I was a client wuth Sheppard Group for over 5 years
When i became divorced and purchased my new car in December i asked the broker to prepare a new policy under my own name. The broker
did not do as i requested and my renewal was done on the same day as the policy i had with my ex-husband in January's. When i originally came we paid first and last payments and when i cancelled i still had to pay the last month payment.
Since i cancelled my insurance i have still not received any confirmation of my cancellation.

Beware of this broker.
