The Stadel Hotel Kolkata Reviews

Visited the bar-cum restaurant division, namely Mirage, assosiated with The Stadel. The food is good. Kebabs and mocktails are popular, and we enjoyed the cooking. The environment was nice. The decoration was good, and outdoor seating can be arranged if one wants. The service was nothing exceptional, but good. The price rate is on the higher side (about 2000 for two people) but overall it's a nice experience. In mmy opinion the USP of the restaurant is being associated with the Salt Lake stadium. People can think of grabbing dinner after watching a match (if they have the money of course).

Hotel in the stadium. That's one thing. There is not much of a crowd. The buffet should be tried. While there aren t many options on the main course, the food is delicious.

Known name in Salt Lake. Good quality is good. Otherwise an average place for functions and parties.

Went to First Innings on the time of Durga Puja. The food, quality and taste was awesome and very good service from the service team. Thanks Mr Sibnath for the great hospitality.

Been once there.Did not find any influence to go there again.

Good place ambience. Restrooms are a bit dirty. Need improvement.

Good for office parties, since there are two banquet areas you can opt both or one. Didn't find many varieties of food though which I think because it was an office party.

One drawback is the lack of car parking will make you park your car near AMRI hospital which is opposite to this venue or in the adjacent service road area paid parking

A premium banquet below the Salt Lake Stadium. It is on the opposite side of the VIP road. Has open lawns, as well as indoor banquet halls.

Pleasant Stay at this property all thanks to my last minute plans which landed me in this place. The first thing is that it's location is a good one for Salt lake area and the quite surrounding is a bonus. The staff is courteous, helpful and prompt. The rooms as it will be evident from the photographs are clean and hygiene. The room size is huge compared to a lot of similar hotels. The beds were comfy and clean fresh sheets ( big plus there) and the AC worked nicely as well. There was a pub also on the property which I could not visit.

The breakfast buffet was more than adequate with a good spread of continental and Indian dishes.
The restaurant ambience is easy on the eye with good seating.

Overall my take is that this is a great value for money property and hope they keep up the good work.

Well experience I went there for my relative wedding its just wow!!

They just hosted a wedding for us, and the quality of service was amazing. The food and the decorations were great. What I most liked was that our specifications regarding the decorations and food were executed even though it took a few meetings to perfect everything. The managers were very helpful and receptive.

The Stadel is located inside the area of Salt Lake stadium. Two different buildings are there. One is the main hotel and one is the health club which has gym, swimming pool, spa and a poolside restaurant. Gym is not great but good. Pool is good but this year pool is not being maintained nicley so most of the time you will find dirty water. Restaurants are of avj quality food. Pool side restaurant is good.

Not bad not good. Average hotel. Food quality is great.

The employees are so helpful, the air conditioning chilled me, lol... and most importantly environment was so quite and work friendly...

We had to look for rooms in stadel but unfortunately rooms were full due to some event.

Very good location, but entry remain congested during function at banquet hall on both side of main entrance.

A hotel under the hoods of a stadium. Does not know the room conditions and facilities. Approach from the main road to hotel gate is in very treacherous condition. Cars can be damaged on this part in rainy days and even one can break legs in any evening. Food is good so far I tasted.

Banquet hall was spacious, valet parking was spontaneous.

Good place for party in the center of Kolkatta for approx up to 500 people below 50 you can do south Indian items party and any 2or 4,6, person can go for South Indian restaurant , good in quality and rates also

Good place for reception , get together etc. Multiple halls are there for simultaneous bookings. It's inside the stadium compound.

It has all requisite facilities of a three-star hotel. The conference room is fabulous and can comfortably accommodate at least half a thousand people. The best part of the hotel is its location in one of the upscale areas of Salt Lake.

This hotel is attached to Salt lake stadium, beside Bidhannagar police Commissionerate. Look is good. But I didn't get any scope to enjoy it's services.

The Stadel is an amazing place to have a sumptuous meal. It provides state-of-the art lunch and dinner buffet which is lipmacking. The ambience is great and the staff behaviour and coordination is quite good. Located inside the Salt Lake Stadium it is one of the best restaurants of Kolkata.

The parking is good. Easily accessible from the main road.

We went there for an office party at Colosseum. Food was okay. The place is spacious with free valet parking (though it is not within the hotel but outside the road). Banquet is good , Large space for more than 200 people easily accommodated. Centrally AC.
Hotel has adequate facilities and perfect for those seeking moderately priced gathering /party with a tinge of luxury. The location is perfect as it is housed inside a what used to be a part of a bustling stadium, so it's just on the main road, yet quite inside and some great options for various modes of transport. The hotel also arranged for Christmas, NYE parties and such. It also seems to be a favourite among locals as a wedding reception venue!
Washrooms are ok, there was no napkins in the washroom which is not good at all.

This hotel located inside the Salt Lake Stadium Complex. They have recently renovated all the rooms, and restaurant. The staff was courteous, the reception area was decently decorated. Food is really good, and so is the stay except the bathrooms, that could have been more clean. Easily approachable.
