A great spa for couples. We stayed on the strip but couldn't really find a spa that had a couples area, not just a tandem massage. South Point is about 25 minutes off the strip but has a really nice couples area with a warm bath, steam room and sauna plus couples massage packages all year long, not just Valentine's day. We'd definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at South Point Hotel and Casino. Our room was perfect, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food is great with so many different choices. Parking is free. There is always so much to choose from to do there. Easy on/off right next to I-15.

HORRIBLE!! No shuttle so your stuck unless you want to pay $80 for taxi to strip. Food in all places either Sucked or mediocre...

We had a good time. Everything you need is right there, you don't have to go anywhere else to loose your money...So convenient!

Full service Hotel with lots of great restaurants, convention facilities & fun. !!

This hotel has great rooms that are very spacious and cozy. For nonsmokers they do a great job of keeping the smoke out of the hotel. The hotel security is great and very helpful. If it wasn't for those items then they would be receiving a 1 star. Staff on the other had not very helpful. They do not tell you that when you reserve your room here that the airport shuttle is by reservation ONLY. We got lucky by being able to get on. But we almost were not able to get on the shuttle. The strip shuttle is the same way. The staff and website do not state that you need a reservation for the shuttle and that you have to pay $12 per person to ride. There is also a specific website that you have to go to make reservations. The website is not stated or posted anywhere. You have a specific time for pick up from the hotel and the location you are getting picked up from. So if you are going to a late show. Have fun taking a $30+ taxi. They also do not have any markings on the shuttle so you don't know you are entering the correct shuttle. When we first got on the shuttle we were told to pay $7 per person from the driver. We later found out that the driver was not allowed to take any form of payment which made us question if we got on the correct bus and that we just got scammed. We were here for a convention and when we asked for some directions to certain areas they just said it will be down to the left. When we get to that area there is nothing there. Multiple staff members were rude when asking questions. Don't be alarmed when you see a sign that tells you all amenities are $21 per day. According to the rude staff everyone pays for it so don't worry about it. Overall the stay was decent.

I enjoy going to this hotel. Cheapest and best craps tables in Vegas. I've stayed here several times and I like the rooms as well as the casino floor. I also bowl here. All around great hotel and casino.

Great senior citizen movie deals, good seats & great concessions.

Went there for a bowling tournament but enjoyed much more. Missed the rodeo events though. Would have loved to experience one. Well I guess I must return!!! Enjoyed catching up on movies in the theatre too. Had an opportunity to go on the Strip to watch Michael Jackson's One show. That was at Mandalay Bay. A whole other enjoyable experience. Vegas was great!!!

We went to the dirty at 12:30 comedy performance. It was amazing staff was great it does get packed quick so u have to get there early! Totally going to see it again !

We were scouting venues for our class reunion 2020 and this was on our radar. Great bowling venue.

Rooms are huge the prices are reasonable and approx. 20 minutes from the Vegas Strip. 3 or 4 swimming pools with lifeguards on duty. There were only two issues i had. The bed was hard and the buffay was not as good as it could have been.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and the variety of things there was to do. Not staying on the strip was nice having a calmed trip with just as much fun. And it's great if you want a day to stay inside between, bingo, the movies and a bowling alley there's something for everyone. And their buffet was very good!

I LOVE this property. Great sports book. Tons of food choices. Nice friendly atmosphere. People (customers) seem to be friendly and without that hardcore gamble attitude.

Was very nice and had an old Vegas nostalgic feel to a new modern Vegas. Downstairs is the living embodiment of a heart attack, however. Everyone smoking and all you can eat steak and potatoes for $6.

The overall experience was great. The only downfall was the housekeeping. I called each day to let them know we were leaving and they could service the room. Two days they never came. One of the two days, I recalled and the phone rang and rang until the call went to the front desk. This part has definitely declined.

The South Point Hotel and Casino do I begin?

It's visually hard to miss but on the far south end of the strip. Once inside some of my favorites are the deli at the races Sportsbook. They have humongous cheesecake and apple and cherry turnovers. They're turkey roast beef brisket sandwiches are marvelous and plentiful.

The Garden Buffet is amazingly consistent and tasteful with which I give a 5-star being a former military cook and Baker. The desserts are plentiful and wonderful the turkey roast beef and meat selection is great as well as all the other scores of side dishes that they pay Keen attention to that are always fresh and garnish nice look very well. The cashiers and waiters are nice and friendly and customer orientated unlike some buffets in this town we could use better customer service skills and greetings as well.

They have numerous restaurants I have only tried a handful would have never been dissatisfied.

The movie specials for vets and card holders are great as well and on Wednesdays as a card holder you can get into the movies for $4 a piece.

love it but don't leave it enjoy your time at the Southpoint and may God bless your day and your finances on the Megabucks. I'm still waiting myself LOL

Very nice and large rooms. The slippers were a nice surprise. The late night eatery special is a good deal.

But, needs better signage for events.

Room is very large, clean and nice. Nice Casino, pretty pool area. Very impressed. But the next time I book I will make sure I ask for a view window. All we had to look at was a large concrete wall blocking the window and I checked in early on a Thursday, called the front desk, as soon ad I got in the room, and they wouldn't move me. Also beware of the $14.00 a day resort fee they don't tell you about until you get there.

Off the strip, parking is free and goes directly into the casino. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming.
Restaurants easy to find, staff on the table games were friendly.

I love this hotel casino. I've stayed in different hotels in Vegas, on and off the strip and by far this one is my favorite.

Renovated rooms are nice. Still busy for being off strip.

Nice hotel for families, close enough to downtown to enjoy attractions but far enough away to avoid the chaos of the strip. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool. Love the bowling alley and movie theater for the kids. Huge Bingo parlor and lots of food choices too.

