Nice place, pricing is slightly towards premium but quality and customer service is of a good standard

Trying to be something it's not millenials barking out number like your in McDonald's classy.

Friends and family did a surprise meal here for us to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, we had the roast share thing which was plenty of for both of us. It was well worth the money great atmosphere and well worth a visit, if ur in the car park, DONT FORGET TO PAY AS YOU LEAVE, but great meal nice atmosphere and good value for money, will return soon

Lovely setting on lancing beach. Often very busy but lovely place to sit and drink coffee. Having said that I find both tea and coffee not as good now as when the cafe opened.

Very nice, only spoiled by parents who are unable to stop their kids screaming and misbehaving in a restaurant.

Really awesome building and coffee, always super busy with such an awesome vibe. Love all the furniture inside and the theme of the place, I would super suggest bean bags and hammocks in the summer to go with the cosey cool vibe. Loved the chips too, big wedges with a light batter.

Great place to sit in the sun and relax, andpeople watch.

Absolutely incredible veggie bap! Soft bun with potato fritters, fried egg, guacamole & sweet chilli sauce. Best breakfast I've had in a long while.

So I'm local but don't often use this place. I have a 2 hour wait in the area and thought I'll give it ago. All I can say is the coffee and chocolate was very good and what was more impressive to see was the level of cleanliness of the entire property including outside areas.
For me this is a big deal and shows how passionate they are about the business. I've just seen every single light bulb get cleaned. Amazing!

Great location actually on the edge of the beach. Picture windows with exceptional and unusually presented food. Not too expensive and the service is very good, even when busy. Hope the menus are varied occasionally , then we will definitely be repeat customers.

I often go to the Perch to have coffee and chat or lunch with a friend and it really is a good place to be! With a view out to sea (being right on the beach) it always gives wonderful views. The food for Gluten Free people is good with many things available.

Nice venue overlooking beach. Gets incredibly busy, meaning long wait a for table. But there is a coffee bar to wait at. Food is okay.
Need to comment on the really poor service here. The waits are incredibly long even when many tables are empty and waiting staff standing around, which suggest staffing issues in the kitchen. Although the menu says "serving breakfast till 11:30", we were turned away for breakfast at 11am and had to wait 45 minutes until the 'lunch setting' and then another 30 minutes to receive our order. Prices are more expensive than the food warrants and menu options are limited.

Fantastic food and drinks. Not cheap but then good isn't usually cheap. Food fresh, staff very helpful and friendly. I hate sullen, bored looking staff serving me. You won't get that at The Perch.

Dogs very welcome. Even better in summer when you can sit on the beach or have the BIG windows open.

We love it.

The restaurant is closed due to the pandemic however the kiosk was open serving dish and chips, ice cream and churros. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Will be back for more. Very soon

Shame. Beautiful place, stunning location, friendly locals but... absolutely the most unfriendly, robotic and down right rudest bar staff I have ever met. We thought we'd end our lovely seaside walk here... downer on the entire day.

Good food, friendly staff, nice views. It can get fairly busy in the afternoon but never had a problem getting a table.

Disappointed that this is a full on dinner restaurant and does not cater for light lunches or sandwiches. Good food.

One of my favourites for breakfast, has some great maple pancakes and bacon.

Mixed experience with this cafe. Long waiting list...breakfast stops at 11am and lunch at 15:00. We called to asked until what time they were serving lunch and they said 4:00. So we went at 15:00 but we had to walk out as they said that they weren't serving any more. It's a shame because it's on a lovely location!
