Probably one of the best, if not the best, Italian...
Probably one of the best, if not the best, Italian restaurants I've ever been to. Great atmosphere, nice view, and the spinach lasagna was divine.

European experience! Well thought out on the experience of "The Pink" door. This made me think of the time I spent in Europe finding those hidden gems restaurants that are tuck away somewhere and when you find it its adventure walk thru the door then with every step and sight is pleasant. You walk down to friendly staff host. You think you are going to be seated in that first room then you go for a walk then pass the open kitchen to another room with a beautiful view. I happen to come in when the crowd was gone and we had the whole restaurant to our self. It was a perfectly thought out. When you sit the staff was very sweet and welcoming. On top of all this yes the food is VERY good!! Overall i wish i could give The Pink Door a 10 star. Well done. I have traveled and tried many places this is one of my top favorites now.
Delicious dining experience, would definitely recommend and go again.
The best Italian food ever! I can taste the freshly ingredients. I would definitely come back next time!
Italy meets the great PNW! Always lively. Always good.
Kind, personable service. Fun atmosphere. The pork was the YUM.
My favorite dinner spot in Seattle, a beautiful burlesque themed building with great drinks and the best lasagna I've ever had, hands down.
Food was delicious and the servers were very thorough.
Great atmosphere, the place is literally hidden behind an unmarked door. House wine comes in a mini glass which was super. Only complaint is that the portions are small. I was still hungry after the sausage and pasta
Fabulous in every way.
I really didn't know what to expect when a friend invited me to join her at The Pink Door (I'm fairly new to Seattle). I was absolutely blown away by the decor, superior service standards, attention to detail, and spot on meal & wine recommendations.
The burlesque-type performance was freakin' fantastic and hilarious!
Clearly, a highly recommended establishment if one is a local or visitor. A must do stop! Enjoy!
Delicious food and a lively ambience here. Had the special that was a lovely fresh fillet of salmon and the Kolsch was a nice beer too :-) fab service and looking forward to the show. Sitting at the bar is a great alternative to booking a table if there aren t any.
Nice place to eat and drink. If your looking for a new place to try check them out. Unlike any other place in Seattle
Great atmosphere, and weather permitting, an enjoyable patio. A menu based in coastal Italian, the sea food plates are the quality you would expect in this part of the States.
Absolutely amazing atmosphere that not many other restaurants can compare too. Food was amazing service was amazing. Overall this is one of the top 10 restaurants to visit.
Excellent food in a relaxed and casual setting. Good music and decorations that you can listen to and look at while you are eating!
Fantastic food, fabulous ambiance, impeccably perfect service, and oh my god the dessert. I think I just found my new favourite place in Seattle. Our server Thomas was absolutely amazing and made our night.
When I called to make a reservation, the hostess was rude (they seemed to be very busy). When we got there, our waitress, however, was very sweet & attentive. The food was pretty good (we had Osso Bucco & chef's fish of the day), but I don't think I'd go back, for the cost ($212 for 2 of us, w/ 1 appetizer & 3 cocktails). And the tables are way too close together (you can't help but hear the conversations going on, on either side of you).
Wed nights with Casey MacGill and Thurs nights with Bric-a-Brac are really high quality live jazz, with no cover!
Excellent food, very eclectic decor, nautical yet a bit circus too. 1st time there, very nice
Arrived at 6:45pm on Monday, this must be one of their busiest days as the aerialist is present & a great show to boot. BTW, just look for the pink door, it's a little confusing using waze.
We did not have a reservation but managed to sit at the bar. We were going to have dinner there but the hostess found us a table after 15 minutes.
I'll start with the service, it is absolutely impeccable! The food was delicious!!
Really good food and service, really romantic place
It s a very good Italian food, but it s too small, it s not enough.
Great entertainment, tasty food, and good staff...what is there to complain about? Nothing from me!
Place is funky and fun. Food is pretty good. Not cheap, but pretty good. The night we were there there was a musician, Gretchen Yanover, on electric cello, who was pretty good. No trapeze that night, which was kind of a bummer.
