Room: clean and cozy, good wifi. But the view is poor and you will hear the noise from downstair wedding event.
Breakfast is too expensive that you could probably prefer eating outside for a cheaper price and meal. Dinner buffet is overrated. Dont over expect is fine.
I like the gym room, small garden and a pool on the rooftop :)
Check in was abysmally slow. Understandable due to the current circumstances. Other than that everything's great. Spotless room with a fantastic ocean view, comfortable bed and a gigantic bathtub even a grown men can stretch his legs in. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the top choices for my next staycation.
I will rate negative stars if I can, 1st hotel in my whole life which requires you to stand for more than 1 or even 2 hours to check-in. Totally unrecommended. Or if your hotel is unable to handle such volumes of transactions, management need to take further actions to improve the process?
We went for lunch buffet excellent value, especially with 40% discount. Desserts were fantastic! Second time there now. Service very friendly.

This yes about the Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant, at the basement floor in the hotel. I sampled the dim sum menu, all were at good standard in both presentation and taste, though not exceptional, and they were not expensive as a hotel run outlet. Good architect & the outdoor theme decor makes the visitor feel less being in the basement. I have 4 because I couple dim sum were not really great - but not bad at all. Will go there a again
Great hotel in TST. We booked an offer for 7 nights at 4000 HKD. (No breakfast).
Swimming pool is nice, gym is big enough.
The room was big for HK standards. 30 sqM.
The staff take the covid precautions very seriously. Checking at entrance, check that you have yourSwimm key, Wash your hands.
Everything was clean. Restaurants inside hotel are excellent. If you want to eat something cheaper there are a lot options close by.
Great hotel. I've stayed here 4 times this year and it never disappoints. It's well worth paying extra for the club rooms. On weekends the line for check-in can be really long but for club rooms you have a separate check-in on the 12th floor with no queue.
Apart from that you get breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks and canapes with the club rooms. The food they bring is varied and good quality. After 6pm, due to current government restrictions, the staff serve the drinks and canapes to your room. I can't really complain about having beer and champagne delivered to my room!
The staff are excellent at the hotel. In particular the club lounge staff were very pleasant and helpful - Nora even stopped for a chat when she bumped into us on the street one day.
Fabulous experience at the hotel. Booked a junior suite and was upgraded at check in without even asking! Huge room,really nice design and decor. Lounge access was amazing. Food and drink all day and then a 3hr free flow in the evening too,food was never the same and delicious. Staff were simply superb, a special mention to Cherry and the rest of the crown lounge staff who were absolutely wonderful,they especially seemed to like the flower in my wife's hair! I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a classy, relatively inexpensive staycation.
P.S. pool is incredible too!
Fancy hotel with excellent service, amenities and location. The lobby has some stores like Rolex. They also have different restaurants with several cuisines. Well decorated place inside and outside the room. The bath is spacious and very clean. The unique service is the free handy cell phone that can call, text and connect to the internet with hot spot option. They also provide free water to support plastic-free initiative.
