The team of wait staff, valet, and other services were very professional and top notch.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Refrigerator is NOT cold. Parking is at an adjacent garage and a little desolate - you can valet. The lounge on the 15th floor is excellent!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The parking was easily accessible and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and modern. Excellent location as well.

Clean and comfortable. About a 25 minute walk to old Town.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast they provided was nice and tasted good as well. Our first room they put us in didn't have a working AC and the second room the tub drained very slowly.

to get the valet drivers that retrieve customers cars to slow down and obey traffic rules and regulations is an impossible task tried and tried with no luck customer cars will be damaged soon because of the idiots valet drivers

Hotel service has been great. Housekeeping provided extra towels and coffee supplies. Front desk bumped us to a room with 2 double beds and a cot at check-in, instead of the one bed, which was awesome. They also provided complimentary ear buds, so I didn't have to listen to my dad snoring. The restaurant was just ok. The food was very good, except for all our eggs, which were all way overdone. The prices were too high for the food to not be perfect.

We booked for NYE and they the hotel didn't do anything right. First off we got double bed when when requested a queen. The screwed up our Breakfast vouchers. Charged for Wifi... The "W" charges for Wi-Fi? What type of service are we paying for. This Hotel is not cheap. Never Again

Great location, very helpful staff. The room and toiletries were very nice. We opted not to get housekeeping, and there were more than enough towels for the few days we were there. The price for parking and wifi is a bit steep, but not a deal breaker. The only downside was that there were a few events at the hotel while we attended, so at night there were plenty of drunk people around the ground floor, especially crowding the elevators.

The room was nice and the bed was great. But that is it. They have no idea what customer service is. The lady at the front desk was Very rude. Rude to the point I had told her We don't want to stay here. I want my money back. She told us that was "tuff". There are no refunds. For the money we spent there they should be ashamed of themselves. They give the Westin a bad name. And the lounge on the 15th floor was disgusting. Dirty drink straws in the seats and Crumbs on the table. We went elsewhere. The waitress there was pleasant though. Bottom line is find another hotel. There are plenty of hotel chains out there that want to take care of there guests. We will next time for sure.

It was beautiful there, super clean, very friendly, felt safe . Parking was confusing at first, you park in the garage next door it says 40$ but once you get your room key it's only 26. The bathrooms flush is amaZing. There is a side door that goes right out to the park on the corner for relieving your dog.

Nice rooms. The bar on the top floor is nice. Close to everything.

Upgraded to a suite (surprise and delight for certain). Beautiful rooms with a huge bath and generous living quarters. Could have stayed longer if I had known! Staff was lovely. Onsite conference was also in a well kept facility. Would stay again.
