Excellent location and excellent food. Can be very busy, especially at the weekends, so be prepared for a wait. Also have special evening events, where nothing is rushed.

Really busy, but well worth the wait,for drinks,just goes to show how popular the perch is really good.

The mussels are worth the visit alone. Be prepared for a long wait for the restaurant even in the winter at weekends.

A little piece of heaven, lovely freshly cooked pizza right on the beach. Always popular but big enough for everyone. Gorgeous, my favourite place in Lancing. Also dog friendly.

Been waiting with my 2 year old outside in the rain for 20 min after told it s 30 min waiting time. However other people were coming in before us. Btw, I am from Poland and it s seems, we are not welcome here.

Great location and food. The acoustics aren't good for those with hearing issues though.

It was ok....small piece of batteted cod and chips we're ok.

Ordered 2 coffees and an ice cream at the take away window. Before I knew what was happening they had passed me an ice cream. Was then passed a receipt with my order number to wait behind 10 or so other people for the coffees. I asked if the coffees were imminent. Was told they are going as fast as they can. Then begrudgingly told they would make the coffee for me then. By the time I got the ice cream to my daughter down the beach it was well on the way to melting. Service severely lacking common sense.

Food is always amazing. Has vegetarian and vegan options too.

After s walk along the shoreline from Shoreham a welcome stop for a drink and small snack. Although you can get s full size meal here.
