Feels like Hilton Jail during quarantine stay. This review is written regarding feedback for my aunt and uncle who are still stuck in Hilton Hotel during their quarantine as of Jan 19 2021. Feedback as follows :
- Staff keeps forgetting to give vegeterian food.
- lockdown for 14 days but no cleaning
- keep sending toilet roll rather than tissue box as requested
- told front desk about the food receiving times is always different. For example one day breakfast was served at 8.30 am. Lunch at 11.30 am and dinner was brought at 4.50pm.
- Food is always served cold.
- They do not knock the door to mention food has arrived, we have to keep opening door to
see if the food has arrived. -
- Boiled food and simple food
- My last Quarantine in Riverside Majestic was so much better.
- Bread is not toasted in the morning unless you request for it. Coffee and tea is also not
served
- Food served is very bad in taste

Been quarantine here for two weeks. Not bad except that everyday menu for my 2 year old daughter has been eggs, eggs,eggs.. Maybe the chef out of idea what is best for children that age.

Nice hotel in Kuching. It was my first trip to Kuching and I picked the best hotel there is. Location is great, foods at the restaurant were very delicious, room was spacious and very clean with a very good view too. Staffs were professional. Looking forward to visit Kuching, and stay with Hilton Kuching once again.

Love the cold dish & steam Cod fish served at Toh Yuen restaurant. Good service too.

Luckily i got this room. The view from my room is so beautiful.

A little bit old but wonderful location and river view room available

Been quarantined here at the beginning of January this year. Very grateful that hotel team has been very thoughtful. Staff are polite, friendly and helpful.

As I am having gluten free diet, this need to make special request and I am prepared to pay a little more for it. Hotel has been thoughtful to assist.

Room that I stayed in was big in size, with amazing Sarawak river view. I have enough space to exercise inside the room since I am not able to go anywhere.

Meals provided daily majority are delicious. Just that after being quarantine for 2 weeks of course was dreaming of all kind of yummy food outside. But Hilton really done a great job for my meals.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Kuching. Great experience.

Nice view and you can watch the water and light show every night from you room if you take river view. In city center and walking distance to many eateries. 7-eleven opposite the hotel.

Room is a bit old though.

Great view of Sarawak River and Kuching Waterfront, especially the sun set. Staying here from 24 April - 3 May 2021 (quarantine period)