The Pink Door is a Seattle Institution. The food is fine. The decor is nice. The service is friendly. The aerial show is very quick. She is great, but know that she only performs for one song each hour. The entire experience was a novelty. I m glad that we went and experienced The Pink Door. With so many great restaurants in Seattle, I don t feel the need to go back.
Fun, comfortable space when hanging out downtown. Good food, though I'd prefer a wider selection. Ever so slightly touristy.
Super super fun place. Great experience. Great food. Great atmosphere. 5 stars for sure. Will come back again if i can ever get a reservation in haha
Recommendations from everyone got us here. Reserved our outdoor table about 3 weeks out. Glad we did! Best meal we had and the drinks were fantastic too!
Great food served family style, big plates to share. Wonderful service, just a bit hard to find
This is my 2nd trip to the Pink Door and as always it's a pleasant place. I noticed they have done extensive renovations since the last time I went here about 2 years ago. It's just as cozy and entertaining, but most of all, the food is amazing and won't break the bank
It can get very busy every night, but I strongly suggest you make this a priority to visit for dinner at Pike Place - just leave your name on the waitlist then walk around - it's worth the wait, especially if you come across the nightly entertainment like trapeze or carabet
Awesome food and experience. The whole vibe was so cool.
One of the best restaurants I have ever been to.
This is a great place to bring your family.
Their infused oil is excellent!
This place is delicious! The lasagna is to die for. I also had oysters, the tuna tartar and some other apps. All amazing. The view is really beautiful and even finding this place is a cute experience - find the pink door in the alley. Unique on the inside and really good food and service.
Just ok, not as good as people said.
Overpriced
Not worthy
The front of the house needs some help handling the crowd. The food is good not great just good....a big plus would be to lay off the red wine in the sauce it is too strong
All dishes were excellent; service was friendly and responsive. Place is a bit hard to find if you re not familiar with the area, so do your research beforehand. Be sure to make reservations and have parking options ready as street parking is scare.
Definitely recommend!
The food was delicious and the ambience was really nice. We sat outside on the patio because it was such a nice night. We ordered the lasagna, bolognese, and caprese salad. Everything was amazing. I would return in a heartbeat.
Really nice place to eat. Expensive, but great views.
Crazy good Italian food. The gluten free options are really good. Will definitely be back!
My seattle favorite! Please go for dinner time and check their performance schedule :) been going there on my dates, family occasions! Celiac friendly and be able to accommodate gluten free! Their artsy interior only gets more intriguing every time I return.
One of my fav in seattle for pasta! Sadly they just changed the menu and the squid ink pasta is no longer available :( the sage soda is delicious
italian food and service here is super good. Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. Staff treated us so nice. The place has a great atmosphere.
Good food, nice place
good prices
Overpriced lunch menu. The large salad $13 turned out to be just several lettuce with pumpkin seeds and no flavor.
My go to spot for date night with boyfriend. My go to spot for drinks after work with friends. I wish I didn't live so far away.
The food was absolutely great but the quantity for the price was a bit disappointing. I would have loved if the food quantity was a bit greater. The overall service is good but the wait is really long if you don't have reservations beforehand.
Lovely place to visit! I definitely plan on going again.
This place was excellent! The food was on point, best italian in Seattle. Very appealing atmosphere and friendly staff! Highly reccomend!
We called them and asked for a 3 person table and the hostess said no problem come on over. We reached there and they saw a minor (5 year old) and there was a suddenly a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. Wtf.
This place has it all, ambiance, food, drinks and decor! I am from out of town and former Concierge so my opinion is stricter. Must visit!
It was okay. Nothing extraordinary, may be because of the things I ordered.
Amazing food, great prices (a couple bucks cheaper than zankou for the kabob plate) and consistently awesome customer service from the one younger cashier girl! She is on point! Thank you guys. My new go to for mediterennean food! Highly recommend this spot!
Pretty good food. Nice view. The walk to the restaurant is a little unnerving.
The food and service was amazing.
I will go back .
Fantastic steak. Excellent and prompt service. Highly recommended. We made dinner reservations for Halloween 2017. It was WILD! The staff were in very unique costumes. Lots of them created by tbexwearers. We didn't get lots of pictures because they were busily shuffling all around for everyone's entertainment.
