Are you a night person? Do you like steak? Well you're in luck. South Point has a late night menu that starts after 12am at the Coronado Cafe. $6 steak with hash browns and eggs. You just can't beat that. Don't think that this is some bad meat either. It's actually really good. Plus they'll cook it just the way you want, from rare to extra well done. Aside from this aspect, South Point is just like any other station casino you can find... Like Fiesta.

Buffet was great with an amazing staff. Great casino floor

Just awesome, archery, equestrian, gymnastics, bowling! They have some of the best stuff in house or event wise.

This hotel seem shady from the parking lot through the casino. The lighting was great the machines did not pay. The birthdate was disgusting. They should have told people that the buffet was under construction we wasted about $100 not worth it

We were here for bowling Nationals. Had a lot of fun. Had dinner here at the buffet and was very good.

First time staying in the hotel and my family and i loved it!! We visited before but it was just to play the slots and eat the buffet (which is also delicious ) very nice hotel rooms!

Went here for the Bingo and won! Also enjoyed the Deli amazing food for an excellent value. I like the video roulette slot machine. I spent most if my time there.

Open huge bright area, busy but not a place of truly evening fun

Smokey cowboy town. Overall not bad. If you like odd slots and big walk to and from car.

This place has everything!!! Gambling, tons of restaurants, movies, bowling, and a great atmosphere. By far the best locals casino!!!

This casino has it all. Movie theaters, bowling, fine dining, inexpensive dining, buffets, bingo, entertainment, and friendly dealers.

Safe place, the only drawback is no smoke free areas, but to smoke,Taxed, the cycle of life, Employees are spot on , had good time.

Love South Point!!!! Always a good time. Clean casino, huge, great slots, great restaurants! I'll be back next month.

Was there to play bingo, but their bingo hall was closed due to an event. Would have been great if they posted that on their website or elsewhere before making the trek all the way there. Did not stay, nor eat at the hotel, so can't talk about that.

South point has a movie theater, plenty of restaurants, and a bowling alley. The rooms are pretty nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They've done their best to bring it into 2018 with a bang but it's still a little bit of a dated Casino with their wallpaper and older clientele.

Thank you to the staff at South Point Hotel and Casino for making my visit a wonderful experience. Room staff was amazing. Room cleaned every day. Restaurants were clean and well organized. All customers representatives we polite professionals; from the Valet staff and Registration Staff to the Janitorial and Maintenance Staff. Each interaction was polite and professional. Each person took an extra moment to make sure my concern was resolved.

The room was absolutely wonderful. The house keepers did great with our wonky schedule. The slots were tight, but all in all we had a fantastic time. I would definitely come back!

Good time. The lounge needs to stay open past midnight though. Sitting with friends and have to walk across the casino to get another round when we have already been sitting there for a couple hours.

Clean cheap room in Vegas if you don't mind walking through the smoke in the casino.

Large nice rooms. Casino was spacious and clean. Has great amenities for non gamblers...movie theater...loved that you could smell the popcorn as you got near the escalator. Variety of places to choose from for food with a range of price points.

Love the South Point. Easy access from airport and highway, a huge variety of things to do other than gambling...like bowling and movies...and easy to get to the strip.

We only went to the movie theater at South Point, but, it was really nice. Loved the attention to customer service from the staff. I appreciated that one of them ran over to the theater entrance to get the door for me when he noticed that my hands were full with popcorn and drinks for my kids.

Went to the Glass Show here and it was great. The hotel does a great job putting it on. Stayed with friends at there house. Ate here and the food was good.

Great food venues. Especially liked Primarily Prime Rib and visit with Robert and Arian. Rooms were comfortable (Casino comped 6 nights of the stay-Joann and Mark). Don't miss having a "crunch" at Zenshin.

Bingo was great! 2 drinks at bar & 1 delivered to your table! Nice big place.

I got stuck here after my flight was canceled and I had to fly out the next morning. The staff was nice and the hotel was exactly what you would expect. I had fun at the blackjack tables and the room was big and clean.

Got drinks at the coffee shop just inside the South Point while waiting for friends. Both my coffee and my daughters hot chocolate we're very good. Thumbs up.

Needing a place for 5/17-20...i booked here after having been here several years back. This time BED BUGS ! After 2 maid supervisors and a security guard(that was crazy) we asked to be moved while they "investigated" Within hours a call to our room stating they confirmed the nasty critters and our stay was comped. Ruined our weekend..wont go back

Great people, food and entertainment perfect place to hangout

We like this place. If you are wanting prime rib dinner the prime steakhouse up stairs is very nice and not bad on price for the food and service you get.

Very nice facility. We stayed there several months ago and had a great experience. This time we just visited the casino and had fun.

This place is great! I love coming here. The parking is still free. I like the layout of the place because it's not complicated. Also, there are movies to watch, bowling, bingo, etc.

My husband and I LOVE coming over here when we are staying in Vegas. Midnight breakfast is our favorite thing since we can get steak and eggs for under 5 bucks, it's amazing! There is so much to do here.

Go see the gladiator horse show!! 1$ mimosas for breakfast!! Who can say no?

Lots of things going on. Bingo rules not clear - we couldn't get in. One roulette dealer pretty slow. Club card didn't work on all machines. But we did have lots of fun.

Well, we were hoping our stay would be as satisfying as they have in the past. Unfortunately, the room safe wasn't working and we got a room at the very end of the hall. I didn't bother with calling house keeping for the safe as we were only staying one night. We had a view of the parking garage. Not exciting. I'll still be loyal to SP as our experiences in the past has been good.

