My husband and I stayed at the Sebel a few weekends ago and we cannot say enough about the staff. Every staff member we met were polite and courteous and couldn't do enough for us. I did ask where they were trained and one member said they just pick the best. THe dinner was lovely and having cocktails at the bar with the music was just what the doctor ordered. We will be back in the coming moinths.

It was the staff that made my stay memorable.
They were always genuinely friendly and helpful.
The Crowne Plaza is very lucky to have such a great team of people working for them.
So in conclusion the 5 star rating is for the people who make the Crowne Plaza such a great place to stay.

A poorly managed service which was experienced...

Getting charged for breakfast whilst a work colleague did not and having breakfast the same time and the same day. It eventuated being charged to my account. So please be careful when sorting out you check out.

Who wouldn't be upset its the whole principle of it and still pending to be sorted out.

The grounds here are beautiful. Great place for a wedding. Plenty to do and the food here is great, especially the breakfast. There is plenty of variety. Most of all the staff are so friendly and willing to help. Ben the supervisor was very helpful and respectful. Only thing I would improve is the windows in our room didn't have fly screen so when they are open all the bugs come in ! Otherwise great place

Received the friendliest service at reception, and from the girl behind the bar who provided us with a corkscrew and offered a bucket of ice without us asking. Breakfast was also fantastic. Lovely, well kept grounds and comfortable rooms.

Not nearly as classy as you'd believe from the outside, particularly if you're in one of the cheaper rooms. Customer service is slow, air conditioning didn't work, we got lied to about available rooms to move to, and the shower has less pressure than a squirt gun. The extra star is for the excellent breakfast

Great location, well presented, room was tidy and clean. Taps for hot/cold are a little finicky but don't detract from the overall enjoyment. Good playground for kids, food is reasonably priced and tasty. Gym was well located and has good equipment.

Beautiful grounds. Friendly and attentive staff both at the reception and at breakfast service in the Gazebo. The executive suite is spacious and clean with stunning views although furnishings are outdated and could do with an update. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Overall a lovely stay. The only issue was the air conditioning unit in the bedroom can be noisy for a light sleeper and the bedroom window faces the hallway hence some foot traffic noise at night.

The only complaint I had with the hotel was the shower water pressure. The water sort of dribbled out. The resort should invest in some better showerheads - like those large rain-maker types that most other high-end hotels have these days.

Sat 3rd Oct 2020, 7pm had diner with my wife, back there after a long absence mostly due to a very basic menu at that time with not many choices. Still, it hasn't changed, Blue Code fish fillet was nice but my Rib Eye fillet was hard to cut ( medium cooked ). Our waitress nicely pointed out on arrival that, since we were locals, there is was a Discount and to reminder her when paying the bill. Cost of diner was $125.35, I did remind her about the discount...she said, yes, it's $20 off...discounted she said. Just looking now ( Sunday 4th ) my Visa account and the charge is still $125.35...not such discount. We didn't ask her for the discount, she offered voluntarily when we mentioned we were coming from Kellyville. In future please do not offer what at the end you can not give. We were seated in the second room, table next to the window. Don't think we will go back there again, it's a nice place, good attentive service, not many choices in the menu. Rene & Sonia Barrales ( Kellyville Ridge )

Such a charming hotel and venue. Staff are extremely accommodating, can't do enough for you. Love my king size bed, modern bathroom and actuythat there's no mini bar. Ordered room service and asked for pineapple on my burger which was no issue. Excellent wifi connection too. Ah, love it!

We often visit the Sebel for a breakfast catch up with friends. The breakfast buffet is decent and the grounds are lovely & serene. You feel like you could be in a remote spot in the country.

Although the reception staff were friendly the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Bed had coils sticking out the side, noisy bathroom fan, a/c from last century barely doing it's job. House keeping is dismal, dusty, filters on appliances caked in dust, leaking showers.... Maybe if they did a refurbishment it might be better. It doesn't meet the standards for a four star establishment.

Wow what a place to visit! I had no idea this was tucked away in the Hawkesbury, near Windsor. Immaculate and clean and really the most genuine , no hassles service I ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast was served as room service as the breakfast buffet was closed due to COVID health restrictions, great brekky and coffee. Rooms are great value especially considering the experience that comes with it.

Nice location, with a lot of options. Went for a wedding, ceremony was quite nice, though in between ceremony and reception there was no details given as to where the reception was going to be as they have many function rooms. Food was quite nice at reception too.
