Friendly and good Service is very good among the watch shops around Nakano.

I should have paid heed to the other 1 star reviews. The 5 star reviews are questionable at best.

I came here with my kid to purchase a watch for my husband, the shop staff were helpful and also very friendly. I am very happy with our purchase and the customer service was very good. We will be back again soon.

Although it is written that there is inventory on the web, when I asked why the store is actually out of stock, The web is for overseas sales, the cooperation between the web and the actual store is not working well. It's the lowest store that imitates visitors visiting the store by imitating it like a fishing property of a real estate company.

Becareful buying here. It may be cheap but check the quality, really check it. Its no return/exchange (even with the same product) policy. Cheap can be defect product. No quality control on their side because they are "just trader"/"just reseller". Very dissapointed!

This shop has a lot of items on stock even the hard to find ones. My only problem with this store is their no photo taking policy. A friend asked me to buy a Jlc Moonphase and when they didnt have it I politely asked the male clerk if I can take a photo of their Jlc dress watches so my friend can choose. Imagine a clerk telling you to just send to my friend the model numbers via viber instead of a photo. And for my friend to google the model number and see if he likes the photo of the watch. What a waste of time and effort.

nakano. I went to nakano they had many watches but then i asked for FX they werent doing

Mixed reviews since I got attended to by two different people but generally they would be more attentive to those prospective high end buyers than the entry level watch buyer. They also have a different price for credit card payments, which would surprise and would make you feel deceived! Save your time and money and look elsewhere if you re an entry level hunter. Why would you buy here for high end pieces if there s Jack Road nearby with better selections and service for any kind of customer.

I made a phone call last year and I remembered that the female clerk kindly spoke to me, so I visited today. It's nice to look outside, but after entering it's not a luxury boutique.
I was not good at Japanese, so I couldn't talk to them slowly or ask what I wanted to know, but the female clerk was nice, so I would like to visit again and buy a watch.

Service is not that great as many reviewers commented. I was served by a male shop assistant and he looks uninterested to entertain to my needs to try on a few watches. When I made up my mind to purchase an unit, his attitude changed completely and treated me much more better.

Look elsewhere if you want to get better customer service. I went on to make my purchase as I did not have the time go check out other retailers nearby since it was my last day in Japan.

I bought a watch online and picked it up today. Very helpfull and professional service! Will defenitely buy there again!

No idea how this place got so many good reviews. I visited this shop based on what I've read and was left terribly disappointed. The male staff who attended to me was unhelpful - and from what I've observed, they hardly spoke English at all and were more well versed in Mandarin.. in Japan.. go figure.

I asked for the brace adjustment of the purchased wristwatch, and it was passed in the state that the pin protruded.
The clerk also talked bad things about other customers in the background and the attitude was the worst.
I will never use it again.

This was my first time ordering a watch from overseas, and the experience and customer service was outstanding! Communication was timely and information was helpful as I had many questions regarding the watch itself, shipping, customs, taxes etc. The watch came sooner than expected and was packaged very well! Very happy with my purchase and experience with TWC and will be doing more business with them in the future!

I visited by purchase. Even if it can not be helped that the purchase is lower by 10% or more than other stores, the attitude of the clerk was ... Chinese.

Excellent online service, I ordered a nomos watch from them and their staff was very responsive and helpful. Language barrier is not an issue as most of their staff can speak or understand english. Would recommend if you are looking for unique watch brands and buying them online.

This company you cannot trust. Commitments will
not be hold, which is nonexcusable in business relations. The ordered watch was not available, even as reserved log in advance. If possible I would not even give one star, no star would be good engouh.

Worst, worst store. The service is terrible and the clothes are sloppy. I am surprised by only new watches, but considering the after-sales service, other stable watch shops are good. After all, the purchasing route may be wide by parallel import. Prices often fluctuate. I guess it's related to foreign exchange ... I don't know who is the representative on the website.