Good local casino with excellent restaurants and shows.

The drinks are tables are pretty cheap. The liquor store is very well priced.

We do the Glass Craft & Bead Expo in the hotel every year. Friendly staff and many options for food and entertainment.

My wife and I did not stay at the hotel but we use the casino. The grounds are great the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you eat at the Garden Buffet stay away from the Oysters Rockefeller my wife ate those and got very ill. it was a different vibe than the rest of the strip being only 10 minutes away makes it very convenient to get to if you want to get away from all of the noise of the main strip. minimum bet at many tables is only $5 compared to 10 or 15 in the big casinos. if you're staying at the Grandview this is an excellent choice being right across the street. having the option of being able to go to any of the casinos we chose this most nights over the big Casino I definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Great hotel with lots to see and do!. Really no need to leave the grounds once checked in.

We stayed at Southpoint because my daughter was participated in Lady Luck gymnastics. Everything was clean in the casino. They have a little arcade, bowling alley, and a movie theater. They have a lot of things to do for kids. As far as the buffet, I will give one star.

Impossible to get information about schedule for bingo and saw that almost nobody was winning on slots

Great place and great service! Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are beautiful and priced fairly.
My only complaint is with the bars being closed getting a drink from a waitress was near impossible.

Just got back from enjoying the buffet at South Point. Free buffet all day for veterans and guests in honor of Veterans Day! Amazing quick seating and service, great food, free bottomless Bloody Mary's all day! Our favorite buffet in Las Vegas, consistently good food and great service at a more than fair price. Highly recommended!

Smelled a lot like smoke BUT the pool was great, the room was great, and the food was great. 'Nuff said.

Great place. Out of the way of the main Vegas strip. They have a great food selection with multiple restaurants inside. Two bowling alleys and and beautiful equestrian facilities.

Always a good time. Rooms are clean, food is good, discounts are even better for staying (coffee in the morning), cheap for a great stay and OFF THE STRIP. Perfect for a prior local returning home

Super fun awesome place to be, they have everything you could even want and need for a good time. They have a diverse selection of foods not only at their buffet but, from a ton of restaurants all over the casino. I love going to their bar for Monday night football when that is in full swing. You never have to leave the property to have an amazing weekend or date night. Movies and bowling upstairs, amazingly comfy rooms, awesome events, I specially like the auto auctions they are exciting to see! I would live there if there was a way to do that of if i was rich enough and suddenlynhad the money to do that lol.

It's a smoking hotel ended up with a serious Asthma attack. Restaurant, the best one prices were outrageous. McDonalds has better food. They actually charge for parking. I'd never stay there again. Horrible time. Couldn't wait to check out.

Hotel is very clean. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool is nice. Sports book is great and roomy. Good restaurants too.

This is the place to be for a good time in Vegas. Not the fanciest casino in the world but it has everything a devoted gambler needs to be happy. I like losing my money at the south point more than anywhere else. 5 dollar craps tables and free drinks while you play. Ah the good life...

Great place and not one that gouges customers with parking fees. This can be done because it is owned by one gentleman. Great entertainer Wes Winters Friday n Sat nite n free. Try the Prime rib Restaurant. Nice ambiance and very cordial staff n bargain prices. Shows great mngt all around.

Nice room for the price and not having to stay on the strip. Friendly staff during the plandemic.

When there for the breakfast buffet and wasn't disappointed. The omelet station was very good and fast. Lots of options for the picky eater in your group.

My wife and I have been there several times and enjoy the experience.

Sat at the Grandview lounge at the bar doing football. 3 bartenders walked by us and didn't offer anything to drink. Other people were coming to the bar and getting drinks as they continued passing by and even making eye contact. This is the second time this has happened at that bar.

This place has great service, so many things to do within the hotel, and provides great quality for the guests to enjoy

Loved our room, spa massage was wonderful. Restaurants inside were great. Enjoyed our time there.

local casino. haven't stayed in the rooms but the games are pretty good and it's close by to my friends who live over here. sports book is a cool place to watch games. rodeo brings all the cowboys. yeehaw

Casino is nice but, food was just ok. Bery similar to other basic casino buffets just more expensive.

If your looking to stay in Vegas but not near the crowded and advertised strip, South Point is the place. They have their own casino, pools, bowling alley, spa, and equestrian rodeo. You get the quiet place to stay with no tourist foot traffic.

Great place for locals saw Avenger's Endgame there today

This casino is located a bit further south on the strip. Although it's not in the main cluster of casinos it is still on South Las Vegas Blvd and is easy to find. This casino has several slot machines on the main floor and a few more upstairs near the bowling alley. I was very surprised at the size and nice quality of the movie theatres and bowling alleys. We've always been treated well by the staff here no matter what part of this business we visit. They host massive rodeos that are wildly popular and often sell out. They also have a few restaurants and lounges. The cafe is large and always busy, but you wont wait long unless its a special occasion. The hotel rooms are adequate. This place could use an update, but it is a good value for all it has to offer.

For a hotel that's not really in the middle of the typical Las Vegas attractions, it was very nice and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They are friendly here, the hotel (pool/spa/gym) are amazing. And there are plenty of things to do just in the hotel. Good places to eat (I suggest steak & shake) and good arcade, bowling, and movies.

The South Point provides great customer service and friendly staff, their food has always been too notch and the movie theater was always popping. They also have other great services and restaurants within.

Went and had the steak and egg, deal for breakfast the food was a little bland, but very good service
