I am a long-term client with The Shepherd Group and the main reason I have remained loyal all these years is their commitment in ensuring I am provided a positive client experience every time I have reached out to them. Recently I had the pleasure of dealing with William Chen who consistently went above & beyond in making sure all my insurance needs are taken care of in a most professional manner. William was prompt, amazingly helpful & get things done right the first time round.
