They gave me the run around. I gave them 8 months rent up front when I moved in. While I was there they made me move to another apartment because the water heater in un8t above me burst. They moved me into a unit that had mold and was falling apart. The same thing happened in this unit, as well! The water heater burst. The manager refused to let us go to a different room because I was moving in 2 days. I have a 3 year old. I had to end up calling the fire dept to help me.

When I left, they said Corporate had to refund my deposit on the "back end" because it was paid with a credit card and they have a new system. Told me 3-5 business days. Took my email and said they would send a confirmation to me. That was on 10/18 and I am still waiting.

Totally unprofessional. Corporate is giving me the run around. I have been waiting on the regional manager JOHN MILLS to call me for over a week now. They keep telling me I will get a callback within 24 hours.
