Saint Paul grill has the best Manhattan in town. Pricy though.

Been staying here for years. Always the same great service and location.
Beautiful, historic and classy. Great staff and food.
I am never disappointed when I get to visit the Saint Paul Hotel!
Beautiful hotel from 1910 that you should really check out.
Great food and service. Price reflects this, so be be prepared for higher prices
Wonderful atmosphere. Best burger I've ever had, definitely worth a visit if you're nearby.
They offered laundry for $25, but charged me over $90 because they sent it out for dry cleaning without my permission. (It was undergarments that are normal machine wash).
It was unreasonably difficult to attempt to work his issue out, but they assured me it would be taken care of, however I found that I was charged for the unapproved dry cleaning bill anyway.
The food was disappointing especially for a higher end restaurant. Drinks were good. Serivece wasn't bad, but it wasn't great (possibly due to sitting in the bar).
I only went to the restaurant for breakfast, and got the apple and brie omelet! It was amazing. You can't go wrong with bacon, brie, apple, and caramelized onion
Minnesota finest restaurant in St Paul
Outstanding food exceptional service.
Reservation a must.
A group of friends and I went to the St Paul Hotel for the Sunday brunch. The brunch was around $25. There was not a great selection of items, but the selections that they had were incredibly delicious! Every single thing we tasted was very tasty!! I highly recommend this brunch!!
The service is legendary, the food is exemplary, and the management is the best in the business. We are honored to stay in such a historic place!
Very elegant and professional. Very fancy, loved it.
$32/night parking???? Brunch was great, but at Four Seasons price?!
Swanky! No detail left unnoticed here! As long as you don't mind paying top dollar for the sza sza, you definitely get what you pay for.
Excellent historic hotel in downtown St. Paul. Classy and stylish but not too pricey.
I just love this place. Stayed there for MN Summit. Great service, nice room, amazing location.
Beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Perfect for a business trip or a couple's romantic trip. But definitely not a hotel for families. The staff was perfect and very very professional. The food is very expensive with no cheap options.
This is a beautiful old hotel with a lot of rich history. Very clean everywhere. The room was large without being wasted space and very comfortable.
Awesome hotel. Great restaurant and service. Fireplace and staying turn upscale lobby into place you don't want to leave.
Now, first of all I haven't stayed here - YET. But I did want to give a shout out to their sales manager Mary Jo. She toured clients of mine - a bride and groom - and was FABULOUS. We were on the younger side at the time and she wasn't disrespectful nor did she talk down to us - which I've seen happen to younger couples many times before. I really enjoyed the sales process with her! She was easy to communicate with and energetic about the space and wedding day dream she was selling. Truly a pleasure working with you Mary!
Nice hotel, under some exterior construction right now so getting there was annoying. Hotel is great though.
Upstairs dining is better then the lower level - service is faster and more friendly.
It was a nice dining experience at the grill. Very classy.
I went to the St. Paul Hotel to pick up a gift card, and loved even that little experience. The guy who helped me, John, was hilarious and so nice. It's a beautiful place with fantastic service. I've also attended their tea with my mom and my sister, and that was fabulous! Such a fun girl's outing. Someday I'll try out the rooms.
Went to the It's a Wonderful Life live radio show. Wonderful production in a beautiful hotel.
Overall service was great but you will over pay for your food
Service at the restaurant was friendly and attentive. Our server answered a number of questions for us. The atmosphere felt relaxed and opulent. Restrooms nice and clean.
We we're only here for one night but we enjoyed our stay. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. Even when you call you get great customer service. The quality of customer service in this country has gone downhill, but not here. The bellhops were fantastic. We set out walk to dinner after dark and the bellhop suggested the safest route. After some discussion we took a cab. The restaurant here is also very good. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in the Saint Paul area. Well done.
I have never been so judged walking into a hotel to check in before. The glares from staff were obvious and unneeded. All we came here for was to enjoy our birthday weekend, not be made to feel like trash for coming to a place like this. Never coming back to this place again if this is how they treat people who aren't in suits and dresses. Only plus side? Close to the science museum.
