The St. Regis Abu Dhabi Reviews

A high-end hotel in Abu Dhabi. Just here for an outing and I didn't lodge here. But I can say it has a great architectural design. The meals were top-notch with different types of meal (continental, Arabian etc) to pick from. I was there close to a Christmas and the hotel was beautifully decorated with huge Christmas tree.

My favorite thing here is location, staff and the gym, definitely a great place! Oh and Merry Xmas!

Bad experience, not that professional to deal with the customer satisfaction. I've booked sea view room but they gave me other conditions room and the air conditioner not working.

Although Abu Dhabi is much less poshy compared to Dubai, St. Regis stands out as a very luxurious hotel. You get to see the imperial palace and the presidential one just in front of you. I was lucky to be there at the sunset.. simply amazing!

The hotel corresponds to 5 stars. Excellent Kitchen, I recommend taking half board (breakfast and dinner). The view from the room on the bay and the city is very beautiful, they lived on the 34th floor. Room superior standard - large, comfortable, with many drawers, where you can put all your belongings))). In room ironing board and iron. Who does not speak English, there is a Russian-speaking butler from Ukraine, at the reception a girl from Kiev, and the restaurant is also a waitress from Kiev, they work very professionally !!!

The check in process for us was very smooth , we came for a business conference, my first issue arose here during check in but this was solved when we returned. We were checked in by Edelyn who was so kind and lovely. Other people who made the stay welcoming were Guilde, Hasan from the dining area , Mary from the dining area and also Mohammed hourri . One downside of staying here is the doors are VERY noisy. Another downside, or wish would be that the food be labeled with the allergens as i assumed the vegetable dishes would be vegan and after breaking out and feeling odd, i asked if there were dairy products in the dishes and there were , unfortunately. I also have to comment that being there for 5 days that the food barely changed at breakfast which was unfortunate, if they had quinoa one day, they made it with green peas the next etc. Overall the hotel was beautiful and well kept, the service was always on point with a yes ma'dme or sorry . The room always provided toothbrush, shaver, soaps, sewing kit and hair net, the bed was very comfortable as well , overall it was a good stay , their menu in dining in the room did have vegan options, as did the italian restaurant which was nice to see, just wish they would do the allergen listing at the breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet too . Just those few reasons as to why i deducted one star, overall would love to come back here. The location is close to walking distance of everything too, if you want to go to the corniche this is possible!

I love this place. It's so chill and quiet. their coffee is good and their scones are so scrumptious.

Appeal to the administration: I plan to come to your event, I need to know if you have ironing service in the laundry yourself or is it free? I would appreciate the answer, because You do not have this information and there is no feedback. By phone, the machine answers in English, although the norrem for Russia. Is it IMPOSSIBLE to contact you !?

The St Regis hotels are always amazing. Spectacular food and service, comfortable rooms and all together a wonderful break from reality.

I went there for the Saturday brunch. The food was fine, prosecco was excellent and the service was really good.

It's the best in Abu Dhabi, and it is combine with a great mall u can access it any time from 2nd floor of the Hotel.

butlers St. Regis is the most unobtrusive, personalized, delightful service. I do not know how such a genuine care, sincerity is achieved in a fantastic way, but it causes hot affection. For me St. Regis has been a symbol of exceptional service since 2015, when we first visited Majorca. The hotel in Abu Dhabi is amazing. when they tell me about hotels with their all inclusive I don t have any desire to even think about trying. Because, having known perfection, as you know, do not agree to a compromise)))

This hotel lives up to the St. Regis brand with top quality service and luxurious, princely rooms. An excellent, central location in the city guarantees easy access to town, the main landmarks and must see spots, as well as direct access to a very nice private beach club with pool and gym.

You are assigned a personal concierge - a butler of sorts - which comes in handy for any special requests, last minute needs, etc... like bedding to press your clothes urgently before going to a meeting!

The food is exquisite, and the breakfast buffet is extensive with everything you could possibly desire.

Great overall experience.. highly recommended!

This is one of the hotels I would love to come back again and again. Great location and 5 star quality in all aspects. You are greeted with the best tasting dates ever. The finishing of the hotel is amazing. They provide butler service if you are in to it. The view from the higher located rooms is breathtaking. They keep the windows very clean so you can take great pictures.

The Cornish is a heaven for runners and active outdoor people.

The staff are really hospitable and they catered to all our needs. Always friendly. The place itself is beautiful with the private beach and grand design.

Very classy hotel, 5 star services, friendly staff, the only thing I ddnt like was that the pool were full of kids its normal as there's 2 pools but still the good one is the busy one, worth a visit

Stay away. Nowhere near the usual standard of st Regis hotels. Terrible. Go to Ethiad Towers

Grade A hotel, been there for conferences, lunch and afternoon tea. A very classy hotel that would be enjoyed by anyone looking for a classy experience.

Non smooking room with old smoke smell. Air conditioning only working in cooling and not de humidifying. No shower on the beach. Very good restaurant

What a treat it was to stay here! It was when the butler came and introduced himself and gave me chocolates that I really knew I was staying somewhere special!
The room was fantastic with an incredible view. Breakfast was one of the best I have enjoyed!!
The facilities are great including the Beach Riviera Club across the road which is accessed via an underpass.

One if the Best hotel In Abu Dhabi, can't be compared with Other Hotel when do Hotel comparison, just go ahead do booking with full confidence on service, rooms, food , etc..

I did not stay at the hotel so I do not know what the rooms are like.
I went to Villa Toscana, the Italian restaurant. It was brilliant. Delicious food, and polite, friendly service.
The only down side was the use of heavy metal chairs on the balcony which made horrible scraping noises every time they were moved.
Even so, it's well worth a visit.
