It's not at its best currently, out of the 2 restaurants, their main restaurant near the pool is closed.

Nice location. Good services. We were there for a marriage ceremony and stayed till early morning. We made some noise as well. The staff were quite supportive and made necessary arrangements.

Average restaurant but Rasam the South Indian food center is awesome

Valet parking available , good food with decent ambience nothing extra ordinary about the place

Literally a traffic jam at the entrance. Was there for an event called steppin out movie. Drinks and Hookah was being served with a lot children around. Very poorly managed.

Moderately decent place. The hotel staff still lacks professionalism & mannerisms.

Beautiful place,but the place is too crowded. There were three events going on. Moreover ihe non-vegetarian foods were not very good. But vegetarian items were good

A full vegetarian section named RASAM famous for its specialities in South India cuzine which also serves Jain food .... A 1st innings section for an authentic North Indian food..

very good rooms with extra bed.. breakfast buffet was delicious with continental,indian and english breakfast to choose from.. beautiful large garden.. hospitals and eat outs nearby..very convenient place in the city surrounded with greens.

Went there for an office party. The victoria auditorium was big but it had a really small space. Food provided was reasonably good. Good place to bring your family and kids to as there is an adjoining open lawn as well. Of course located inside an iconic stadium and in prime location of city.

Great place to fill your stomach with delicious dishes . Aslo buffet available.

The Wi fi didi not work for any single day during my 3 nights stay.
One day it was told that no IT team is available.
This is rediculous.
No action was taken to improve.

There is communication gap among the front desk.

No napkin towel is kept for any day despite of informing the front desk.

In Restaurent, for breakfast, no better choice of fruits.

Overall, very poor experience.

Food is very good, at reasonable rates... For family gathering, it's an ideal location.

Stadel is a very good hotel of middle category, has become very popular destination for marriages, kirtan and conferences.

Good place to dine, Mirage pool side restaurant is ideal place to be with family or a date with gf, other restaurants are equally delicious and pocket friendly .

One of the worst experiences of staying in a hotel. The rooms we were shown while booking were new and refurbished - when we checked in, the rooms were horrible. Bed sheets were stained and smelling, toilets were not clean and stained, rooms have paint chipping off, rooms were very dirty and seemed like hadnt been cleaned for a very long time. The rooms are very expensive, but dirty and unclean old rooms should be much much cheaper. Service was very poor and staff didnt seem very happy to help. Rooms are right next to the nightclub and so it is very loud at night. Staff are very loud while cleaning and talking at night and we were left very disturbed. Overall, a horrible experience with very undertrained staff who are unwilling to resolve issues.

Banquet and events is completely the opposite - 5/5. Wonderful service and very helpful staff. A very professional service with excellent food and decoration

Though I'm new in Kolkata it was easily accessible the ambience was lovely

Stadel is an awesome place to visit with friends and family for a meal. Food is awesome and price is reasonable. Visited 1st Innings and Heka both were great.

We went there to celebrate New Year, decorations, food everything was great, but also play some international music for international music lovers.

The hotel is big with lots of rooms and two indoor restaurant and bar like 'first inning' and 'mirrage'. The hotel has a club house with pool, gym and spa facility. The Stadel has an outdoor restaurant as well with south indian cuisine. Overall the hotel is nice. Room are not that big renovation required. Good place to arrange functions. Parking is decent.

We had dinner buffet on Christmas eve and I must say that we are fully satisfied with the food and the staffs. The starters, main cours and specially the mutton biryani and fish fry was awesom.The staffs were also very humble and helpful. Surely we will visit again.

Gandhoraj chicken is my fvrt dish....just loved it. Just wow.

For buffet the starter is great, but when you get to main courses it tastes poor. Rest all staffs are well behaved !!
