And Property has Abandoned Stolen cars just sitting at property. Homeless people pick through trash 24 hours a day. Please avoid this PROPERTY!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

i have been living in this hotel called siegel suites since about june 25 th. i am a social security insurance recipent with 5 honorable dischargez from the united states military. yes. i was brought here to stay. the government has been paying but the oofice team here cant find the payment in their computerized system. strike # 1. i paid $998.00 so that me and my family and friends would have the room available to live in. second issue: deshon sherfield, a native american family member by custumes of freedom of american adoption association has been living with me and staying with me for everything. we were never shown in writing that heneeded aback ground check to stay with me. we tired to just let them know out of courtesy that he was stay with me because thats what i was told to do by one of the people around here.................yes alot has happen since i have become a customer here...... i pray that all this and the extras be resolved because i have no love if it is not resolved for thegood of thse like me who ave found love in a good king godly man family member now and forever in jesus name amen.
The Manager is inexperienced and comes to your door and starts knocking like she is the police. When some of residents kids break something like Windows or doors, the staff doesn't believe you. They need to start an investigation and they start assuming that it's you that broke their window. This place isn't a good place to live permanently. I try to NOT believe what these staff members are capable of, it just saddens me.

See my review under Sierra Vista Square Apartments. This 1 star rating, is way more than they even deserve! I was a resident over 5yrs, when I moved out, I clean it like crazy. They refused, to give me back my $400 deposit! I spoke with the head guy there. He requested my 30day notice to vacate the property, my lease, copy of my last rent payment receipt. I furnished all the above, per his request! He still refused to give me back my $400 deposit! Shame on you, this company will steal & keep your deposit! #stayaway #theves #deposit #slumlords

Security guard is a bully, never reported about me for doing anything wrong but tells the ladies in the neighborhood I am a bad person do not come and see me, when I reported this to the manager and the home office they told me to get out! One of the worst managed places I've ever lived and I am a 58 year-old disabled Air Force veteran!!!
This place seems real genuine! Everyone is welcoming and nice and warm.....then one day out the blue, your missing money, your account gets charged twice 2 weeks in a row. You ask staff about the charges and omg....they are absolutely appalled, shocked and dismayed. They are so concerned about your account and if everything is going well. Gina Waddy is regional manager of several properties..... She is WORTHLESS!! I had issues and I took it to her with which she sided with management!! I have a mental disability, and she knew it, but disregarded that fact and sides with her manager!! I have NO CHOICE but to give an AWFUL REVIEW because this business DOES NOT CARE about people's well being... All they care about is the MONEY!! Great hospitality place staff and management great customer service. The rewards program is a very help way to get some of your money back is like you get rewarded for your stay. In some case so many point earned can pay for a week of your stay. The Siegel Selects and the Suites on Boulder hwy. met my criterial of recommendation.

These guys are buying up dilapidated and sometimes even condemned properties in multiple states then trying to put "lipstick on a pig." They do not pay their contractors for completed work when the contractor has a written approval of the renderings for work to be completed that was designed by their own people. We even paid out of pocket to redo the parts of the job they were not happy with. Again they sent over the designs that were requested to be done in print ready files so all we would need to do is print and install. Still not happy with what they designed they refused to pay.
They gave me the run around. I gave them 8 months rent up front when I moved in. While I was there they made me move to another apartment because the water heater in un8t above me burst. They moved me into a unit that had mold and was falling apart. The same thing happened in this unit, as well! The water heater burst. The manager refused to let us go to a different room because I was moving in 2 days. I have a 3 year old. I had to end up calling the fire dept to help me.
When I left, they said Corporate had to refund my deposit on the "back end" because it was paid with a credit card and they have a new system. Told me 3-5 business days. Took my email and said they would send a confirmation to me. That was on 10/18 and I am still waiting.
Totally unprofessional. Corporate is giving me the run around. I have been waiting on the regional manager JOHN MILLS to call me for over a week now. They keep telling me I will get a callback within 24 hours.
