I've been dealing with William a few times now and he's been very quick to response, very friendly and very professional. The team at the Shepherd Group is very good in customer service. A few weeks ago, I got a call back from Sylvia to check with my car insurance renewal and see if they can help me with something else. I appreciate her call back.
I highly recommend this company if anyone is looking for an insurance broker. Great Service to me for the past few years now.
