Went here for afternoon tea and had a great time. The staff were very friendly and the food was delicious, I'd definitely go here again. Afterwards we walked around the grounds and village - its definitely worth doing so while you're here.

I'd love to come again, although if I did I'd definitely try and go in the height of summer. The restaurant where we ate was great but the grounds are so pretty it's a bit of a shame it wasn't warm enough to eat out there.

We stayed here for a two night anniversary celebration, the welcome was warm, all the food was delicious and well presented. The atmosphere was friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel was clean and following all Covid recommendations and was very comfortable.
We look forward to another visit in the future.

Spectacular setting. So picturesque. Staff are friendly, but it seems there are too few of them. We were left waiting 45 mins for soft drinks to be brought to the table and also had a long wait for afternoon tea.

This was a retirement gift of afternoon tea. Wonderful food i think the extra sandwiches were a bonus. During this covid time everyone respected distance and masks. Great gift.

This is an incredibly beautiful, tranquil, restful place. The ruins have been integrated with a luxury hotel incredibly sympathetically. The gardens are very well kept and the staff are just lovely. We felt incredibly pampered and relaxed. The restaurant is top notch. This was a 40th birthday gift from my family and so very much enjoyed.

I have just got involved in leaving reviews in this way and thought I must search Amberley Castle and leave a review to tell everyone they must stay here.

Any requests I had during our time here they were very happy to support and make sure happened. The Castle is a truly spectacular place, the surroundings are stunning, the rooms beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were exceptional! I strongly recommend you to stay/visit here and if anyone is planning a proposal then there is no better place for it.

Very tranquil, relaxing and beautifully maintained. All staff were very professional, very friendly and helpful. I born in England, but now live in Canada and thought that on my trip home I would visit and stay in a few places. Amberley castle was a place I loved, even though it was only 1 night, it has left me waiting for my next trip home and I will be spending more time there. I highly recommend Amberly Castle.

An absolutely exquisite place, a real retreat from normal life. The staff are always so very polite and extremely helpful the food is delicious and the rooms/suites are delightful. Would recommend this place? YES YES YES 110%

What a beautiful, uplifting, relaxing place to stay. Can't say enough about staying for a couple of nights in this lovely place, as a bit of a treat to ourselves and a welcome break from work, indulging my 'Castle' passion. Stunning grounds and beautiful gardens, an amazing merging of a hotel, Castle buildings and castle ruins. So pretty. The food and service in the restaurant were so good, nourishing, healthy, full of surprises and the service was just excellent.

We didn't stay here for the night, but went and had afternoon tea! Was very nice castle and fun to explore. Next time we are in the area I would love to stay longer and explore the grounds longer.
