These guys are buying up dilapidated and sometimes even condemned properties in multiple states then trying to put "lipstick on a pig." They do not pay their contractors for completed work when the contractor has a written approval of the renderings for work to be completed that was designed by their own people. We even paid out of pocket to redo the parts of the job they were not happy with. Again they sent over the designs that were requested to be done in print ready files so all we would need to do is print and install. Still not happy with what they designed they refused to pay.