I LOVE Southpoint!! Just when I thought my machine was broken, I realized I hit the jackpot!! 11k later, I left a VERY HAPPY SLOT PLAYER!!

I went to the bowling alley with my friends and had a blast. It wasnt busy so no wait time. They have a snack bar so you can eat while bowling. They also have a small arcade. Great for teens to hang out.

Good casino. I won a lot there.. the rooms were average.

Unexpectedly nice. Cleaner and friendlier than Luxor.

We really enjoy the prime rib dinner in Primarily Prime Rib upstairs.

Food at Silverado was good. Hotel shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot. No in between.

If you are looking for something fun to do on a Friday evening, I highly suggest the Dirty at 12:30 at the Gradview Lounge. It is a free show and the comedians are great! You also never know who will make a special appearance!

Highly recommend! Great family place, couples, or group of friends. Casino pays well and food options are awesome.

Lots of choices in slot machines and restaurants. Good bingo hall.

Went to gamble and get out the house. Can't try to be a millionaire if I don't play. So I went and that casino is a bit richer because of me. Oh well I tried. Go have fun and if you smell horses then there might be a rodeo in town.

South Point is a comfortable Las Vegas Strip experience without the hustle and bustle of the Strip itself. With an excellent selection of resturaunts, accompanied by a bowling and movie theater, South Point is a nice place to relax and should be on the list for places to stay for anyone seeking to visit Las Vegas.

The theatre seats were incredibly comfortable. There is NOT a bad seat in the house. Other than kids being loud kids (if you can imagine that at a kid's movie), it was a pleasant experience for my 79 year old mother and I. The movie was great as well. Thank you South Point. :)

The buffet is now open and they are observing the covid 19 sanitary precautions. The staff was very happy to see people there very helpful. The way they chose to do it was perfect.

Nice hotel..I used to work front desk here when it first opened and it was a cool place to work with a nice atmosphere. The management was great and the owner of the place is a really nice guy which makes it that much better. The customers were pretty laid back too...a lot of cowboys and cool people. Dining options are great and the place is always really clean. I recommend South Point.

Went out for the Vegas archery shoot tournament ended up with a canceled flight could not get home for 2 days I am absolutely overwhelmed by the hospitality at South Point. They not only understood our situation made it much more comfortable the staff all the way from the restaurant to the movie theaters were outstanding and it was nice to hear from the Staff at the movie theater that South Point is a great place and treats their employees wonderful. It's definitely noticed this was our 2nd trip out we will be going every single year to see the same staff each time we go that does say a lot for an establishment. Thank you South Point for making our inconvenience from the airline much more pleasant.

The best. couples. spa. PERIOD. It's clean, and calming, and a wonderful experience. I love that my husband and I can share the spa experience together - from hot tub, to sauna, to steam room. Plus couples massages, mimosa pedicures, and more. We are repeat customers who will keep coming back for more. (Hint-hint: would love an out-of-towner quarterly membership!!!)

Modest casino located off the Strip. Facilities were clean and guests seemed to range in age from young to old, making it a good place for anyone to have some fun watching the Golden Knights in game 2 against the Sharks or gambling. Servers were very hospitable and courteous.

I love South Point Hotel and Spa it a great Casino I personally think this place has the best drink prices in Las Vegas. The room rate was good and i got a very large room. The Buffet is okay for the price, I've had better here. There is no shortage of parking.

Check your credit card!! Our stay was fine but in the 2 months since the hotel has taken small amounts out of my account totaling 360 dollars. I finally caught it last week. SCAMMERS!!!!!

A mere 6 or so miles from many strip locales, possibly the best steakhouse, 24-hour sports betting, great food and value/services. Def. Get a plyrs.card!

Nice local Casino. They have lots to offer and costs less than the Strp or Downtown. The machines are looser

The Restaurant Don Vito was horrible, has to send back Clams & pasta dish, clans and were sour, my wife had Spaghetti with marinara sauce, horrible, no favor , the sauce had a stage taste ! You would think their Chief would taste what he cooked !

The buffet was excellent at S.P.; choices were varied, quality of food was above average and of course the quantity was unlimited. Price was $ 18.99 at the dinner time seating. Staff was excellent at keeping your drinks topped off and empty used plates removed from the table. Do not try stealing any food (like taking a bunch of cookies and dumping into a purse or bag) since 2 little old ladies got caught and embarrassed after taking food outside the buffet arena.

One of the best hotel casinos in Vegas, and possibly the world. Always feels like my home away from home when I'm here.

I like Sportsbook. A lot of locals from Silverado Ranch and Seven Hills like to go here.

Has a huge section of restaurants. This casino has a buffet, a great cafe restaurant that offers cheap and quality midnight menu. The steak and shake is also an alternative if you want something quick.

Our company has hosted our business conventions here for several years. The staff is prompt and accommodating.
The hotel is always clean and organized.
I have always found their rates to be far more competitive than other hotels in the area.

Nice place to gamble. Nothing too special casino wise but it's worth a visit just to try out your luck. They are remodeling a lot so it'll be cool to see what's up after it's all done.

Very clean, quiet. Staff are great. From Canada so do not like cigarette smoke everywhere. Thank heavens we are on the non-smoking floor.

I have only stayed at South Point a couple times as a guest, but the rooms are very nice. There are a lot of places to eat and the facilities are nice. The bowling center is good and the arcade has some fun games in it.

I just stopped in for a few hours for a quick exploratory and liked what I saw. This is a big place which really isn't my style but I was impressed with this first visit. A great big, beautiful sportbook, nice poker room, good restaurants. It's sort of a destination resort as it's a bit out of the way but there would be plenty to keep you busy for 3-4 days if you never left.

Nice and open clean very nice employees and a great time there.
