Silicon Valley of Iran! A calm place for tech startups in a calm place outside the city. Everything is perfect about this tech village except that it is outside the city and going there could be hard for people non-resident of the eastern districts of Tehran.

Pardis Technology Park (PTP) as the region s paradise of technology, under the auspices of Vice-Presidency for science and technology and a fourteen-entity Board of Trustees comprising of corporate and real bodies from ministries, science centers and academies, headed by the First Vice President, pursuing the goals of commercialization of the research results and, establishing sustainable ties between University and Industry, is located in a now 60 hectares area, in three phases, (expandable to 1000 hectares) at 20 km distance to the northeast vicinity of Tehran. The park is located adjacent to a Telecommunication Company of Iran Satellite Earth Station, at the foot of the Alborz mountains. Land has been allocated here to promote the establishment of businesses related to technology. The site enjoys a panoramic view of the tallest mountain in Iran, Mount Damavand.

A great environment for those who do not have a lot of money and want to start a new business. The costs are much lower than in Tehran and it is good to start. Sharif University, of course, is a supporter of good ideas and helps companies here. It's just the whole state project and should be expected like the rest of the state's facilities

We must be honest and remember why in such place thay have founded a technology park. No any important university near or of course expert human capital. There's only some tax discounts so companies take place there only for that and so have several problems with the distance...