The Saint Paul hotel is excellent! Great service great location friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Such an honor to stay in this historic hotel with excellent views. The Saint Paul hotel is the BEST!
Great service, nice amenities (Aveda products) and yummy breakfast at the M street cafe.
Went to The Saint Paul Hotel for brunch and it was outstanding. I recommend making reservations ahead of time. Parking is available in a ramp that is less than a block away. The service was great and out waiter was extremely nice. However, it was the food that stood out. All of it was made fresh, including the desert table. The price per plate for brunch was expensive, but I would return since it was a great experience
We had dinner at the St Paul Grille before a concert. The food was amazing, the service superb.
Very nice hotel with great hospitality. Friendly staff members. Rooms are neat with decent size. Delicious breakfast options at the hotel restaurant. Recommend for groups. Have parking options for 20$ per night. Have one of the best restaurants in town. Close to many good restaurants and bars.
Lovely place and great service. A St. Paul classic.
Magnificent place. The food is always good and the service is great.
Beautiful rooms and terrific staff. Not a great hotel for business people on the move.
Went for restaurant week, service was great but food was mediocre at best. Steak was raw, sent it back to get it cooked to medium, came back after a quick sear, still raw. Lava cake and Caesar salad were fantastic, but again, 100% not worth the price, unless you go just for the lava cake. Save money and go somewhere else for dinner, imo.
Paid a higher price for a "parking package" but they still added a $27 valet fee to the bill. They removed it when we pointed it out but it feels like they're playing at something. And the valet parking is more have than service, it took me than 30 minutes to get our car out.
The setting is elegant. The service was friendly and professional. The food was delicious!
Just stopped to use the restroom but very clean a well taken care of.
We ate at the restaurant within the hotel. The food was great, the service was wonderful and it wild be a pleasure to return! My in laws were staying there. The room seemed lovely and the view was outstanding!
The hotel is great. We've stayed a couple times and always have had a great experience.
Gorgeous. Had an amazing time at It's a Wonderful Life!
Comfortable room, but work didn't pay for a view ...
Had lunch at the St. Paul Grill and it was excellent. I never thought I would pay $20 for a hamburger, but it was worth it!
The hotel staff was great, loved the valet, the food was amazing, only drawback was the bed was hard as a rock.
My husband and I booked a room for the night as we were in town for an event outside of the hotel. We simply dressed and slept in the room and ate dinner at the Grill.
First, the front desk staff was polite, the lobby was pretty, and the room was fresh and clean.
We went ahead and ate dinner at the Grill even in spite of being very rudely "hissed" at by the hostess for not having a reservation but then immediately seated. (Apparently there were open tables rendering a reservation unnecessary?) The food was average for that caliber of dining. The waitress was good.
The water never got warm enough for a shower, and we were awoken at 6 am to the sound of our bill being slipped under the door with a couple of unwarranted extra charges. This sent a very unwelcoming message. Thankfully they did reverse the extra charges.
Overall, our stay was not bad, but it wasn't great.
Our event outside the hotel was lovely. We enjoyed our travel and time in St. Paul, but we were not that impressed with the hotel experience. We are just not the uppity type.
Beautiful location, and the art is so stunning! You are obviously paying for an experience, so I understand that there is a higher price, but since it is so close to everything Downtown St. Paul, you are more willing to overlook how much everything costs. Lovely location.
Excellent hotel in almost all ways, except car valet service could be better.
Excellent customer service, fantastic food, very welcoming environment. Loved how close it was to pretty much anything you could want to do. All in all an over-the-top, fantastic experience.
Bar has a good selection of good wines and ports. Comfortable surroundings, but you pay a bit more to drink there
It's the kind of place where you could find a Tesla Model X parked. It's very nice and sophisticated.
We planned a last minute vacation to Minneapolis. While Orbitz showed this hotel as booked we went in their website and got a great room in this historic hotel. Walked to breakfast and supper and nearby attractions. Definitely plan on valet parking. Staff was very friendly and the desk clerk, Brian, and I share a hobby of collecting farm toys! The housekeepers even made the bed with our daughters blanket and put her animal with the pillows! We will stay here again when in the Cities.
