was astonished by the rudeness. The first thing the guy said was you will be charged for this. I was not sure whether he is actually that rude, or just a language barrier! I asked for a fan in this heat wave for my little kids and was told there are not any. I had to leave one of the windows slightly opened to vent some air, only to find a trespasser inside the living room! Such a scary experience! Luckily no one was hurt.
Having visited many parts of the world, this is by far my worst experience. I understand the guys on the phone have been trying to be helpful but I think there is a fundamental flaw in their way of management that needs to learn about hospitality and hotelling.
Dublin is a nice city. It has many sides, many contradictions, yet you will definitely find something there that you will like.
