Stayed here for 1 night but what a night it was! It's a typical St Regis quality and service. Absolutely a nice place with amazing pool and gym facilities. Haven't dined there so can't judge. Free valet service is a nice one!

We stayed a week with my wife in the United Arab Emirates and we stayed at the St. Regis in Abu Dhabi.
I don't usually write reviews because, usually, the services, at a certain level of offer, are equivalent. And instead at the St. Regis something completely different occurred, I would say unique.
Since the entrance to the hotel and for the entire duration of the stay an unaffected heat, not simply due, has bandaged and cuddled with discretion but with genuine naturalness.
The butler on the floor, elegant and ready, the waiters at the Terrazza, breakfast, the concierge, the Villa Toscana restaurant and all the extraordinary facilities, in a context of natural beauty, almost anesthetizing, worked and offered assistance and warmth in unison , so much so that Dimitros, Ivan, Giuseppe, Tommaso, Rosario, Sala and many others have become familiar names of everyday life.
Cleanliness on the verge of mania, quality of food, services on the beach and in the pool have been a harmonious determination of the time spent peacefully at the St. Regis.
The Arabic coffee accompanied by tasty and unrepeatable dates, in the afternoon, made us achieve a state of well-being almost from Zen.
I want, in a word, to say that the St. Regis has made a luxury hotel service become a welcome home.
Thanks to everyone, from the concierge service to the general manager for having reached such a level of quality as to constitute the reference point in international hotel hospitality

One of the really excellent hotels in Abu Dhabi city. Elegant, and yet has the Abu Dhabi coziness. Only draw back is lack of access to beach or any sort of landscape (golf course, park etc.) a typical city downtown hotel.

We had a wonderful 5 days @ St. Regis Abu Dhabi. The staff across the board were very attentive and always willing to help or find a solution - they were all empowered to make our experience the as pleasant and comfortable!
The room service / cleaning staff were very accommodating of our late morning wake-ups, and kept the room in great condition.
We were upgraded on arrival - and happened to have an amazing view of the National Day fireworks and aeroplane acrobatics!
Our butler team (Garry, Svitlana and Krystel - headed up by Taras) were checking in on us throughout the stay. Really appreciated their help and willingness to make our daughter feel special / happy and always left her lovely, healthy treats in the room. We also enjoyed fresh dates and cardamom coffee in the lobby - a lovely touch. The Falooda in the crystal lounge was beautifully put together and really tasty!
We had the half board option and enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant - the buffet had such a wide reaching range of options - much more than what we're used to in the UK (but a little less than those in the Las Vegas casino-hotels!). The buffet was more catered to those who eat meat - but the chefs were always up for making my vegetarian daughter and me a custom dish or two whilst my husband enjoyed the feast! Many thanks to Chefs Mohammed and Shekar and the team for accommodating our requests, and for making a special last meal for us!
The pool was fantastic and the children's room had many toys to keep our daughter occupied. Thank you to the St. Regis staff for making it such a memorable and restful getaway for my family! We will be back :)

Nice, tasty and enjoyable, specially the drinks at the beginning BUT watch out if you order the soft package and a glass of champagne for you and your wife , if they ask you for another glass with a big smile....it's not for free..... We finally paid 4 glasses . We didn't like the way it was proposed..

We should have taken the champagne package we would have pay the same price

Too bad

It's definitely a city hotel and not a resort and as such I wouldn't come here on holiday again, despite the beach club. Beach is a bit soulless and looks onto a construction site. Rooms and service pretty good but not Amazing.

Loved this hotel. It's a hidden gem (that i almost don't want to share) right at the end of the Corniche close to Emirates Palace, with a great location and views.

Great service, attentive staff, lovely rooms and beautiful bathrooms. I visited the newly opened beach club which is located just across the road and accessed via a marble lined tunnel under the road to a lovely pool with great cocktails and food as well as a lovely private beach.

I only had chance to grab some room service dinner (fish cakes were great) and to take a drink in the bar (loved the atmosphere) as well as to partake in a leisurely breakfast in Rhodes 44 - I'm a coffee fan so really appreciated being able to order plenty of different coffees over the course of my breakfast - recommend the Turkish Coffee for sure. As a bonus, it has a pork licence too - so a traditional English breakfast was my choice for the morning, although there are lots of international dishes available.

The hotel itself is full of visual treats, from great lighting with quirky chandeliers, through to English style libraries, art deco style bars and of course with an arabic feel too. Loved It and kept seeing new things as I walked around.

I was also lucky enough to visit the suite located between the two towers - if you are lucky enough to stay there then WOW !! Duplex apartment with its own private spa and cinema plus a majlis sitting room which was huge - and with stunning 360 degree views. Perfect for a stay, or even hosting a corporate event - it was stunning.

My only criticism, and it's a small one - is that much as I love the Butler Service providing hot drinks on demand to my room, I love being able to make coffee in my room so would have appreciated access to a Nespresso or similar type of coffee machine in my room.

My second comment - I wish I had stayed longer - it's on my 'will return to' list for sure.

The suite has a fantastic view, and when we went to the buffet we were surprised by the early closure of the buffet and we were compensated for a terrible and wonderful breakfast in the room

Very good hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was missing during our stay. The butler team regularly provided a small surprise in the room. The head of the butler team had a chat every morning at breakfast.

Tempted to give a 5 star, however there are hotels in the world that really make you feel greatfull for their offerings and services. I have nothing to really complain about... but there is a tiny amount of coldness that you feel in dealing with some staff. If possible, I would rate this amazing hotel as a 4.9 stars :-)

Amazing idea to use helipad as luxury dinner place. Unique for me so far. Only rare sorts of vine, Mishlen level cousin, live music. There are limited number of guests who can attend the event at the same time amount of staff is equal to amount of guests. This ratio makes service special, allow to give proper attention to every customer. Event occurring every second Saturday of the month from October till April.

Wonderful and super hotel. The check in was very easy even if they made a mistake and gave me a city view at the beginning but they changed my room very quickly. The hotel is shining from everywhere. They put dates for guest and milk in the lounge for guests. The room is more than spacious and the vue is breathtaking. The staff in the bar were so nice to find me something to eat even if the kitchen was closed. The beach is big enough, they made a tunnel down the hotel to let u get there safe without crossing the street as it s in front of the hotel. Don t miss the brunch in the 47th floor, very various nice atmosphere and beautiful vue

My favorite staycation location in Abu Dhabi, the hotel offers beautiful views on both city and beach fronts. The facilities are exquisite and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast has incredible variety and the crystal lounge offers a nice place for a business meeting / discussion.

Ask for Taras, the chief butler who will definitely make your stay more pleasurable.

Beautiful hotel so much attention to detail on the inside and even through to the effort that the staff put in. The choice of pools were great, one on the third floor directly connected to the hotel and one where you pass under the road through an air conditioned tunnel to get to, this one is connected to the beach. Anything we needed we were brought and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The rooms were extremely luxurious and the sea view was to die for!

We visited the terrace area of the hotel after walking through the main hotel. The main part of the hotel is stunning. Staff were very please to and helpful. The terrace area was nice but the views restricted outside as it's only on the third floor. Again the service was goodwith staff being helpful and polite but it was really expensive compared to other places. I enjoyed my visit but I think the prices will put me off returning

A very plush city hotel. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast layout is amazing. Pool and beach club is cool. Can be very busy at weekends. Also noisy on a Friday night as the corniche kicks off with loud music. So book a high room if you want to sleep.
