Received The Warehouse "Long Weekend Anniversary Sale" mailer.. Valid Thur 28 to Mon 01. A Wet Suit advertisement,caught my eye. Traveled to the Pah Road (Royal Oak) Branch, to inspect, mid Thursday afternoon.. The Sports Section, where the the Wet-suits were located, WAS A DOGS BREAKFAST. A few were still hung up. The majority were in a jumble on the floor.,under the rack. Approach the Manager, (a red headed lady) re the display. Her response, "was to agree with me". But her answer/solution was to ask, 'had I seen the few they had hung out on another rack, in a slightly different location'. Not having done so, went to inspect but as the selection was 'minimal;, walked out of the shop. When Pah Road first opened. It was like a 'Breadth of Fresh Air'. It was initially, "always fresh and tidy". NOW ????. Will have to start trekking back to the Newmarket Branch, where I have never had to sort through "Dog Breakfasts".
This review is not from my husband Denis Martin but from Sheryl Martin. I recently purchased an item online from TWH and had immediate confirmation to my own email address provided to you - great! BUT the following email advising the item was ready for collection was sent to my husbands email! NOT GOOD ENOUGH Warehouse. I was buying this item and I did not want anyone else to have knowledge of my purchase at this stage. I think you need to have this sorted and I look forward to your response. So much for privacy! I was a butcher for forty years the way I was treated by some staff members at torpedo7 .I would of been sacked in my day .They need to have some customer service taught to them

Great retail profile , with the exception of Kevin Balding . It's a shame you employ out of balance individuals in leading roles who like to leave damaging reviews on other retailer sites , definately some disciplinary action required . Happy to edit!
On a corp scale this place is amazing, its very modern, open space, great light. Great teaching facilities. Fantastic cafe, with amazing views.
It's the warehouse lol loads of stuff, sometimes disorganized and other times tidy.
Modern building and environment conscious company which also gives a lot back to the community.
Always great meeting really positive people wanting to do great things!
Was so fortunate to take my class here for a school trip, it was a fantastic educational experience. The place was so modern with an inviting atmosphere. The Warehouse Group is filled with people that are so passionate about what they do. Thanks again for the wonderful experience!
