Bath is a beautiful city, a step back in time but has all the modern amenities one expects. Culture, architecture, food and some lovely individual shops, what more could you want from a mini staycation!

The most amazing thing I saw while on my Europe trip. The baths were beautiful and they did a really good job restoring and preserving the bath house. I really enjoyed my audio tour. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone!

Very interesting place, unfortunately it was crowded and I was in a tour that starts in London so I didn't get enough time to admire it completely.

This is one of those places that you really have to be able to appreciate. It's amazing to see the ingenuity they had in creating these baths, using a natural hot spring. The engineering and history behind this place is pretty interesting. I also liked learning about the temple part of the baths. I think this was ingesting, but I can appreciate that for many it might not be anything too exciting.

Nicely laid out to wander round (there is lots to explore!) - make sure you take your time listening to the audio guide (it's included with entry and there's an audio guide for kids too). Lots of parts are multi-media. It's easy to be swept along by the volume of people coming through here, so make sure you set your own pace.
The actor stood down by the pool was really good. He started a conversation with me,and proceeded to tell me more things which I hadn't picked up as I'd walked round.

Excellent tourist attraction telling the story of the baths though the ages. Shame that Covid means closure of some areas and less time to listen to all the audio guides. Would have loved to take the waters and drink a little of these hot mineral waters. Incredible to think that this would originally have been a massive complex when built by the Romans.

A bit pricey but definitely the set up, the guide content and historical journey deserves the visit. Must go when in Bath! Don't forget to take the audio guide for useful information on the venue and its history.

The audio tour takes you true the time the Romans lived in the UK. Many artefacts find during digs, maquettes of how the site must have looked back in the day and of course the high light of the visit: the bath it self with it's bubbling water! A visit is worth both the money and time spend.

Whether you loved history, beautiful landscapes or simply escaping to beautiful places the Roman Baths are a must see on a visit to Bath. The preservation of this iconic site is simply amazing.

The main reason why people come to Bath. Great experience, felt really authentic and the technology delivering some level of interactivity was used in a really thoughtful way. Even though it gets really busy at times, the atmosphere is relaxed and there's no rush, you can enjoy it at your own pace.

If you love history, this is a place to visit. It is amazing how a lot of stones and a pool from the Roman times have been preserved. We had a great experience learning about some of the history. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

A gift shop for The Roman Bath. One thing maybe most visitors would be interested, (if you do write postcards), the shop sells special international postcard stamps specially made for The Roman Bath.

Bigger than it looks! We spent two hours in this fascinating trip through history. It comes out at the Pump Room restaurant where we enjoyed a pot of reasonably priced tea in sumptuous surroundings.

Very enjoyable to visit and learn about the Romans and the baths. It can be exceptionally busy during the day which can spoil the visit. In the summer you can visit in the evening which is much better and more relaxed.

A must see if you visit Bath. Superb museum with a glimpse into the roman times. Well worth the price.

There are numerous info boards explaining the history and the background of the bath. There is also a huge collection of interesting artefacts found on site. You can visit the different pools and bath rooms (both indoor and outdoor).

You should plan at least an hour for visiting the bath and be prepared that there will be queue at the entrance and crowds inside (it is very popular among tourists). There are a few nice photo opportunities, but good luck to take one without people on it.

Well what a place to visit . Full of interesting historical Roman ruins of a bath house 2000 years old. Natural local spring supplying the hot water. Simply a brilliant peice of engineering and build by the Romans.

Amazing preservation, perfect uneven ground, one mosaic still intact, plenty of original stone carvings and rooms.

You can see the hot springs bubbling, with over 1million litres of water being forced to the surface per day. If you enjoy history and the Romans seeing this bathhouse that was built over 1800years ago is worth the visit. You get a free speaker phone thing that guides you around when you key in numbers found around the site.

You get to see parts of the overflow and drains leading to the river as well as gems, coins and iron that was thrown into the bath as tribute. You get to drink the natural hot springs water that has been slightly purified to make it safe for consumption. Beware though, it has no regulated fluoride and is warm so it will probably taste odd to you.

The main bath is beautiful and amazed me but others parts of the site are just ruins. Romans leaving their signature behind. Best to visit in summer or a hot day. Beautiful town. By the way don t dream to have a bath there or try to undress yourself and jump into the water because you will have an itchy skin (joking lol)

Visiting the Roman baths was the highlight of my vacation. It is absolutely beautiful and a lot bigger than I thought it would be. You are provided an electronic tour guide so you can listen to info on various displays. If you have a chance to visit the Roman baths, please do! Beauty and history in one location.
