Luxury look hotel, deserved to be 5 stars, nice lunches and good arrangement in parking facilities.

Excellent place, there is a coffee shop and the place is very classy

It started hic ticly with an unfriendly receptionist and some mistakes in the booking but later on the management handled it better and I have to say facilities are nice. Thumb up to Mr Salah who let us forget how it started

Really loved the visit, the ambience, very friendly staff , lovely view, perfect pool but less timings it closes by 8pm.

Amazing dinner at le terrace on their Moroccan night and seafood night. Great variety and very well displayed.

The best brunch in Abu Dhabi for sure! Both manager and floor manager extremely lovely and attentive and the food experience is simply something out of this world, no other hotel offers such variety of delicious food, choices of the best french and italian cheeses, a whole room filled with beautifully displayed sweets and desserts, and cherry on top of the cake: the chocolate room, a warm color ambient where you can smoke cigars and try all sort of different chocolates.
Though the waitress would follow us around with the bill, after we left the table to enjoy the sweets and some peace in the chocolate room, scared we would run away without paying. We went twice, and twice it happened. Kind of funny...
Also the staff at the restaurant kept clearing our plates and cutlery and not replacing the cutlery.
Overall just really nice

Newer luxury 5 star hotel. Located on the Corniche road. There is coffee shops and restaurants on the property. Also, a mall is attached to it which is convenient.

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi is absolutely beautiful! The hospitality and friendliness of the staff deserves more than 5 stars! The cleanliness, and decorations for Christmas is absolutely lovely and very elegant!

Great hotel! Never been in such a cool place. Although for 6 years I travel 2 times a year to different places. But this one is the best!

had a conference there in last month. Conference hall design and sound systems are good. for sharing laptop display to big screen is wirelessly. Its very simply to use for connecting and and disconnecting.
Breakfast and snacks juice are everything normal.
One difficulty i noticed that there only 2 toilet near to main conference hall.

St. Regis Abu Dhabi is a very classic hotel, best part that it is connected to Galleria Nation Mall where you have plenty of restaurants, cafe shops, pharmacy and bookstore and best of all a VOX Cinema, the hotel itself has a very nice pool and Private beach in which you have to cross the street through their underground tunnel. The staff are so friendly a d the service is on spot! All measures for Covid-19 is perfectly taken into consideration!

Room lighting controls are confusing and didn't work properly - we had to unscrew 10 bulbs as they would flicker throughout the night when off. The bathroom lights could not be turned off at all, the button failed to work. Coffee is not available in room and cost us extra even though the website says complementary - only to be told later it's provided by the butler but you wouldn't know it as there is no information in the room. We booked with late check-out and found our room cards deactivated with no communication. The Terrace restaurant took over 20 mins to provide our bill, which was then incorrect. A sadly disappointing experience.

We attended a brunch on a Thursday night at the amazing hotel on our first day in Abu Dhabi. The service was excellent. The selection of meat, sushi, deserts was fantastic and would definitely come back!

Great place to stay with top class facilities and restaurants. Service is peerless. Housekeeping however could do with improvement. Had to ask for basics on a couple of occasions which should have been there without reminders.

Abu Dhabi is a very nice city, I really enjoyed my holiday there, but I have to say one thing about Abu Dhabi not as developed as Dubai. Of course, Abu Dhabi also shines with sights and invites as beautiful beaches as Dubai but you can not compare, but it is recommended to see so much fun.

The hotel itself is beautiful, very grandly decorated, think lots of marble. The staff are very polite and attentive, our butler brought us a bowl of fresh fruits when he came to introduce himself and everyone from the breakfast staff to the concierge are very helpful. The room itself is beautiful, again lots of marble and a massive bath tub, the bed was very comfortable and everything immaculately clean and well presented. There is always plenty of taxis outside the lobby should you want to go anywhere and a convenience store a short 5 minute walk away although I wouldn't recommend walking around during the hot points of the day. The beach and pool are great, well presented and good facilities. I loved my time here and would definitely come back!

I went to this hotel for a night, so while there I heard people are complaining about the AC so I asked them how is the AC now so they told me it is perfect now after booking I was surprised that it s not , after then they were promising me it well be fine and cool 30 min after finally, unfortunately I left and it was still too hot
