Except a few infra things, the service is great and people are helpful and polite!

Not to my taste! Though I did not see most of it! Found it a bit down market!

Very late in delivering food. Taste not satisfactory.

I went there on new year eve. It was fabulous and food quality was good. Although please dont order chilly chicken or kebab as they were awful to eat and was just a waste of money

The electricity had gone for 13-14 during our stay of 4 hrs... Pretty poor service. Everything else was good.

You can get better hotels at the price quoted..The hotel seems to being good business with banquet bookings n since all rooms face the banquet lawns,the rooms tend to be noisy and windows are sealed.The staff are inhospitable and the rooms have a dull interiors

I Piyush Tulsyan Stayed in this Hotel, The Stadel, Salt Lake Stadium, Kolkata, on 22 & 23 January 2019, for Marriage of my Sister Daughter

Attended a few events at this venue, both indoor banquet halls, as well as at outside lawn. Spacious and well-maintained.Today we visited this place. The food, ambiance as well as the service provided . was beyond 5 star. We loved the hospitality as well as the regular checks resulted in the 5 star service.. Coming to the food. It was a buffet but table service was provided which resulted in freshly prepared steaming hot food on the table. Would love to visit again.

A hotel under the hoods of a stadium. Does not know the room conditions and facilities.

Approach from the main road to hotel gate is in very treacherous condition. Cars can be damaged on this part in rainy days and even one can break legs in any evening.

The food is not good. There's no ambience to speak of. The location is excellent though. A wasted opportunity.

Hotel room was really good n clean. Intercom telephone was not working but was manageable. The bad part of stay was restaurant n food. Won't recommend to have food here. Although morning breakfast is good but again service is very slow unfortunately my breakfast was complimentary so i didn't had much option. Don't order food from restaurant it is just classless.
If i at all again choose for this hotel it will be only for room. Location wise best ambience is good. Reception staff is good. Housekeeping staff if best.

Decent place but lot of improvement in service needed

We arranged a family function here. Wonderful experience. Great service, great facilities. We enjoyed a lot.
