The hotel is in a perfect location, right on Trafalgar Square and right in the heart of London!!

This place is absolutely incredible, the location, the home itself, the staff, and just everything about it has been remarkable!

Very nice hotel. Amazing location. I was in room 422 I believe. There was a framed butterfly wing that looked like Bob Seger.I hope they rename this the" Beerlush/Ramblin' Gamblin' Man Suite"

Bed is comfortable, friendly staff and nice location - but how come a business hotel doesn't have a desks in the rooms??
Will not go there anymore for this reason.

Stunning hotel in the heart of London. Arguably Hilton's best in the city. Rooms are beautiful, restaurant has scope to improve; especially the service but the overall experience is amazing.

A little small hotel breakfast but the room was fine

Please read this until the end if you are considering staying at this hotel. The only good things about it were the bed, that was very very comfortable, and the location.

Unfortunately, the service was below average and not up to the standards you would expect.

Check in took ages and was very confusing, We were offered complimentary newspapers, but the only papers available were the Financial Times or the Independent, the other ones were charged. Furthermore, no one offered to take our bags to the room.

It was New Years Eve and every time we went out and came back, we were made to feel like we were "gatecrashing", had to say our room number to be able to get back into the hotel. My husband was asked the same questions before he even got close to the bar to get a beer!



But the worst was the fact that when at the check out we mentioned we never received the complimentary newspapers offered at the check in, the gentleman said that they ran out and didn't even apologise for the error. When I said that this does not justify the fact that we were offered a service which we didn't receive, he replied he could not speak on behalf of his colleague, basically implying I was lying for saying she offered it. He was so rude, arrogant and unapologetic that just left me stunned.

I would not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone!!

Absolutely perfect place to celebrate my 50th and my son becoming a teenager! Centrally located for EVERYTHING. AND THE VIEWS FROM THE ROOFTOP BAR WERE SOOO BEAUTIFUL.. AND THE BLANKETS TO CUDDLE UNDER.... PERFECTION. Thank you for a very special weekend

Location, service and room were all satisfactory. If I have time, I want to stay again.

Well appointed hotel in the perfect location! We will definitely return.
