I would recommend anyone who is having these issues to go! They have been very helpful.

This place completely turned my life around.

When I started going to FCS, I was a complete basket case. Depression, suicidal thoughts, alcohol addiction, anxiety, you name it. I felt like I was at the end of my rope and getting ready to tie it around my neck. I had no money, no job, and no income, but they took me in anyway.

The people at FCS immediately set me up with a case manager and a care coordinator who both worked with me to get me back on track. They provided the medicine I needed to help cope with my psychological problems and only ever asked for a $2 co-pay, and even that was optional.

Because of them, I went from the worst time in my life to one of the best. I realize that not everything works for everyone, but it sure as heck worked for me. They really turned my life around and are continuing to help me today.

Some of the other reviewers here don't seem to realize that FCS sees literally hundreds of people a day. Sometimes there simply isn't time to take care of everything in one go, and sometimes treatment takes a while to work. It's unfortunate, but the people there are trying to help, and progress doesn't always come quickly.

I truly can't praise FCS enough. They've done so much for me.

Let me start off by saying any type of help for free or sliding scales is appreciated, however I made an appt for the first time and was not told there were several locations so ended up at the wrong site, then I went in as a walk in because if you miss your appt even if it's their fault you'll have to walk in or reschedule. What they dont tell you is your wait time could be 4,6 or several hours, if you have kids to pick up or anything important don't go, I was also told that if I wasn't called after waiting an hour to check with them at the desk and when I did I was told 3 people ahead of me then the second time 4 people. This is very frustrating and aggravating to sit there and do this when people are literally there for help. I wish they would come up with a better way to let people know what to expect when coming there instead of having them guess or assume, front desk unprofessional and got no real help from supervisor either. When it's free your just a number, Trust!!

The therapists here are outstanding! They return phone calls in a timely fashion. Also, they help with finding all sorts of community programs!

This is the worst service in town! They treat you like the numbered cattle waiting in line and you only get a few minutes to talk with your doctor! The staff was pretty much all very rude and were either very short with me or ignored me all together! I will never go back and I will not give them as a referral!

I am enjoying the class they offer every Tuesday night, and the best part is that they provide American Sign Language interpreters for me to have full access to the information, thank you so much!