One the best Italian Restaurants I have ever visited. Everything was perfect, the ambience, food and awesome service.
You might have to wait for 30 min for a table if you don t have a reservation. So make plans accordingly.
Lasagna is the must try dish, it s one of the to die for dishes at this restaurant.
Also a perfect place for a date. So give this restaurant a try, it won t disappoint you.
I wasn't impressed and don't see what the fuss is about. There are far better options in Seattle with better food. The food is fair, the drinks are ok. If you do go, make a reservation on the deck or in the back dining room with a view. Seriously, don't get to buzzed about the hype on this one.
Overrated place, vibe is okay but the food was not upto par based on online reviews, wish pink door puts more soul into their delicacies. Pasta that I ordered was bland, could not taste salt or anything.
Wouldn t prefer going here again.
Lovely atmosphere and music along with amazing food and service made for a wonderful evening! Highly recommend The Pink Door. (Tough to find... It's literally a pink door down an alley!)
Awesome food and atmosphere! Great service as well!!!
The food and drinks were good, the lighting was low, and they had live music when I went which seems to be a regular thing on Fridays and Saturdays. This is a nice place for a romantic date, but definitely make a reservation as the wait can be very long.
The Pink Door offers gluten-free pasta dishes and they are full of flavor. The customer service is phenomenal. The drinks are unique. I can't speak more highly of The Pink Door.
OMG
Best meal. Fun atmosphere. Great view. Great service. Pasta was incredible, homemade deliciousness. Good for kids too
Tourist trap thats way OVERESTIMATED. Old fashioned outdated kitchen. The service was ok, but that's it. Overall bad foodie experience. you can have pasta and all other meals at home. STICK WITH RESTAURANTS IN CHINATOWN WHEN YOUR IN SEATTLE :)
Love the vibe and the food. Long wait for a table but worth it. Live music with a stand up base on a plain old Tuesday. Great service. Gluten free noodles and garlic bread.
Tasty & well made food, cute atmosphere, good live music. Food portions are small, so it lacks value for money, but better than a lot of the mediocre restaurants in Seattle.
Wow. I've heard good things about this place for a decade and I finally went. Cheese plate was phenomenal, great little relishes paired. Our server seemed pretty tired and uninterested but actually the guy bussing tables was super friendly and helpful. Pasta was great, our clams were tasty. Some kind of citrus, garlic and white wine sauce with pepper that was delicious. The environment was really beautiful too, the bar looks amazing.
Highlight though was the live music. The musician they had played several instruments, sampled himself live and sang. Really made the evening special.
Dinner with friends. Great ambiance and fantastic food. The cheesecake was outstanding. If you are in Seattle, this is a must.
So good we have to go back!
Ordered 4 main courses for 2 of us with 2 appetizers and a dessert. All was amazing.
The waiter was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved him.
The guy with the horns, holoween...
Thank you, and I'll see you guys soon!!
Love it here! Really great food. I've been here twice so far and love that it's kind of hidden, too. It still is really busy, and I'd love more places to sit while waiting.
Great food
Great Ambience
Great service
Great live music
If you are reading this, this place is a must fry
I had the whole grilled fish. My daughter had shellfish pasta. We shared the cioppino everything was excellent and our service was outstanding. This is an excellent seafood restaurant and a great Italian restaurant combined. I was really impressed
We visited the Pink Door back at the beginning of August. I was able to make reservations about a week prior so we could dine during the aerial show. Finding the location was easy, I did my research :).
When we checked in they didn't have us scheduled to sit in the main dining area, however, after a very short wait they got us a table and we were able to see 3 performances of the aerialist.
The service was great and so was the food. Everything was fresh and delicious. The decor is quirky, but I love that! It was very crowded when we went and the wait was rather long for walk ins, although some chose to actually wait.
It was definitely a cool, unique experience, mainly due to the aerialist. If I went again, I'd definitely try to go in a Sunday or Monday just for that.
This place is cosy and in general, the atmosphere is really good. I bet your girlfriend would like it if you ll take her here.
Food is delicious. Try their lasagna, it s so so good!
Try to get a reservation, or expect to stand there for a few hours waiting for a free table. Check their online schedule for 'shows'.
