this is by far the worst place I've ever been to, it is clearly not up to the high standard I am used to in a Relais & Chateaux. It was for sure not a 5* star hotel, the rooms are very outdated

Amazing layout and very nice rooms with baths and views of the grounds. Service is a little less than speedy but all polite and attentive. As they don t run a sign for your orders policy always best to check your bill at departure as I was charged an extra 718 that wasn t mine

Top quality food. No doubt. Their famous souffle for dessert is amazing

Great place to be, the service is exceptional with a lot of attention to clients, the wine list is fabulous et really long with exceptional wines. The food is really wonderful with great ingredients used. And finally the nature and peaceful atmosphere is just what we needed to relax. Thanks to all the staff.

Terrible service and food was below average. We waited outside, left to be eaten by bugs, for an hour and a half before we were sat in an obviously not busy restaurant. Then had to get our own water because our server had better things to do apparently. 3 hours after our reservation our driver was ready to take us back, but we still had 2 courses to go and the manager was too busy flirting with women to see the lack of service we were being shown. We will never eat here again and hope you don't make the same mistake.

Keep away! I have never been previously so much shocked by the rude staff. 5stars are definitely fake here.
I was finishing my short stay here and staying by the swimming pool for few hours. Me, my husband, son of 3 years old and a baby. Pool is descent size and we were alone except one more lady on the other side of pool area.
Suddenly the young man from the reception comes by the fence and tells me that someone called and told him that my son was removing the grids surrounding the pool.
Surprised by this and especially lack of diplomacy I just answered that indeed we noticed that the pool was not in the best shape concerning the surrounding grids and some of them were floating, my husband was putting them back in their places multiple times- he didn t even wait a second to tell me that he knows very well that it wasn t like this in morning that day. So impolite that I didn t event realized he is telling me that I am lying to him holding my 3 year-old by the hand.

Story continues as at 3pm the guy comes and tells me to leave because my son is playing with other kids around the pool, I ask him for the management to discuss issues around this pool, he says he will not give me neither his name neither the name of his management at this institution.
Same guy comes to us around 3pm and asks us to leave from the pool area. As we prepare our children 30min later he comes saying his director called and asked urgently us to leave his institution, all this happened in front of the other guests ...
quite a humiliating situation I would say ..
I advice for the management first of all repair the pool for its safety and secondly teach the staff basics of the communication.

Delicious food, good wine list, welcoming and lovely friendly staff. Decorated with elegance and charm. Everything is well done, peaceful place. Unforgettable moment. Highly recommended.

The property has charm, most of the personnel none, and I would rather eat at Mc Donalds than go to this supposedly starred restaurant again. No joke, a total disgrace.
