Great landscaping service with comforyable2 conference rooms

Excellent vendor to work with. Ruppert and JLL have been doing business for a long time together. They are responsive, economical, and deliver on time.

Was there for a breakfast, the location is beautiful and extremley well manicured. The owner is always very nice.

This company will get plenty of free advertising from me. 1 of your idiot employees hit my daughters car at Goucher College a week ago.
The car was parked along the curb last spot.
When one of your employees dropped of the curb and slammed into the side of it. There was grass on side of car tire Mark's from your mowing and chunks of grass and dirt against it.
My problem is who hits a young kids car shoving the rear door in and quarter in and then leaves thousands in damage and your gonna pay I promise you that have some accountability..
You know who and sending to morons out to say will look into trust me you you have a week

I have never used their services but I do not think that I would. On July 26, 2017 at the Mount Airy, MD fireman's carnival, a Ruppert Truck (white pickup with black lettering) cut me off in my car. I put my hands up in the air because I was almost hit. Because I put my hands up in the air, I was cursed at and provided with nasty gestures by both the driver and the woman in the passenger seat. This was in front of my wife and my grandchildren. I called Ruppert in Laytonsville and I could immediately tell that they did not care and never returned my call. This is NOT the type of people that I would ever let work for me.

I live in Community where this company is doing grounds. I have an issue with them trashing my front window and my entrance with the grass clippings and dust after grass is cut. Today which is 9/20/17 I had another situation with their debris after I washed my lower window. I had complained to their workers on few occasions about this asking them to be more considerate however, they just don't get it. This company would never work for me. PARKLANDS....we will see what will happen next weeks to come...our HOA is paying enough money to care for common area and they also want us to have beautiful gardens, I don't see that Ruppert workers are helping us to achieve that. It should work hand in hand.

Another grass cutting today and same thing had happened, grass clippings and leaves where blown at my front door and the window. The bunch of non-speaking English language workers don't understand and have different work ethics. PARKLANDS should start interviewing new Company for this site. I am on the mission to help.
