This 5star hotel is slightly less expensive compared to other hotels of similar status. Rooms are spacious and have good views (a photo enclosed). The reception staff are very courteous. At the check-in time literally they take you to the elevator area.
Some suggestions for management
1. Although I stayed for 18hours, I had to pay for 2days. (Check-in, checkout rules). First 6hours as one day and later 12 hours as another day. Hotel can win the costumer's if they are flexible and empathetic.
2. Toilets are without hand bidets for washing and only tissue paper is made available, keeping in view foreign guests. No much financial burden for providing hand bidets, unless it is thought anti-modern.
3. Waiting time for elevators is a bit longer. May be working under economical logistic plan.
4. Vegetarian food is excellent. South Indian tiffins are awesome.
5. Provision of some dish tv with all Indian language channels will be a necessary addition. Some DVD player is there, which is of much less utility.
The experience of staying here is great.
The service quality has moved downwards in the past quarter, good staff have left and the washrooms are not fit for Asians and the Europeans or westerners who visit are few in numbers.

I have had many meetings and family meals at Westin and we have enjoyed breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet. There is great choice of veg food. Thai and Chinese food is exceptionally tasty in addition to Indian chaats. Resent stay recently at Westin on the 31st floor was heavenly. The night view from the room is breathtaking...Recommended for a great hospitality...comfort combined with world class luxury

They have the most charismatic ambience and such a great staff service. Even at late hours, the service provided to us was amazing and the food as well was delicious. Loved the view from the 28th floor. It's not gaudy , it's sober and simple and especially elegant.

The restaurant on the 18 the floor has very good view. They have a very good Sunday brunch. Along with very good fine dine Indian restaurant.

Buffet spread is usually good. Deserts are mouth watering. But today the food menu slightly disappointed me. Only tandoori tangdi did justice. And of course deserts saved the day.

I was here for a conference. The team was very helpful and genuinely interested in making me feel very comfortable. I had a special request for cushions and foot stool etc and it was made available in no time.
The food spread was also good - especially the Mutton Rogan Josh & finger-lickin Dal Makhni.
I don't want to take away a star, but the deserts just didn't make the cut. The chocolate cake had a raspberry flavour on purpose, and the red velvet pastry had extra essence. Most of us didn't like that part.
Otherwise, good size banquet hall, clean separate entrance for the attendees, good pre-function area that opens up to a concrete open-air space. We used it later in the evening for dinner.

Its a good restaurant situation on the 18th or 19th floor, we get a view of the Borivali side Highway and a part of mangroves. Food options are strictly limited and you tend to search for more options. Choosing something from the menu becomes difficult as you try to find something in particular. Ambiance is very peaceful and the view is good too.
Stay for 2 days with my wife. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Having small, but well equipped fitness room. Restaurant Kagan is the Must Go Place for dinner, especially tasty tiger prawn starter. Supermarket is located in the nearby shopping mall.

Great hotel with a very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is phenomenal 3 unique buffets with breakfast from around the world. Accommodation was nice spacious and very clean. Free use of a nice gym and steam room/spa
Located behind the Oberoi Mall building, accross the western Highway, the Westin has a huge parking space inside as well as outside the area allocated. It provides office spaces, restaurant facility and other entertainment facilities. Provides good service and is excellent location for many activities ranging from family dinner, marriage parties to meeting and office related work.
I have visited one of the offices in Westin and even attended some function in grand ball room.. place is quiet and calm. Food is excellent.
