I was a client wuth Sheppard Group for over 5 years
When i became divorced and purchased my new car in December i asked the broker to prepare a new policy under my own name. The broker
did not do as i requested and my renewal was done on the same day as the policy i had with my ex-husband in January's. When i originally came we paid first and last payments and when i cancelled i still had to pay the last month payment.
Since i cancelled my insurance i have still not received any confirmation of my cancellation.

Beware of this broker.

I've been dealing with this company for few years now. I always recommend them to people as I get top notch service from them.

Very unprofessional, I am not sure being sarcastic with customer because of his accent who is calling you for quote makes any scene. I felt I am taking to an officer at custom on airport. Anyway I did not get back from them but successfully obtain quote from other brokers.

A lot of insurance companies will not insure dance studios. The Shepherd Group worked with me when I opened my studio 15 years ago, and I have since moved my home and auto insurance to them as well. In April of 2020, during COVID-19, I emailed them to see if I could get a break on my insurance for the studio since I can't have any students in. Leon Lim looked into it, and emailed me back with a couple of options, but they would also have meant I wasn't insured for online classes. Since I am teaching online classes, they wouldn't work, but I thanked Leon for his time. He emailed back a couple days later with another option, a smaller discount, but still something. I emailed to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork, or if there was anything else I needed to do. His reply? No need, he took care of everything for me, and I would be getting a cheque. When I got into the studio - it was there! I emailed Leon to say thank you, and his reply said, "Please know that you are not alone." So yeah, never thought it would happen, but there I was, tearing up at an email from my insurance company! I appreciate that they always go the extra mile for me.

i am so happy with the experience that i had at the shepherd group for finding insurance . my girlfriends mom reccomended me to ian but he had moved to a different part of the company so bernice took over for him . they were both very helpful and sharp . my experience with them went very quickly as i was on a time crunch . as a first time car owner i was exceptionally pleased with the service the company has . anything i needed they were only one phone call or email away! 10 out of 10 for my experience with shepherd group !!!

These guys have been there. There have been a few hiccups but they got things done! Most recently I was having trouble getting coverage but Rosa Leon and Tosin got me there.
